My wife and I ate at Seasons tonight and over all was very impressed! Due to how full the restaurant was we choose to sit in the bar with no wait. Naturally it was loud yet no real issue. Our waiter Nixon was a little slow in the beginning but we could see he was very busy in the bar area. I ordered the shrimp cocktail with pineapple salsa. The shrimp were very average size of 4. The pineapple salsa put any issues of average size shrimp completely out of my mind. It was nothing less than outstanding. I ordered the lamb rack with Kentucky Mint Bourbon sauce and substituted squash for the mash potatoes. My wife had grilled chicken over a salad. Nixon brought out a flat type pizza bread with a roasted tomato pesto, hummus, pine nuts and butter. This was great! Both of our meals were very good, cooked and seasoned very well. I loved the Bourbon sauce but it had large pieces of grapes in it. If I would have had the mashed potato's my mashed potato's would have had grapes in it. The chef thankfully put this on the side. This was a great place with very flavorful food!! The only reason, and it's petty, I gave a 4 out of 5 is thinking of mashed potatoes with grapes. I just personally think bad choice of textures. To be fair I did not try it. read more

I would have given the restaurant 5 stars, but for one exceptionally rude member of the staff. The manager was awesome, and our waiter was excellent. The lamb and the drinks were as good as some of the finest restaurants I've visited. We've alerted the manager about the employee that was rude to us, so hopefully it will get corrected. read more

Super cute place! We were there for brunch yesterday, just after they opened. I ordered praline pancakes, with a fresh fruit side. The pralines were inedible. You could not chew them, they were too hard. But, I can say the pancakes were delicious, and fruit was great. My husband had blue crab crab-cake benedict. The eggs were over for poached, the crab cakes were warm, not on the hot side of warm either. The potatoes that were on his plate were way overdone, and three times as many as should be on a brunch plate. There was also no salt and pepper on the table, which is odd when eating eggs and potatoes. He liked his food, but it definitely was not what I would expect from this place, after seeing such great reviews. read more

I'm not sure why this place has such high reviews. The dessert was pretty good, and the chicken dish was okay, but other than that, not much good to say. I ordered the filet, and it was dry and under seasoned. What could've fixed its dryness was a sauce but the Demi-glacé that it's served with came out disgustingly thick. This review is concerning their customer service (although their table service is slower than most). During a company dinner, there was an incident (one of our party fell) that required a report be filed. The assistant manager on duty assured us the general manager would contact us the next day to follow up. It has been 2 months now and no one from the restaurant staff has ever reached out. I have contacted them several times asking for a follow up, given the same assurance we would hear from someone, only to be ignored again. I cannot recommend patronizing an establishment that demonstrates repeatedly they do not truly care about their customers. I will be taking my personal and company business meals to other options in the area. read more

My husband and I went there tonight because he is home from deployment and we wanted a nice dinner for us. Food was GREAT drinks were GREAT. service was not good. My husband and I are 22 and look it too and the whole time we were there our waiter spoke down to us. He acted like we didn't belong there by the way he spoke to us the entire time we were there. This not only upset me but also made our dining experience go from a 5 star to a 2 star. I'm sure he felt like these young kids are going to spend their money on dinner and not tip me, and be treated us just as such. However my husband is a nice guy and left him over 25% where I would have no because quite frankly he did not deserve it. Maybe he was having a bad night or maybe not. Either way I'm not sure we will be retuning due to his attitude & rude comments made towards us. read more

Love this restaurant so much that I make weekly visits. Food is always wonderful and love the decor of a more upscale restaurant in Sevierville. No problem parking because there are lots of places to park around the restaurant. Service is always good with a friendly staff. Enjoy having the menu change with the "seasons." Sometimes good, last night bad! Ordered the 22oz prime rib to share. Was told we'd have double the mashed potatoes and veggies than the 16 oz. Had one little scoop of potatoes and 4 string beans. Salads served with entrees after waiting 45 minutes after ordering. One salad served after entree was almost gone. Asked for salt and pepper got it when meal was almost done. read more

It was an amazing experience! I went for my birthday and was very impressed. Our appetizers were the diver scallops and low country shrimp and grits! (Yum!) being from South Carolina I'm very picky about my shrimp and grits but theirs were phenomenal! My entree was the Hunters Platter which featured venison, duck, and lamb chops with horseradish potatoes and baby broccoli. DELICIOUS! Everything was tasty and cooked to perfection. Our server Josh was so awesome and knowledgeable! He deserves a raise! I was even given a happy birthday bread pudding that was perfect in every way. We went there at 1PM on a Thursday and waited 45 minutes for bread that "wasn't ready". When it came out, it was cold and scarce. The filet we ordered at medium, came out well done and burnt. Disappointed and hungry, we tried to take a few bites before ultimately sending it back. Full plate of food. The server didn't offer a recook on the plate and still charged us 50% for it. The salmon and the ahi tuna was dry, incorrect temperature and under seasoned. The breaded chicken on the chicken parm was soggy. Also! There was no music, we sat in an awkward silence listening to the clinking of glasses and slamming of plates. If you're a fellow foodie, don't waste your money. read more

