This included phoning a specialist at a different location, giving me updates (probably way too often), and allowing me to come by and pick up a car seat close to closing time. It really boils down to them truly understanding my situation and dealing with my anxiety around possibly have to take it to the dealer. They worked with my warranty company so all I had to pay was the deductible after they diagnosed it.
