Choosing the right doctor, however, is an important choice. Dr. Sadek was thorough and kind throughout the whole process. She was afraid and did not want to go . And of course possibly knowing she needs a root canal my daughter is 11 years old so I had to prepare her for the visit hoping she doesn't freak out . But after we arrived we were greeted by Rebecca she was welcoming, made her feel less afraid . We met Dr. Fadavi after a few X-rays she spoke to my daughter as if she knew her and explain what would treatment consist of. We came back for treatment another day . Treatment day she was afraid, but dr. Fadavi made her feel so comfortable and her staff . Treatment went by so fast she was surprised she had no pain and was the easiest dental work ever . We waited to write this review after a few months have past to see how she would recover and every week was better and better . My daughter mention no pain, she can use her tooth normal like any other . And she remembers dr and ask if we can return for other dental work to her again. Office was clean , elegant and welcoming . I usually stick with the same Hygienist for this, as I am a creature of habit. Second, my actual Dentist always takes a look after my cleaning is done so that he can let me know if there is anything that popped up while I am there that might need attention. This is good. Now... my last two cleaning sessions literally broke my heart. The ladies at the desk have ALWAYS been very kind to me, but on these last two occasions, it was as if... I don't know... something PERSONAL was happening with me. First, she all but snapped at me when I walked up to the desk, and then DEMANDED that I "pay first"... like they used to do to Denny's patrons back in the day (which REALLY made me uncomfortable) so, according to her, "...we can all get OUT of there and go home!". Then, my usual Hygienist was not available, and I wish they had told me this beforehand, and some other... person... did the cleaning, to the point that I can honestly say that she was DEFINITELY UNHAPPY with me!! I didn't know that a simple cleaning can HURT so badly!!! At any rate, I don't know what it was that I did wrong, or who I made angry enough to deserve this treatment, but I can take a hint. No more PAIN, please. I am sorry for whatever it was that I did wrong. I have never been treated like this, not even in the U.S. ARMY. :-(

Earlier in the week I called about my appointment. Not only were they rude on the phone, they didn't address my concern. The lady on the phone stated that they would call me in basically hung up on me while I was still speaking. I called my insurance company because I was curious about in network and out network dentists. The Insurance told me BEWARE!! Even though the office might be in network, the dentist might not be! People, you need to find out who the dentist is and find out if he or she is in YOUR network. Needless to say the dental office never called me. I decided to call after hours and leave a message that I wanted to cancel my appointment for in the morning. I'm wondering why they didn't call me. Was it because they were not in network? Did they think because once I got in the office, I would say oh just do it anyway? I don't know ‍ I canceled the appointment and now I'm going to research it a little bit more.
