When I did speak to a person they asked if the tires were inflated. Advised them yes the car starts, drives and can be driven to put on the truck. Only communication was text on Sunday and 2 calls on Tuesday afternoon. 1 I called them to see if they were picking up the vehicle., they got a return call to let me know the truck will be here in about an hour.

First they quote him some amount and then when he is there, they changed their pricing, with frustration he went back because thats the closest autoshop to him and doesn't wont to damage it more. So he agree to their new pricing, and they said they going to order it, and today he went in to get it done, after couple hours waiting they said they get a wrong part and need to re-ordered it. It doesn't look professional at all for me, i am glad I do not have to deal with them. But people need to know to STEER AWAY FROM THIS MEINEKE. Save ur hard earn money and time to other autoshop! The owner came out, immediately came to our rescue and did what he needed to do. He repaired our tire, took off the spare and reinstalled the repaired tire all in less than 30 minutes.
