The owner installed a new stove, and apparently considers this a renovation. Nothing else in the unit has been renovated since the '80's. The place is dirty, the furniture is uncomfortable and smells and the ceiling in the shower is falling down. The only thing that seemed to be comfortable staying here were the bugs. For the money, I'd look at another unit, or another complex/house rental.

The furniture was very dated it had a terrible smell as soon as you walked in. The dishwasher was broken and would not be fixed until Tuesday. And both of my children ages 10 and 12 were bitten by bed bugs. We had to leave on Thursday because I did not want to stay one more night in the apartment Rosses environmental team came out on Friday to look at the apartment. Did not allow me to see the report that they said was negative as far as bedbugs. They are not accommodating us for the two nights that we lost on vacation and our doctor looked at both of my children and said without a doubt they are bedbug bites. And I have documentation And photos of the disgusting mattresses and bites on my children. Stay away from Berger Realty.
