When a friend of mine who is also Asian voiced her concerns about how this offended her, the on duty manager promised to remove the signs and reprint them with less offensive selections. The manager then proceeded to leave for the day without fixing it. 4 hours later the new manager on duty refused to take down the pictures and told my friend she would have to wait until tomorrow for the next manager to come back and speak to her. I will never stay at this hotel and I don't suggest you do either. There are plenty of hotel options where the staff is more hospitable and representative of humanity than this one.

They have a few bicycles, but some are in rough shape. The breakfast was light but delicious. There is plenty of free public parking behind the inn. So park behind them and walk through the back to the front door. The staff is friendly and did a good job cleaning the room and serving. I did not try dinner, but it was packed; I don't know if that indicates quality. But all the tables were full. For the price compared to the other hotels, it's a good choice for a couple. I'm sure you could have kids, but there is nothing on the grounds to keep them entertained. And because of that, if you stay there, you don't get the noise from screaming kids or the frat boys getting wasted next door. It's an excellent option for an overnight stay.

I found the amuse bouche plate that consisted of a single scallop, French onion scone with strawberry preserves, Gruyere cheese, and other foods, to be a bit confusing. The salad plate was top notch, enjoyable. Red snapper, the main course, was right in there. A lovely fillet, placed on a bed of delicate mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable medley, was excellent. The chocolate fig cake dessert looked superb but some of the other chocolate components weren't complementary. The whole dining experience was very relaxing.
