I show them inspo pics of what I want and they work their magic. I love the products they use in my hair - it always smells so good when I'm done. It's that dry bar signature scent. I will say I've been to other dry bars like in Palo Alto and SoCal that didn't do a great job but I've had great experiences at the LG location. (I didn't) so I called back the next day and was told I had to wait for a manger to call me back, I've never received a phone call. What's really annoying is both times I called the receptionist thought she put me on hold and didn't so I sat at the phone and I listened to her talk to whoever she was about my situation both annoyed with me I guess? But talking negative about a customer in front of me was crazy. I've never asked for a refund for service but being $90 and my hair was completely straight and I have pictures with time stamps because I was so excited for the appointment and I was keeping everyone I knew up-to-date on the progress and the way I was treated and ignored left me super bummed.
