What a gem to have in our backyard! This place is first off, sooooo delicious! The food quality and quantity for the price is worth every penny. The ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful and feels high end, but it didn't carry that snobby feel. The service was outstanding and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We split a pepperoni flatbread to start. It was so light and crispy. A perfect appetizer that didn't sit too heavy, but tasted delicious! We got scallops, gnocchi, and the filet for our meals and everything was absolutely delicious (we all shared bites of course). The filet tasted like it was straight off a wood fired grill. The meat was a great quality and the sauce was delicious. The gnocchi was made with a pesto that wasn't over powering. It was very light and reminded us of caprese a lot with the flavors! Another fantastic meal at Seasons 52 in Victoria Gardens. Consistently great food, attentive service, and an atmosphere that somehow manages to feel both upscale and comfortable. We started by sharing the Wood-Grilled Corn, Aged Cheddar & Spiced Bacon Flatbread. The sweetness of the wood-grilled corn paired beautifully with the smoky bacon and sharp cheddar, while the lime, sour cream, and chives added a bright finish. Summer on a flatbread. Mom and I had the Summer Corn Soup. It was pure comfort in a bowl. Creamy, rich, and packed with sweet wood-grilled corn flavor, with bacon and chives adding just the right amount of savory balance. Robin tried the Garden Tomato Soup. Velvety and full of fresh tomato flavor, topped with parmesan croutons and micro basil. Rich, satisfying, and highly craveable. For my entrée, I ordered the Wood-Grilled Kona Crusted Lamb Loin. The lamb was exceptionally tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The Kona coffee crust adds a distinctive depth of flavor that I absolutely love, especially paired with the herb butter and Yukon mashed potatoes. I substituted green beans for the asparagus, which made for a great combination. My wife isn't a fan of the coffee crust, but then again she insists coffee tastes like ashes, so take that for what it's worth. Robin had the Rotisserie Half Chicken, which was another winner. The grilled lemon-honey glaze added a touch of sweetness and brightness to the perfectly cooked chicken, while the French green beans, tomatoes, and wild rice pilaf rounded out the plate beautifully. Incredibly juicy and flavorful. Mom enjoyed the Wild Alaska Salmon. It showcased the season perfectly. Served over white rice and topped with a charred tomato broth, it was accompanied by a colorful summer succotash featuring corn, green beans, red peppers, edamame, and toybox tomatoes. Fresh, filling, and packed with flavor. A standout side was the Street Corn Skillet. Sweet roasted corn, wood-grilled red and poblano peppers, chili-lime butter, cotija cheese, and chives combined for a dish that was hard to stop eating. The smoky peppers elevated the sweetness of the corn and tied everything together. Unfortunately, we had no room left for Seasons 52's famous mini desserts, a rare occurrence. Outstanding service, beautifully prepared seasonal dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere made for another memorable dining experience. Seasons 52 has a nice location where the ULTA use to be and they have quite nicely transformed that space. What surprised me most was how quiet it was for a Friday night around 8-9 PM. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. I also enjoyed the cucumber cocktail my husband ordered me while I was in the restroom, which was probably the highlight of the evening. We ordered the Surf & Turf, a 6 oz filet mignon, and the kids' chicken breast with mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly the first time, and when it was brought back out, it was still wrong. As for the food, it was just okay. The steak was pretty underwhelming and not the quality or cut I'm used to. The mashed potatoes and asparagus were fine, but nothing memorable. The kids' chicken breast was actually quite good. It had a nice grilled flavor and was probably the best dish we ordered. The mac and cheese was bland and lacked flavor. One thing I do appreciate is that everything on the menu is 550 calories or less. As someone who tries to be health-conscious, that's definitely a plus. The experience was fantastic until it wasn't! I ordered a glass of the Prisoner wine and the waiter brought me the wine. The wine was amazing, he brought the small carafe and the wine temperature was perfect. I truly enjoyed the wine! I paired it with a salmon on a plank with potatoes and green beans, it was delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant and adds to the experience. Up to this point, this was a 5 star rating until the bill showed up. So, I see