We checked in Friday and by Saturday night we cooked seafood and ran the dishwasher and the sinks had sand and sediment come all the way up to the top of the sink. So no ability to wash dishes and cook. We were cleaning the coffee pot in the shower. They sent maintenance out and said we would need a plumber. I said fine let me know we would be on the beach. There was no more communication and no Plumber ever came the rest of the trip we had these sinks. The offered compensation was $50 which we felt was extremely cheap. Anyway unit needs work. I have another rental with Bryant in July but I'm reluctant.

Despite having AirBNB messages with Bryant real estate that says I get both units, they still refused to refund my stay or locate another place. They told me that I could get another place from them, but bi would still have to pay for the first unit I rented, even though I wouldn't be staying. ​​I told them thay was unacceptable l, and they said theres nothing they can do. We'll surprise, theres a lot I can do. Starting with BBB, AirBNB, consumer affairs, and every review site possible, I will be sharing my experience. I hope you take better care of future guests.​

Our final point of contact, Austin, demonstrated a lack of understanding of North Carolina tenant law and was unresponsive when concerns were raised. Our security deposit was not returned within the required 30-day window. We received no proactive communication and had to follow up repeatedly before it was sent. When it finally arrived, most of the deposit had been withheld for alleged damages that were not present when we vacated the property. They have a pattern of charging blanket amounts of $1500 for "paint fees" as you can see in other reviews. Throughout our tenancy, communication was poor. Requests often went unanswered unless followed up on multiple times, and responses--when received--were unhelpful or dismissive. Notably, female tenants were routinely ignored until male tenants reached out, which was both frustrating and unacceptable. I also strongly advise against renting 1622 Grey Cliff Run. The owners were difficult to work with, unaccommodating, and made the move-out process unnecessarily contentious despite the property sitting vacant. When I attempted to dispute the charges and asked the leasing company to facilitate communication, I was informed that their role is limited to collecting the deposit. They would not assist with resolving the dispute or provide the owner's contact information, leaving tenants without any meaningful support or path to resolution. Overall, this company lacks professionalism, transparency, and respect for tenants. Renters should proceed with caution.
