Started with the Pepper de Gallo - a spicy tequila libation - and had the calamari on a recommendation from Roxy. I choose the Petite Filet but added the chimmichuri side sauce upon the recommendation of Roxy. The calamari was perfection and the steak was great but the chimmi churi sauce made it over the top. The food the service and in my case the patio was perfection. I started the evening with an amazing Chardonnay by Rombauer. I love buttery Chardonnays and Rombauer may be among the best I have had, it reminded me of the award-winning Château Montelena, Chardonnay. For those of you who have never seen the movie Bottle Shock, watch it, It's a wonderful lesson in wine history. I'm definitely buying some Rombauer for my personal collection when I return to Vegas. My appetizer was a tasty peppery kick calamari dish. The kick wasn't too bad for you non spicy folks. The dish was light and crispy just how great calamari should be. Then came the branzino. I do not eat the skin of fish typically, but this dish was to tasty and the skin was the perfect level of crispy. The branzino and the wine went so well together, I was eating my desert early. The flavors popped in my mouth. At this point I was done but my amazing waiter Tyler did ask if I wanted to see the desert Menu and since I thought if the rest of the food was this delicious why not. I ended up ordering the white chocolate cheesecake. OH MY GOD, it melted in my mouth. The cheesecake wasn't overly rich but it was smooth, definitely fresh. The berries and the whipped cream balanced it out and that cheesecake didn't stand a chance. As a foodie from Las Vegas, I have been to a numerous amount of amazing restaurants. I cannot express my surprise at finding seasons here in Durango. This is definitely going to be one of my go to restaurants every time I visit this beautiful town. From the moment I walked through the door to the time that I left the service the food and the ambience was simply perfect. The previous owner has retired and the new owner has not missed a beat and has taken the great spot to the next level. Awesome Rye Boulevardier and Hamachi Crudo at the bar night one - great service from Tony; Back at the bar the next night and had their amazing and tender Calamari, NY Strip, Truffled Potatoes and Sautéed Mushrooms + Onions. All top notch and the steak was perfectly cooked. Once again, great service, this time by Justin! What goes better with a steak than Pio Cesare Barolo (not on the list....yet!) We initially waltzed in here at straight up 8 PM on a late August Thursday, only to be informed that the kitchen had started to pack up for the night. Apparently, due to the slower evenings earlier in the summer, they packed up early. Makes sense. Next night (Friday) we arrived around 6 PM, sans-RSVP, and were quickly seated in one of the front window tables. Started off with the tomato bisque soup with wood-fired crostini for dipping ($8). The flavor of the crostini from the wood was sooo good. Can I have a 1/2 lb bag of those to go? For my entree, I had the Chilean Sea Bass special ($60) which was topped with a creamy spinachesque sauce and featured sides of carrots-squash medley and what I can only describe as a fancy potatoes au gratin with two more crostinis to lap up the delicousness. Drink: Pint of Pilsner Urquell ($7). Shout out to our server *Roxy* who is a rock star in dealing with the rare scumbag of Durango who purposely blew a massive cloud of vape smoke at a couple dining outside while she was checking on them, only to come back and spit on her when she told Señor Asshat to knock it off. Absolute 5 star experience. This was our 1st time and will definitely not be our last. Very gluten free friendly. Roxy, our server was so great. Helped me navigate the menu. They are a wine spectator restaurant so my husband was thrilled. Had a delicious cocktail. The crudo and the tomato bisque were incredible. We split a filet which was tender enough to cut with a butter knife. (All GF) So delicious!! We will probably go back for a second time this weekend before we leave town. The dining room is lovely. Seasons, get it right. I haven't been to this restaurant in a while, as someone who has been going since it opened. New management, new chef. Front of the house is beautifully trained, helpful and lovely plus they have diehard knowledgeable Justin at the bar. When you enter the smell of old oil is horrible. The poutine with green chili is a great idea on a classic but the fries weren't crispy, even the ones that weren't drowned in an average " gravy", my word not theirs. The cheese curds were delicious and fried, and a great idea but for a smallish bowl for $25 seems unreasonable. We got the teriyaki salmon skewers for free cos it took over 25 minutes to get the fries, and they were overcooked and tasteless. Sadly again, I'll take another 6+ month hiatus. read more

Visited July 2025 We ended our trip with a second visit to Seasons and even with a few bumps in the road, it was still a win. The vibe? Still warm and welcoming. The service? Just as fantastic. This time, Roxie, who was our fabulous hostess last week, was our waitress on this visit, and let me just say, she's the real deal. Handled a few hiccups like a total pro and made sure we had a great night regardless. Friendly, funny, and genuinely cares that you leave happy. The Ahi Tuna special was a hit, my girlfriend's hubby called it spectacular. My husband and I went with the filet mignon because it's just that good...tender, seasoned beautifully, and cooked to perfection. But the unexpected star? That spinach salad! Bacon, avocado, grain mustard vinaigrette! It was bold, creamy, and crazy good. Trust me, just order it. It's been over a week and I am still thinking about that salad! We finished the night with the Salted Caramel Budino, and wow... creamy, salty-sweet, crunchy goodness in every bite. Already looking forward to our next visit! The petite fillet I ordered medium rare was cooked to perfection. One of the best steaks I've had. The manhattan came in a martini glass neat. I was a little surprised by this. However, it didn't disappoint. We started out in a booth and quickly asked to move to a table. The guy behind me was constantly rocking the booth as he went in for a bite of his dinner and then sat back up. I'd go back to the contractor or vendor and demand they rebuild the booths. The menu was very wordy with all of the special culinary details, and the food was lackluster (other than the delicious potato soup). My grapefruit salad with salmon was okay, and only okay due to the salmon being rare. My sister's hamburger wasn't as tasty due to the aioli having a fishy taste on her burger. But our guys seemed to like the "fish and chips." Overall, very nice place in Durango but the food was lacking. They weren't very attentive, since we had to ask for water refills. *Also, we were there for about two hours while two other tables were seated and had eaten before we even ate. I do appreciate them taking the additional price of the salmon off of the ticket, since it wasn't cooked to my liking. So, two stars it is! read more