the $33 charge for the wine and question it. The waiter, who will remain nameless to protect his reputation brought the menu and shared that they had 4 options. A 3, 6 and 9 ounce pour and a bottle price. Apparently, I did not notice this when I ordered a glass of the Prisoner wine and I was not asked which of the 4 options I would want. Had I've been asked, I would have chosen the bottle as the price difference would have made that, the most attractive option! Something else that strikes me very odd is that I have never seen an option elsewhere for a 3 ounce option, really, 3 ounces! Since I was partially responsible for not clearly stating what option Inwas expecting, I paid the bill and endured the indigestion quietly and with grace. Our new date night tradition has become dinner at Seasons 52, then walking across the street for cocktails at The State on the patio/Veuve Noire (the speakeasy). We each ordered a different flatbread, he got the pepperoni and I got the new seasonal corn and spiced bacon (SO GOOD) and we shared the charcuterie board as an appetizer. She took excellent care of me from start to finish -- even accommodating my decision to move from the bar area to the outdoor patio with no hesitation at all. I also appreciated being able to sample a wine before purchasing, and I ultimately settled on the Caymus Vineyards wine flight, which was absolutely worth the price. I frequent Seasons 52 often, and my go-to combination is always the pesto flatbread and lobster bisque soup -- both are highly recommended. The staff is amazing at this location. Don, who was our server was phenomenal. He went above and beyond for us, especially when there was what appeared to be a small kitchen error. I believe even the manager came to reassure us about it, it was completely understandable as it was incredibly busy since it was Father's Day. The food as always was superb. The new corn and bacon flatbread was incredibly good. The refreshers, particularly the watermelon mint was amazing, though the garden one was a close second. For mains we got the cedar plank-roasted salmon, wild Alaska butterfish, wood-grilled dry-rubbed pork chop, and caramelized grilled sea scallops. I've been wanting to try this restaurant since it opened and finally got around to it. Since moving to Rancho 1 year ago my family and I have dined at more than 30 local sit down restaurants, returned to a dozen of them multiple times and this by far has been the top along side Sycamore Inn. The restaurant is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated/ designed. All the staff were courteous and delightful. Our Waiter was Jason and he may of well also been our favorite waiter. The parking is conveniently adjacent to the restaurant. Unlike Flemings a few businesses down this one was spotless and you could not hear the noises from the kitchen or boldly see it. We requested a booth which we received and all the booths/tables were enough distance from eachother you did not have to impose on other patrons conversions. There were a few obnoxiously loud guests as to be expected as we had just arrived after happy hour had ended. All our food choices were exceptional. So much flavor in every bite. The portions of the sides were just enough to share between my daughter and I. The only thing I would of loved to see on the menu was some dinner roles and bone in ribeye which is one of the things I enjoyed at Flemings. I ordered a bone in pork chop over a warm, sweet cabbage slaw. My Daughter had a tomato with fresh basil gnocchi which was also delicious. We shared truffle risotto, a loaded baked potato skillet, and brussels sprouts with candied crisp bacon. Absolutely delicious. Myself also being a chef, it is almost impossible for me to find anything close to my own cooking without doing all the work myself and this definitely satisfied my hankering. Also, they had yacht rock playing in the background, which I absolutely loved. Just wished it was a little louder. When our bill arrived, I did a triple take as it was 1/4 of what I paid at Flemmings and half of what I paid at Paul Martin's. Met a friend here for happy hour around 4:30 on a Friday and grabbed seats at the bar. There are several seating options -- bar, tables, and a patio -- and the space is bright, open, and polished. An elevated scene. Service was professional and knowledgeable. The food was a mixed bag. The warm goat cheese with crispy toast from the $8 small plates menu was excellent -- creamy, rich, and very satisfying. The wood-grilled artichoke flatbread was also a standout with vibrant flavors that actually pop. The pesto chicken flatbread, however, was shockingly bland. The pesto itself tasted good when I sampled it alone, but the chicken had almost no seasoning and the whole dish just... didn't show up. The $4 mini desserts are easily