I had a great experience with Dr. Younai for my finger surgery. My thumb is healing well. The consult was friendly and professional and Dr. Younai was patient and happy to answer all my questions and discuss options. between the consult and the surgery I had questions about the cost, even though I have insurance. the office was not able to answer them and so Dr Younai called me directly and again patiently explained the estimate, which I was happy with. The day of the surgery occurred in the surgery center next door and it was an excellent experience. the nurse was attentive and explained everything. it was efficient and I was out in a couple hours from start to finish. Acturally, a big zero is appropriate. I paid $6000 for upper and lower tummy and bra line (some fat around my right arm pit/bra line). The doctor who did the job was the head, at least at the time he was. When I went back to him, he agreed that he had not taken enough off of my tummy. Well, actually, he did not take any from the upper as he was supposed to do and completely messed up the right area by my bra line/ arm pit area. I had to go back for him for corrections. There was NO difference after. I think they gave me the drugs, put a holes in me and let me go, because there was no difference. I am still lopsided. Also, there is now a bump on my left hip that was not there before. So, yes, I am really deformed now and certainly cannot recommend this place! I am depressed because of this surgery done so poorly! . read more

2013 Dr Younai. Worst surgeon/Doctor I have ever been to. Botched the simplest surgery on my arm. Don't be fooled by the staff and friend ratings on here (there's more than one business account with bad reviews so search by address). Worst bedside manner. Doesn't care about patients or doing a good job on a simple surgery. He ignored my; cries for help, my obviously infected botched surgery site and severe symptoms after surgery. I had paralysis in my hand, causing my fingers to not be able to lay flat all the way... and his solution was to slam his hand on top of mine, on the table! I screamed so loud, it startled him. Another time he rushed through the door, stumbled to put on his white coat while asking how I was. I told him my hand was paralyzed, leaking fluid and raw... to which he answered "oh ok. Just keep doing what you're doing. I'll see you next week", and ran out. There's more, but I'm hoping this will be enough to convince just one person to Run Far Away from this hack. Update: 2024. I'm still struggling to live with my now lifetime effects, from Younai's botched surgery. Nerve damage. Daily pain. Lack of use of my arm. And more! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! Just some advice... I went to Dr. Younai for reconstructive surgery on my nose after Mohs surgery that my dermatologist performed. My dermatologist, Peyman Ghasri, recommended Dr. Younai and said he also sent his sister to Dr. Younai. My experience was excellent. I found the staff to be punctual, accommodating and very friendly. My nose looks normal with only a tiny scar that is not noticeable. I believe the negative reviews Dr. Younai's office has received are due to one incident regarding texts that were sent to a patient by a member of his staff. Apparently, this patient has a lot of friends that continue to leave negative reviews even though they have never seen Dr. Younai personally. The staff member was out of line, but she is only human and made a mistake; I'm sure she has learned her lesson. I found Dr. Younai to be very personable and professional. I had Lipo 360 on September 20, 2024. I can't tell you how amazed I am at the result so far! I was extremely skeptical. At first when Dr. I told me he can make me look like me again. the version of myself before I had a baby. I braced myself with the idea of being disappointed. every day, I look better and better. I can not say enough about this Dr I had lifted things I shouldn't have been for years. I had a baby at 45. Leaving my poor abdomen herniated extended painful. I could not even pull my stomach in anymore. Regular dr.s scared me.