We walked in without reservations, but it was early so we figured it would be okay and it was. The hostess was friendly and took us to a table immediately. Our waiter came up to the table quickly and gave us menus and came back right away to see if we wanted drinks. We ordered a bottle of wine and the crab cakes right away. The crab cakes were delicious, but small. More like crab balls, but still delicious. The sauce could have used a little heat or some horseradish on the side. Again, this app was delicious, it is just about preference for some heat. We ordered the roasted duck which was so so so tasty! it came with mashed sweet potato and mushrooms. We ordered broccolini as a side so that we would have a vegetable with our meals. The second dish was the ribeye dip, which was also tasty. The truffle fries were not our favorite, but we had the broccolini as well. Service was good. Ambience was nice. Good lighting and quiet. Server checked in routinely, along with other staff and, what I can only guess was the manager or executive chef, Prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service you receive. Review for vegetarian cuisine: While the service and ambiance was pleasant, the vegetarian entree option left something to be desired. Most restaurants in downtown Durango have a single vegetarian option (and they are no exception), which is just fine if it is well thought out and prepared. Here it felt like they didn't know what to feed someone who didn't consume meat. If you're exclusively vegetarian, I'd pick a different restaurant. Lovely setting, experienced waitress, outstanding salad and power lunch. Branzino was skillfully prepared and crispy - just the way we like it. The French onion was perfectly seasoned and cane with a large slice of baguette with melted cheese. The spinach salad had lots of tasty sliced eggs and bacon, and a tasty dressing. The salty chocolate budino was adorned with strawberries and blueberries and whip cream and so delicious. Big enough for two. The wine list looked very good. Though 2 of the 3 dishes we ordered was good, the 1 meal out absolutely was not. Don't order the chicken. My teenage daughter, who learned how to cook chicken properly during home economics in school, has made a much more tastier meal. But what really brought the rating down was the service. For the menu prices, I was expecting exceptional service where I didn't have to ask for water refills or actually have to stand up to hunt my server down for the steak knife she said she'd be right back with. Honestly, she should have brought the steak knife before she brought the steak to the table as most finer restaurants do. And I had to ask her if she could take empty plates away to make room on the table and the second time, i just told her to take them. I questioned myself when I first walked in, why the restaurant was half empty at 6:30pm on a Saturday night (and stayed that way). I know why now. This restaurant is not worth the prices. read more

Excellent steak house on main street in downtown Durango. This an upscale restaurant designed for a higher end dining experience. The bone in filet mignon is $100 ala carte and was worth the money. I really wasn't impressed with my experience at Seasons Grill and it's really hard for me to write a negative Review but I really depend on these reviews when picking my dining experiences and I need to be honest. Our server was attentive but wasn't very pleasant. It was Christmas Eve and I understand he probably wanted to be anywhere but work but it really subtracted from our dining experience. It was uncomfortable when he came over to check in on us. I felt like I wanted to get out of their ASAP. The spinach artichoke dip didn't have much spinach or artichoke in it, it was pretty bland and way too much melted and then re-hardened cheese on top. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was terrible. It tasted spoiled/rotten. I'm not sure if it was the dressing or cheese. I put it on the edge of the table and someone came by and grabbed it without asking if I was done or if everything was ok. It was a full salad with only two bites taken from it. Finally, the pasta was fine. Lacked flavor. Didn't taste any tequila cilantro sauce as described on the menu. Pasta was slightly over cooked but the shrimp was excellent. Dessert was the star of the show, a flourless chocolate cake. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here but the ambiance was very nice, just feel like there is better dining options in the area. read more

The family and I came to Seasons for lunch and enjoyed it. We shared a few items, with the short ribs being the most exciting and tasty. We had a pretty decent chicken sandwich as well. Ok, soooo coming from someone with 10+ years in the service. I would NOT GO! We waited 15 mins after being sat, and I had to go ask if we had a server. Trevor came out and and made his excuses. Drinks took forever, food took forever! Nothing to write home about with the their signature Seasons chicken. All the servers had sever tunnel vision! No one noticed we weren't getting service. He never came back and asked how the food was. Overall yuck experience. We're there for 2hours. We got a bday desert and we're told it was on the house and we're charged for it. Service is fine but when ordering the charcuterie board, neither the staff who delivered the plate nor the bartender who was our server identified what we were being served. Very happy we tried Seasons during our business trip. We went all out. We ordered the calamari (they made gluten free for me)- it was amazing- could have licked that plate! We also ordered the charcuterie board- it was also very good. We each had a glass of wine and our waitress went out of her way to find me just the right wine- she succeeded!