the star of the happy hour. I didn't try one myself, but my friend had the cheesecake and loved it. At that price it's hard to go wrong. Where the experience starts to feel frustrating is the happy hour structure itself. The menu includes three $8 small plates and a $14 "Flatbread & Sip" pairing with six flatbreads and six wines, which creates plenty of combinations. But outside of those sections, much of the menu labeled "happy hour" appears to be the same price as the regular menu. So yes, technically there are happy hour items -- but the overall experience feels tight-fisted, like the restaurant wants the marketing glow of "happy hour" without really committing to one. In a place like Victoria Gardens, where several restaurants offer strong happy hour value, that approach stands out. To be clear, I wouldn't have minded this structure at all if the happy hour menu simply listed the items that were actually discounted. But the restaurant also provides the full dinner menu, so including full-price items on the happy hour menu just makes the whole thing feel confusing and a little cheap. For comparison, one of the best happy hours I've had recently nearby was at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse, where the menu clearly feels designed for sharing and sampling. The State (practically across the street), Kabuki and Paul Martin's are all strong - offering a true variety of samples from the dinner menu, and cocktails (not just wine) with HH pricing. Another surprise for a restaurant positioning itself as upscale: the restroom. It was clean, but the stall latch was crooked and difficult to close, Visibly sloppy installation. And even if that were fixed, the space still lacks the thoughtful touches many women expect in a higher-end restaurant restroom -- no elevated detailing, no sense of design care, none of the small comfort touches that make a restroom feel consistent with a premium dining experience. Seasons 52 does rotate seasonal menus, which I appreciate, and they had just introduced their spring selections. I may stop in occasionally to see what new flatbreads they introduce. But for now it feels more like a wine-and-flatbread stop with a great $4 dessert menu -- not a place that made me curious to come back for dinner. Delicious new restaurant in Victoria Gardens! I noticed the menu listed "Spring" on top, so I wonder if they have a rotating menu with seasonal dishes. I'll have to come back in a few months to see! When arriving on Friday evening, there was an hour long wait for a table for 2, so instead we opted to eat at the bar which was first-come first-serve and offered the full dinner menu. This was a great decision because we were able to get our food faster, then stay and talk, knowing we weren't taking up a table for another party to sit and eat. The Wood-Grilled Dry-Rubber Pork Chop was cooked to perfection! Incredibly juicy and paired perfectly with the red cabbage and golden raisin side. I would absolutely recommend this dish to anyone trying Seasons 52 for the first time. I was also very happy to see multiple mocktail options on the menu! I wanted to see how this one compared to other Season 52 locations I've been to It was pretty much on par with others. Courteous and attentive servers. I had the miso glazed Chilean sea bass, served on a bed of spinach and snow peas with a rice medley . The glaze was very flavorful and mildly sweet. The fish was cooked perfectly and the veggies and rice were tender. I also had a bowl of lobster bisque. It was creamy and mild flavored. I asked for some bread and it was the only thing different from other locations. A flatbread that was cut and served alone. I had a glass of rosé and it was tasty. Okay, so the thing with this Seasons 52 was that a family member has tried it at another location and was a fan of it. The thing with this location was that the service seemed to be either new, or just non-attentive to our table for our time at this establishment. We were checked up on a total of 3 times during an hour plus stay at the restaurant, but our empty plates and other empty dishes were sitting there, resulting in a clutter for the most part of the meal. The interior is dark, bustling, and a lot of traffic that gos back and forth. It was a wonder why we didn't get any of that attention. Our reason for visiting, a birthday dinner, was met with food that was extremely salty (fish), the salad had the strongest dressing, the scallops being decent and it was just all not to our taste buds. I don't know if it's a thing to have a small cake or dessert for a birthday, but we saw another table get a small treat with a candle. Tuesday 02/17/26, reservations at 5:00pm for a Party of 7. We were celebrating a friend's retirement. Our server Sam immediately took our drink order and she explained in detail the seasonal dinner meal options. I ordered the blackened salmon and substitute mashed potatoes instead of the pearl potatoes that were. My salmon was seamed and cooked to perfection. I added a little pepper & salt to my greens beans as they were not seasoned to my liking. Everyone enjoyed their meal and cocktail drinks. This restaurant is know for serving low calorie meals. I'm guessing that's why bread and butter is offered before your meal. The restaurant decor is very nice. I most likely will come back to try the other lunch and dinner entrees. read more

