However, DoorDash does not prepare or package the food--they only deliver what is provided to them. When I contacted DoorDash, they declined to issue a refund or credit, which has left me paying for items I did not receive. I have enjoyed Tu Familia's food in the past and truly want to continue supporting this business. However, customer service is just as important as the food itself.