Ordered a carryout order, the lamb and duck were very gamy tasting. Vegetables were not well seasoned. Was hoping for better tasting food for the price. Did however enjoy the chocolate truffle dessert. Duck and lamb were cold when we picked it up, we also were missing the braised short ribs we ordered.. We've eaten here a number of times, and it's always delicious. I have a gluten allergy, and they go above and beyond to accommodate. Most things on the menu can be prepared gluten-free. The new seasonal cocktails are fantastic. This is far and away the best restaurant in Sevierville. read more

My review has nothing to do with the food or drink. The food was fabulous. The drinks were great, the bartender was friendly and nice. But that's true of a lot of restaurants. Unfortunately, this is all about the ambience. As a local, we were excited to try Seasons and especially excited about the seafood offerings. When we arrived, we had a reservation, we were shown to a high top table in the aisle. I explained that I could not sit with my feet dangling for the entire meal. The hostess told me they were fully booked and had no other tables. At that time, there were three tables seated. There's nothing worse than lying being lied to as a customer. When I pointed out that they restaurant was almost empty, she assured me "they were coming". She then decided to seat us at a table by the door leading to outside seating telling us this was our only option. Much to my disappointment, this was also the door that was used to exit the hotel that is attached. So, all during our dinner, people come and went thru the exit into the 90 degree weather outside. The drinks, appetizers, and dinner cost over $200. We were there for over one and one half hours. At no time were the other tables occupied. In fact, when we left at 7 pm, there were only 2 tables seated. I'm not sure if this restaurant is trying to be upscale or not, but they truly failed. If you're looking for fine dining, you expect ambience as well as good food and good service. Instead, we spent the evening in a near empty restaurant, at one of the worst tables because "they are coming" for the other tables , with people parading by us to leave every few minutes and still paying fine dining prices. Save your money. Go to Chesapeake's for the ambience or the Diner for the neighborhood feel. read more

We LOVE this new addition to Sevierville. Food is top notch, atmosphere is wonderful, prices are fair for the quality received. Only downfall was the slow service, once seated, at our table. We had to ask for the bread/cracker tray and ask for drinks and cocktail refills. Server not pleasant or friendly. The bartender, before our meal, was very nice and talked briefly to us but we were unhappy with our server. Note: We were going to order desert but server said she was too busy to bring us the sample tray to see the offerings?!?!?! I treated my 84 yr old mom to dinner. I have heard about the place for several months but haven't been able to make until now. My family loves Lamb for generations. We both order the Rack and by far probably the best lamb we have ever tasted. The bourbon mint sauce was Devine. This is a must try for everyone. Our waiter was personal and great. We are frequent visitors to the area and this is easily my favorite restaurant in town. The atmosphere is great, beautiful place, staff is friendly and so knowledgeable- they all seem to really love the place too. But the best part is the food. Whether you just want to sit at their gorgeous bar and have amazing craft cocktails and some bites from the "small plates" menu (I highly recommend the honeysuckle buttermilk chicken and the Brussels were some of the best we've ever had), or you want to go all out with a big meal (best filet I've ever had!), this is the place to go. Oh and definitely try a dessert. The bread pudding rotates seasonally and so far I've had the craisin version and the pina colada and both completely wowed us. All the desserts we've tried have been perfection. Outdoor dining area is also very nice. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. I PROMISE you won't be disappointed. read more

I'd like to start out by saying the waiting staff was beyond exceptional, our server was prompt, sociable, and professional. The atmosphere was very spacious and comfortable. It felt like somewhere I could genuinely love coming once a month for the rest of my life to enjoy a bourbon and great dinner. But, to my dismay the food was very disappointing. I ordered a medium rare rack of lamb and received a medium well that was leaning towards almost well done. I'm happy to eat lamb up to well done, but still, it wasn't what I was hoping for. I continued without asking for another and the flavors were great. The lamb had a great crust and paired perfectly with the sauce that was served with it. The rack of lamb came with a side of blue cheese mashed potatoes and a garnish of broccolini, and this is where I have my biggest problem with the dish. The broccolini was fine, the blue cheese mashed potatoes were extremely dissatisfying. On their own they were both great. The mash was cooked perfectly and the blue cheese was a great pair for the sweet sauce and lamb. But the blue cheese was very overpowering, placed on top of the mash, and hidden below the broccolini. The initial shock of eating what I thought was a bite of blue cheese mashed potatoes being a bite of very potent blue cheese was very unappetizing to say the least. It really needed to be mixed with the mash to balance out the overwhelming flavor. I'll probably only be coming back for the cocktails and to try the lunch service. read more