On our way to attend a concert out at Morango we decided to treat ourselves to nice dinner as a way of celebrating our friendship and Teacher's Appreciation Week. My friends and I love a good steakhouse; Seasons 52 did not disappoint. We arrived without a reservation (tip: make a reservation) and were told they were all booked up for the next few hours, but the bar was open seating. Just like that, we looked over and 3 seats opened up all together. The food and service are both excellent. We ordered drinks, appetizers, the crab cake is a nice size, it is listed as shareable and it truly is. Nice big chunks of lump crab without extra filling. The pesto chicken flatbread my friends said was delicious and for our entrees we ordered 2 of the 6 oz filet mignon dinners and the pork chop. Everything was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. One friend added the loaded potato side and it too was really good! The restaurant is lively, friendly servers, clean and a great atmosphere. Came here for Fathers Day 2026 with a party of 12. Over all excellent experience. The customer service was on point from the walk in. We were greeted and allowed to check in early while we waited for the rest of our party. We had two waiters one of them was Don. He has great personality we loved him. But They were both great and super attentive. The food was delicious and everything we ordered was good. On my end of the table we had the lobster abs avocado flatbread, Philly cheesesteak flatbread, crab cake- it's one so we ordered 4, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp grits , scallops , half a chicken, sea bass. The restaurant has such an inviting vibe cozy, lively, and welcoming. We arrived a few minutes early for our 6:30pm reservation and were seated right on time. Our server, Brittney, made the night even better. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She explained the menu, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely taken care of. Tonight was our second ever visit to this Season 52 location. My family and I came here to celebrate my birthday. Our party of 9 (7 adults and 2 kids) were seated promptly once the majority of our party arrived. Starting with the positives: the food quality was excellent overall and on par with our other visits to Seasons 52 in Costa Mesa. And now onto why I'm rating this visit quite low: our server (Marie) was friendly when speaking to us, but she was extremely forgetful. On multiple occasions over the course of our evening, she would forget either someone's beverage or forget to bring an item. The worst experience happened while our entrees were being served to our table. While most plates came out, we were missing three entrées (my sister, my brother-in-law, and my 4 year old nephew's kids plate). We were initially patiently waited 5-10 minutes after the majority of the plates arrived, but nothing else afterwards. After 15 minutes or so, we flagged over a manager/supervisor and expressed our concerns about the missing plates. The manager immediately asked what was missing and checked on the items. From what we could tell, it appears their orders were simply not placed at all. The manager apologized to our table and offered to comp us a couple bowls of soup. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, the missing entrées finally came out ( it the remainder of our party already finished eating at this point). Needless to say, our whole experience tonight was definitely ruined with this waitress that was protrude most forgetful wait staff were ever encountered. I would give Seasons 52 another try in the future, but not likely anytime soon. read more

