I was frantically looking to get my carpets cleaned before moving into our place and I found Seaside on Yelp. Upon calling, they were super easy to talk to on the phone and managed to schedule an appointment ASAP. They worked on my carpet and they got it fresh, clean and fluffy, just the way i liked it. I can tell the feeling of the carpet after they worked on it, it was a pleasant feeling on the feet. Since they did an incredible job on my carpet, I figured they would do the same for my Tiles. My tiles were in need of a deep clean and sure enough they revealed the true color of my tile which was grey instead of a dark dusty brown which was the state it was in prior. I don't like to leave a negative review but I'm disappointed with Justin from Seaside Services. Justin cleaned the carpet in my house on Dec. 10. It seemed like he did a really nice job. A few days afterwards our hallway and one of the rooms smelled worse than before the carpet was cleaned. I contacted Justin and scheduled a time for him to come back to redo the two areas. That was supposed to be on Dec. 19. Well, the time came and went and Justin didn't show up; he also didn't call me. I tried to contact Justin, but got his voicemail so I left a message. It's been two days since and haven't heard anything from Justin. I hope he's okay and I don't wish anyone ill will but overall I'm disappointed with the service and follow-up. UPDATE: After posting my above comments Bryan the owner personally contacted me and corrected the situation. Even though Bryan is currently out of the country he sent a representative over today, Dec 23, to re-clean the two areas which eliminated the odors we were smelling.
