I came to this restaurant excited after seeing all the hype online and was severely disappointed. First off, the restaurant was borderline empty, and we still had to wait for the servers to stop talking before seating us. The focaccia was amazing, but when we ordered, our food got mixed up. When we explained the mix-up, the server seemed passive aggressive instead of helpful. One of our party's dishes was plated poorly and honestly looked juvenile. Soda is $4 per refill, and our drinks took about 20 minutes to come out. When we asked for a refill, we didn't receive it until the end of our meal. The only helpful person was the food runner, who apologized. Our server was inattentive and rarely checked on our table. It was honestly disappointing, especially since our meal came out to over $200 and the service was bottom of the barrel. Yes, it's aesthetic, but for the price, it is NOT worth it. The staff really needs better customer service training and a better understanding of how to run an upscale restaurant efficiently. Had a reservation for this place as we had a larger group. It is breezy and pretty cold in the spring time, so make sure you bring a jacket for dinner. Also if you're catching the sunset, make sure you don't forget your sunglasses as the sun may be directly in your eyes. The place being a rooftop restaurant means you have pretty good views of the surrounding area. The service was great as we had no less than 4 people checking in on our table. Now the food came out pretty quickly and was great. The short rib had great flavor, but was slightly dry. The mashed potatoes were really good and so was the broccolini. Everyone else said their dishes were great. The think the portions were perfect and the price was reasonable. I look forward to another visit to try other menu items. The only gripe I have, and it is very minor is that the room leading to the elevator on the first floor is tiny, which was pretty full with our group and the people leaving the elevator. read more

Imagine eating outside in the open and on a rooftop of a building, very cool indeed! From the appetizers and main dish, we really liked it. The popcorn chicken were very flavorful, crunchy and tender at the same time, the bread was good but I had better. What i really like was their caesar salad. Probably one of the best caesar salad I've ever had. The idea of crushing the croutons and spreading iver a salad was genius. From the dressing, cheese and chicken was perfect appetizer for me. The spicy fries i like because I love spicy food but it might be too spicy for people who dont like spicy food. The crunch on that fries was perfect. I also had the beef short rib, very very tender but i thought it lacked an umami flavor to it, but it is still good dont get me wrong. The salmon dish was ok. They have a golden hour special from 5-7pm for house wine, spritzers, and beer. Our order included: *Focaccia bread- amazing! Huge portion, great flavor, and a yummy compounded butter. *Beet salad- Our favorite thing! Beets, feta, olives, tomato's, and a light dressing. *Grilled artichoke- We won't order this again. Hard, almost inedible with just a few leaves. Junes is such a gem for the IE -- a rooftop restaurant with great views that makes dining feel special. The vibe is relaxed yet stylish, perfect for a night out with friends or a date. I give this place a 5 because what was good was other worldly . The sauce in the tiger shrimp should have its own entree dish paired with grits . It's so so good . I love the freshly made focaccia and I'm not usually a fan of bread . The taziki sauce that came under potatoes was so good , I wish it was also drizzled on top. My boyfriend surprised me with a date to June's and it was honestly so refreshing and adorable! June's is a rooftop bar and restaurant. The views overlook the mountains around Eastvale/Inland Empire, and it was a bit windy (we went towards the evening, around 7:00PM) so come with a coat! The vibes really set them apart from other restaurants I've been to. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and personable. The food was delicious as well. The focaccia was a lot taller than I expected, but still delightfully spongey and not dense with good amounts of oil drizzled over. The corn ribs were so good, they are a must get if you are a corn enjoyer like I am. They can feel a little messy to eat, but it's corn! For the main entree, I got the steak & frites! I don't know what I was expecting, but I got literally a whole steak with frites LOL I feel like I got used to some restaurants serving a few pieces of steak with their frites so it was a pleasant surprise but it was a lot of food! First time @ June's, I was super excited to have an LA-esq restaurant in Eastvale. It's on the roof of the staybridge hotel. The entrance is around the corner of the hotel entrance, there's a big pink sign for June's. Walking in, the vibes were perfect. It's like you transported to Palm Springs. The servers were really attentive. I ordered the Honeymooner and it was a classic Lychee martini. Tastes amazing. Here comes the food: Spicy pomodoro: Spicy but really good. I would 100% recommend this dish, generous portion. One thing to note though is that there are black flakes throughout the dish (see photo). It tasted like burnt char on a cast iron skillet lol I'm pretty sure it was, looking at all the other yelp pics of the pomodoro that did not have that. Steak frites: Fail. This was the worst cut of steak I have had in a really long time. I mean I pick better supermarket steak to cook at home. So much tendon, really tough piece of meat to cut & chew. For being in eastvale where there are farms everywhere, I would imagine a better selection. This was also the most expensive thing on the menu. You cannot get this wrong or it's a crime. The tallow fries that came with the dish were excellent though. This restaurant has so much potential, I'm looking forward to seeing it evolve in the future. This rooftop dining experience has a laidback, upscale Orange County vibe. Watching the sunset from the rooftop was honestly worth the visit alone. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the entire evening. I started with the Herb Focaccia paired with a Calabrian chili brown butter sauce which was rich, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. That sauce deserves its own spotlight. Drinks: 1. Mocktail Dreamsicle tasted like a grown up orange creamsicle and was delicious! 2. Golden Hour had tequila, passionfruit, pasilla, cacao, and lime. Smooth with a sweet foam top that was addictive. 3. Luck of the Draw was strong and bold which we a bourbon old fashioned had honey, bitters, and pistachio notes. Entrees: 1. Spicy Pomodoro Lumache with added spicy chicken meatballs, it sounded promising but didn't wow me. Would skip next time. 2. Gnocchi alla Norma with junbo tiger shrimp. This was the star dish. Perfectly balanced marinara, smoky cherry tomatoes, creamy ricotta salata, and grilled eggplant. A must order! 3. Dry Aged Cheeseburger: Decent but underwhelming cooked only medium by default with no option to customize. However, the fries were next level. Crisp, seasoned, and so flavorful they didn't need ketchup which had a strange taste anyway. Overall, the views are absolutely breathtaking especially at golden hour. My husband, daughter and I visited June's for the first time the beginning of April while my cousin was visiting from out of town. We stumbled upon this gem from an IG post someone made. We did not make a reservation and when we arrived, were told there were reservations arriving and we may not be able to be seated that evening. We told the host we were willing to wait if tables would be leaving in a reasonable time and Addie so kindly fit us in. We waited in the bar area while she cleaned a table herself to accommodate us. The ambiance was so so nice, great vibe. The food was delicious and Erika was our server, who took great care of us. We had such a great experience, that we inquired on how to reserve for a large party a month later. We were told to email the manager with details for large parties. Vinisha was great in getting our reservation complete and had excellent communication. We celebrated my mother-in-laws 80th birthday with a pre-fixe menu and group of about 20ppl. Everything went so smooth! Vinisha even printed menus customized for our party with a cute header. The staff was attentive, the kitchen did a great job of getting our food out in a timely manner, the bartenders had the drinks on point and our server Vanessa was fabulous!! It was a bad consistency, salty, overwhelmingly herby, and more sauce than rice. Also presented poorly on a flat plate making it real unappetizing from the start. It reminds me of a green porridge ZA'ATAR popcorn chicken- juicy with light batter, flavorful and herby with a good ranch and jam dipping sauce. A bit salty though, and more and more salty as I tried finishing it Overall docked a star because food was not delicious and I'm going to assume everything else on the menu will be heavily seasoned/salty too. Our pastas were way too Al dente. No good. It was a good experience, but I wouldn't come here again for dinner. Maybe come to take pictures and have some cocktails. The design and vibes are so well curated, and I truly think every seat on the roof is great (esp during sunset - I'd try to come then if you can!). So long that when the last 2 people in our party arrived, i wanted to order both appetizers and entres while ordering drinks. The caesar salad was not good. I didnt know it was vegan and missing the anchovies but you could have added salt or wven carry lemon pepper. And the salad wasnt even cold. The ribs supposedly came hot, so hot that i shouldnt touch the plate. I moved it with my bare hands. Our entre was barely warm. My friends asked for soda when the food arrived. Came for dinner tonight during their soft opening. Interesting to see this type of restaurant. Definitely not anything like this in the area. Dining is completely outdoors and the rooftop location is nice, especially during sunset. To start we got the smoked oyster mushrooms, which had a little bit of heat. Good flavor and good texture. Little gem salad was alright. Played nicely and the garlic vinaigrette worked well, though the dish itself seemed a tad ordinary. Popcorn chicken was our favorite dish. Really crispy coating with that hit of zaatar - the ranch and chili sauces were both delicious. For mains we got the ragu and pomodoro, sea bass, octopus, and steak frites. The pomodoro and the octopus were the standouts. Pastas were cooked al dente. Tomato flavor of the pomodoro had a nice depth. Octopus was delicious with what looked like a squid ink garlic cause. It came with roasted potatoes, which were really good, but the octopus/potato combo is a little weird, in my opinion. Maybe a garlic squid ink pasta instead. The sea bass ok - crispy skinned on a bed of white beans. The steak frites was pretty standard, the bone marrow demi it comes with is really good. I'd honestly like the potatoes that come with the octopus to come with the steak. Tried a few of cocktails and they were all good. There are a bunch of custom cocktails and if they all sounded pretty delicious. Nice glassware too. Overall really cool to see this in Eastvale. Only problem I see are the winds. The restaurant sits 5 floors up and so the wind up there is noticeably stronger than it is on the ground. Got pretty chilly while we were up there but they were kind of us to bring some heaters. I can only imagine when the Santa Ana winds kick up. Also, valet only, which is kind of weird. Staff was attentive and everything came quickly.