Lucky for us we made it right on time for the tail end of their happy hour so we were able to enjoy some small bites and drinks. My husband enjoyed the potatoes while I got the shrimp. The crazy thing about being involved with someone who doesn't think of steak as end-all be-all meal when you feel the same is that you struggle to go somewhere nice and classy without it involving ridiculously expensive cuts of meat. Except maybe when you're talking about price seafood, all the good places revolve around nice beef dishes. I'm glad every time I find places like Seasons 52 that can put together an impressive menu of items, adjusted seasonally, that features beef, yes, but also seafood, poultry, pasta, and the oddball lamb dishes. I think it's wonder when every dish has appeal without breaking the bank and still delivers some sizable portions. The service is great here too. Our server was on the ball with everything--specials, suggestions, and refills. The only faux pas was not getting water for the one person who requested one, even three requests spaced minutes apart. It's not the best he was kind of forgetful but at least he had a sense of humor about and was otherwise upbeat, The ambiance was great. It felt like a Ruth's Chris' Steakhouse with that noticeable elegance and grace. It felt like a special occasion place and had an air of being exclusive without being actually so. FYI - Happy hour is 3pm-6pm Monday through Thursday. We started with the chipotle shrimp flatbread. It was quite tasty and full of shrimp. For my entree, I had the grilled pork chop that came with braised cabbage. Both were excellent. I could have eaten an entire bowl of the braised cabbage. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, with an elegant atmosphere that made it perfect for a date night. Everything was clean and the service was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We started with the lump crab cake appetizer. For a side, we ordered the loaded potato skillet. For our entrees, my husband chose the Chilean sea bass while I ordered the gnocchi. After trying a bite of his sea bass, I was in love, it was so delicious that I convinced him to trade meals with me, and thankfully he agreed! We also ordered 3 of their mini dessert glass shots which were: key lime, Oreo and recesses peanut butter. I also enjoyed a lemon drop cocktail. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well prepared. Seasons 52 at Victoria Gardens (right near Macy's) is a win. The service was warm and attentive, the atmosphere had a great vibe, and everything felt relaxed yet elevated. The Steak Flatbread was outstanding, meatballs were also perfectly cooked and full of flavor and the desserts were hands-down the best. A great spot for a casual night out or a special meal. Love this place! We've been to the Season's 52 in Florida and San Diego...we are ecstatic that we now have a closer one to go to! We went here to celebrate my son's birthday. The dinner ambiance is casual, but a classy casual :) our hostess was THE BEST! Talla provided us a description of all the entrees and her recommendations. She was very attentive and was courteous and funny! We all loved what we ordered...from the filet Mignon , Chilean sea bass, scallops, vineyard chicken...all were fantastic and perfectly seasoned. My son said the potatoes and green beans that came with his salmon were a little under seasoned but was easily fixed with a bit of salt. I love that the desserts are minis...you don't overload on sweets but it provides the perfect portion to satisfy that sweet tooth. Can't wait to come back again! read more

I found out about this place on social media and couldn't wait to try it out! When my boss offered to buy me lunch this week, I knew exactly where I wanted to go! Seasons 52 serves fresh, seasonally inspired dishes year-round, prepared with oak-fire grilling and brick-oven roasting. Every menu item is 595 calories or less and made with fresh produce, quality meats, and pristine seafood. The exterior is sleek and professional. The interior is elegant and refined. I was greeted immediately upon entering. To the right, you have the bar area and outside appears to have an outdoor dining option. To the left, you have the main dining room. I placed an order online for pickup. I went with a cup of the lobster bisque, the brick oven-roasted Chilean sea bass with wild rice pilaf on a bed of snow peas. And a Belgian chocolate S'mores mini-indulgent dessert. Everything was packaged beautifully and even the presentation in to-go containers was on point. The dessert was still served in the glass container, which was cool, but surprising! The lobster bisque was delightful! The sea bass was cooked perfectly--flakey, yet still buttery and melted in my mouth. The ginger-sesame glaze was a nice addition. The s'more's dessert was an excellent way to end the meal. I was satisfied--full--but not to the point of being uncomfortable or sleepy for the rest of my work day. I'm a fan! Will definitely be back and would love to dine in soon! read more

Loved their healthy menu selections. Their plates are all under 600 calories about none of them are small in portion, kudos to that! Service is fantastic, from the reception group to our server, all of them are super friendly. The restaurant has dim lighting, makes it look upscale, but the ambiance is quite lighthearted as well so I don't feel overwhelmed. Food tasty great without over seasoning or oily. read more

