I Can't begin to describe how impressed with Jackson Fireplace…read more We had another company come in to give us an estimate to repair a 35 year old Heat and Glow fireplace. They're answer was that it was to old, can't get parts, unrepairable. Cost of replacement, Including new fireplace, ripping out the old one, removing existing mantle, yadda yadda yadda, about $15,000. Dave, from Jackson shows up, takes a look, and "Sure, we can fix this, no problem. 2 weeks later, Dave is back with the "unavailable" part, and 2 hours later he's done. Fireplace work great, it was like he was never here, except that the fireplace worked. He also fixed a problem with the external vent being to close to the clapboard siding. "Who Knew?' Dave did. When you call Jackson, insist on Dave. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and an attention to detail that impressed even me, and I can be a little OCD.

They have a lot of style - everything is displayed beautifully, and Alison knows her stuff and was able to answer all of our questions. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is also a great person, very easy to talk to and I was not intimidated to ask all kinds of questions . We landed on the Kozy Heat Oakport gas stove which is modern and efficient and warms us right up. Installation was a breeze because JFP handled everything, including a new chimney through the roof. Ken and the guys were just terrific during their visits. You would be crazy to go anywhere else! Thanks Alison and Ken!

Very pleased with both the sales and install process for my new Harman Allure pellet stove. I was…read moreshopping around and ended up in Fallon's showroom. Cody was helpful in a no-pressure way. He came out to my house to build the quote and was professional and had great recommendations. The install crew (apologies, I forgot names) was absolutely fantastic. Polite, professional, and did an excellent job with the install. Thanks!

Where do I begin, I would like to think my husband and I are pretty understanding and patient…read more However, our experience was less than most. First we went to show room, picked out our stove. We ordered a Red Vermont Casting Stardance. Mind you we paid $800 more for red. Not problem. We were given an install date in which we were simultaneously trying to coordinate propane install. Then our date change, no big deal. Then the install date changed again. It was now scheduled for Columbus day. Which I had my doubts. I purposely had my husband call the week prior to be sure they were still coming on a holiday day to install the stove. Oh yes they told us, we will be there. So we told propane guy it was a go. Welp Friday afternoon we get a call..... guess what? They aren't coming on Monday. We ONCE again tried to remain patient and we got yet another install date. Very deflating!. But wait, there's more..... they actually arrived on our 4th install date. Stove comes off the truck and its BLACK not RED!!! How disappointing!! So, at this point I want to tell this place to go screw. But, I was once again convinced that they would try to make it right and comp the Red. So another month later, after red was rushed and we were told we were a priority they finally showed up with a Red stove to install. Please take your time, look at the pictures of my ceiling! I want you to get a good look at what $7,000 dollars gets you with an install. I dont want these people anywhere near my house again. We had a horrible experience.
