We had our best dinner at Seared on our last visit to Cabo. It is definitely our favorite restaurant! The food, drink & ambiance are all first rate but what really sets it apart is the service and the chef. Ernesto, our server, took really good care of us and made great recommendations & was so friendly and kind to us. The whole staff was excellent! The talented chef, Alejandro, came over to our table to meet us and couldn't have been more gracious. We enjoyed the elote Margarita and the Mezerac drink, grilled shrimp, Caesar salad , corn ravioli, Dover sole, tenderloin and corn dessert. It was really a spectacular meal with the best service. Look forward to coming back!

Food and service was impeccable and perfectly choreographed. All cuts of beef are beautifully prepared. The corn soufflé is a must try. The price tag is hefty but every bite worth it!

Celebrated a very special event here with my boyfriend. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, the staff treated us with the greatest hospitality and service. Our steak entrees and dessert was prepared beyond perfection. A meal and experience we will never forget.

Having dined at Jean Georges namesake restaurant in NYC, I was anxiously awaiting my meal at Seared. Known for excellent steak and seafood, as well as impeccable service, this restaurant at the One & Only Hotel lived up to the hype. Our party of nine arrived on a Sunday evening to a relatively empty dining room. Much to our delight, the menu was personalized four us and our table had multiple servers who were all in synch throughout the night. They reviewed the beautiful cuts of meat with us and brought the bread basket to the table, which had a variety of offerings. The focaccia bread was the table favorite. It was really soft and well-seasoned. The only thing that would've made it better was if it had been warmed. They tried to grill it for us but that really didn't work out so well. It tasted burnt. But, they got points for trying. The fried ham and cheese amuse bouche was a great start and they were even very accommodating for the people in our party who were lactose intolerant and who didn't eat pork. Our table ordered the black truffle and fontina pizza, caesar salads, and the charred octopus. For our entrees, several of us got the crispy beef short rib with smoked chili glaze and a couple of people ordered the red snapper. The short rib was so tender and the sauce really sweetened it nicely. The fish was flaky and it came with a dipping sauce. One person in our party tried the bone-in ribeye, which was perfectly cooked. The chimmichurri sauce was really good too. Our sides included mashed sweet potatoes with chili butter and sea salt, creamed spinach, and sauteed broccoli, and fries. For dessert, I had the roasted corn souffle with chipotle ice cream and caramel popcorn, which was definitely an interesting combination. We dined for several hours and it was a really enjoyable evening. If I return to Cabo, I look forward to heading back over to One & Only and perhaps having tea or dessert in the nice outdoor space.

I'm be been looking forward to for the past 4 years to having the truffle pizza and we did tonight! And it was excellent! The Hamachi was Amazing! As well as all the other dishes that we ordered. The service was fantastic too!

    My cosmopolitan martini was delicious

Service was amazing and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our meal and the cocktails too. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken and it was very good. My hubby had the 20 oz wagyu and loved it.

Corn souffle (not as good as the grand marniet souffle, we determined)

We didn't think that the steaks were exceptional. We had the filet mignon and tried 3 of the sauces, but didn't find any of it to be outstanding. In fact, I didn't like any of the sauces (she did). I really liked the salmon tartare and the butternut squash soup. The service was exceptional! Really great staff here.

Really great restaurant with top notch service! Shrimp appetizer 4/5 - standard shrimp cocktail served with cocktail sauce and a carrot based relish; large shrimp Colorado Lamb Chops 4/5 - delicious, melt in your mouth lamb. Served with a variety of sauces - my favorite was black pepper. Only complaint was it was very fatty. I know the marbling contributes to its tenderness but there was a lot of fat. Corn Soufflé with Chipotle Ice Cream and Caramel popcorn 5/5 - oh wow! This was incredible. Unique and oh so good! By far, our favorite dish of the evening.

Amazing meal, albeit pricey. $38 for 6 Oysters, $60 Lobster Ravioli appetizer and $45/oz Waygu Steak. But the end, well worth it!

My husband had their huervos rancheros a couple of years ago and remembered they were really good, so he was especially disappointed. There was no mention of this closure on the website. So we came back for lunch. I had the chicken enchiladas and my husband had the chile releno. The menu stated the meals came with refried beans, but they didn't. The server said they didn't have any (strange), and the menu also said it came with guacamole, but we received slices of avocado (at that point we didn't even bother to ask why). The food was okay, but definitely nothing special. They don't take cards, so we paid in USD, with their not very good exchange rate, and got our change in pesos, not so good either. On top of our Uber to & from, it definitely wasn't worth it. There are too many other great restaurants to visit, skip this one.

Both were a nice sampling of the soup they offered. We ordered the chips & huac to start. The chips were thick and crispy. The guacamole tasted super fresh and bright. I really enjoyed the EL TAKESHI 190MX Rib Eye, Sesame, Hoisin, Ginger, Chives, Crispy Shallots, Flour tortilla. The meat was cooked perfectly and the flavor they developed was delicious. I also ordered the MEXICAN FLANK STEAK $150MX. Fresh Chiapas Cheese , Arugula, Crispy Leek & Potato, Macha Sauce, Yellow Corn tortillas. All these flavors worked so well together. One of the tastiest tacos they have on the menu is a cheese based tortilla taco called CHEESE CRUST PASTOR $100MX. Talk about a flavor bomb. Marinated Pork, Asadero Cheese Crust, Cilantro, Onion, Pineapple. My husband also ordered the CHIPOTLE SHRIMP $165MX. Shrimp, Chipotle Cream, fried parsley, flour tortilla. He loved it.