I was so thrilled to hear that Seasons 52 was opening in my neck of the woods. The wine list is never disappointing, and the food is always delicious and changes with the seasons as reflected in their name. Now I no longer have to drive out to Costa Mesa (well, who am I kidding?! I can't stay away from Segerstrom.) However, with a closer location, I can visit more often. The bar in this location has a different look from Costa Mesa, but I appreciate the artwork which depicts the city's past history of grape growing/wine making. There's also a very pretty patio. But enough with the backstory! Let's get on with it! So I came here to celebrate my birthday with friends. All the staff were very welcoming and attentive. I had a drink at the bar and then moved on to a table with my friends. We shared a roasted mushroom flatbread (highly recommend getting any of the flatbreads.) For an entree, I had the brick oven gnocchi and a shrimp skewer. Delicious! Everything paired so well with my glass of Chardonnay. If only I could eat this every day! Well at least now every week is possible. In honor of my birthday, we were treated to a complimentary glass of bubbles to toast, and I also received a complimentary mini dessert. What a great new addition to the Victoria Gardens, and new "date night" destination for my wife and I! We have been here twice, the first was on the Friday night of their grand opening weekend, and we had such a great time. We have already been back again. Even though they were pretty busy on an opening weekend, we were promptly greeted at the door by a friendly receptionist who confirmed our reservation and insured our table was ready. We were actually a little early, but they accommodated us and took to our table us within five minutes of arriving. The bar was pretty packed both times. We have been there so if you're looking to hit their happy hour, you probably wanna be there on the Early side of it because it looks like it gets pretty busy. The dining area is appropriately separated from the bar and is upscale in its appearance without being too stuffy. The menu had plenty of great options, but not so many it was overwhelming. We started with a charcuterie board, my wife had a Caymus wine flight, and I had an Apple Bourbon Infusion cocktail. The charcuterie board came with a card that explained all of the items on the board, which was very easy to follow in very helpful. All of the items were very tasty on the charcuterie board. The Apple Bourbon Infusion cocktail was pretty darn good. I'm a bourbon/whiskey guy, and when I go out, I don't mind a good Old-Fashioned. This cocktail was kind of like an old-fashioned with a very strong Fall flavors twist The charcuterie and drinks were a great introduction to set the tone for our overall experience. My wife and I also shared the beat salad, a recommendation from our server, Lety. To be completely honest I wasn't overly excited about the salad pick, but I let my wife have her choice on that one. What a pleasant surprise. The flavor profile was savory and clean, and we both really enjoyed the salad. For our main entrée, my wife ordered the Wood grilled shrimp and grits and I ordered the Wood grilled filet mignon. We are both very happy with these two dishes, and the cook on the fillet was perfect. For dessert, they will offer you a choice from probably seven or eight different small cup items each with their own specific flavor profile. I couldn't remember which ones we got, but both were consistent with strong flavors, but light on your stomach, not heavy at all. Overall, we had a great experience. In our opinion, they knocked it out of the park in the three primary areas of food, ambience, and great service! We've already been back once and we had the cedar plank, salmon and vineyard chicken, along with a pepperoni flatbread. Also all great options. Let me just start off by saying I really really really wanted to enjoy this place and I was anticipating it to be pretty similar to Flemings (which is also at Victoria Gardens) but it wasn't. Other than the prices being a little cheaper, I think they're internalizing the word "fresh" a little too much. The food was lacking in flavor, we were promised a welcome salad for being first time customers that we didn't receive even after we reminded our server, and the food took so long to come out that the manager came by and apologized. Now I will say the salmon and the wine they pair with it was good but the potatoes were undercooked and some of my string beans were cold :( I'm giving them 3 stars because I liked the ambience, the bar looked nice and I enjoyed my salmon but I think they're still working out some of the kinks since they just opened. I'm open to giving them a try again, maybe in a month or so, once they have their footing. read more
