The Armory has really stepped it up! Now it's a great place to swing by for a quick meal with tons of options to choose from including Skillet Counter and MOD Pizza. The space also seems to be more open with new tables and chairs. The update will sure please tourists and locals alike! read more

It's a small attraction, but a highlight of this center is the piece of Berlin Wall located inside. It's one of the pillars and has the plaque in front of it. Aside this, there are plenty of food options to choose from. A nice spot is the Confectional, which serves small cheese cakes like the prime location in Pike's Market. I hope that this is going to be a success. It is a great idea for the area. There are some great restaurants at the Armory. If you are in the area and are having trouble deciding what to eat, go there. There are plenty of choices for everyone. If you are downtown and want good food (Skillet Counter and more and more to come I hope), get on the monorail and you will be there in a quick minute. It is great for groups and kids. read more

There's nothing worse than being a tourist and eating at the same old chains. Seattle Center Armory is close to such favorite tourist attractions as the EMP and the Space Needle, but offers out-of-towners (and locals, I presume) a fun, food-truck-turned-food-court alternative to eating the food court standbys. They day I was there, they also had an art show set up. Love this idea and would love to see it in other cities! read more

This is an awesome little, upscale kind of food court near the Space Needle. I loved the variety of food to choose from. Each food spot has some of its own seating, but there is also a ton of seating out in the middle. I love that everyone you are hanging out with can go grab what they want and then meet in the middle to hang out together. The place is super clean, and there are specific bins for your trash/recyclables (had to really read and pay attention to the directions on the trash cans... can't say I've had to do that before!!). There's plenty to do in the area, you just need enough time to accomplish it all!! read more

Great place to get something to eat when you're visiting the Space Needle. There are a bunch of local restaurants such as Pie, Skillet, Dante's Inferno Dogs, La Spiga, Seattle Treats, The Confectional, Mod Pizza, and Plum. The ambiance is food court style but since everything is under one roof, it makes for a great place to try a bunch of local favorites without hunting them down in the city. read more

Nice food court right by the Needle and other attractions. Good selection of food, drinks and snacks in a clean place to sit and eat. We had delicious burgers, soups and salads... there is also a pie place that I will try next time I go there. Easy to get to on the monorail from downtown. read more

Nice and convenient place to grab food, a snack or a drink after you have been walking around the area for awhile and want to escape the heat or rain. Really like this place. Sure, it's a food court, but it's a food court with really good food. And yeah, the prices may be a little high, but the quality of the food generally makes it worth it. Only real complaint is that during the week the restaurants don't have standard open/closing times - some close around 4, some around 6, some around 8. It'd be nice if they were all the same. read more

The Seattle Center Armory is must-visit when at Seattle Center. This is a military-built building/warehouse that houses a Children's Museum and the always popular Food Court. The Food Court has just a few big names, with the complete list being Blue Water Taco Grill, MOD Pizza, Starbucks, Cool Guys Fry Bar, Subway, Skillet Counter, Seattle Fudge, Eltana Wood-Fired Bagels, Plum Pantry, Quincy's Burgers, Cere Coffee, Bigfood Barbecue, WOK, and Premier Meat Pies. I've only tried Blue Water, which is good (see review). read more

There is a good amount of restaurants to choose from including some interesting places such as a Fry Bar. It has a good variety ranging from pizza to burgers to Asian to even budget friendly options like Subway. There is a lot of seating, however they could still use more as it is quite a popular place. I would recommend eating here if you're visiting the Space Needle, The Children's Museum, etc. read more

I really love how quick these pizza's are prepared and cooked. They have a great staff that is really friendly. I would encourage anyone visiting the Seattle Center to stop in and try one of their pizzas. read more

What a nice place to gather at and chill out. We had about an hour to chill before Space Needle viewing. So Lots of food and drink options. Lots of people watching and I like that the homeless are allowed in but it's well controlled, they seem clean and not pesky unsightly or of poor hygeine. Bottom floor is a children's museum which is nice as well. read more

There used to be a lot more variety of restaurants and choices in the food court, but now it just seems like all the owners care about is making it more fancy just so that they can make more money! It stinks! I've really seen this place just go downhill in my life and it used to be one of my favorite places to eat too! read more

I was really impressed.with the service here despite NW Life going on. Also, as others have noted: The Armory no longer feels like a Chicago managed airport food court. mOD Pizza brings life to this place. Anyway, despite the band and the line, the staff was cheerful and and on top of there game. I got my delicious Ulyssess's pizza along with a very tasty Boylan Ginger Ale. read more

One of the best food courts I've ever seen. I'm from Canada, so I'm not sure how many of the eateries are chains (the only place I recognized was Subway) but everything appeared unique and interesting (except for Subway. Sorry Subway.) We ate at It's Time For Pie and Mod's Pizza, both of which were great. We had a chocolate raspberry pie with a great crunchy pie crust and lots of fresh raspberries at It's Time for Pie. Mod's Pizza was *amazing* though. The prices were great, a set reasonable price for as many toppings as you want?! The crust was crispy, the cheese gooey, and the toppings fresh. If we lived in the area we would definitely go to Mod Pizza again and again for more, especially being able to eat it in the lovely Seattle Centre park :) read more

we were disappointed with the subway sandwich place, they refused to honor the announced deal each day at the pacific conference's basketball tournament in key arena: free beverage with your order. yesterday afternoon we ordered the a meat and cheese 12' sandwich, and ask for the drink please, then turned out they hadn't heard of it. bummer. very minor bummer of course, but it spoiled the moment. read more

My family and I were in Seattle, at the Armory looking for somewhere to eat. I suggested we try this place. I went thinking that it would be a mediocre pizza place. I was surprised when I got the pizza to find it was some of the best I've had in a while. The people working at the counter seemed very nice, and it didn't take long for the pizza to be made. "Food court" doesn't seem to fit quite right. It's super family-friendly (I assume because of the Children's Museum); it's a neat space.

Greatly improved! With real food options, reasonable prices and some entertainment too. So many great places here to eat. It's a far cry from the sad food court experience of the past. Skillet, PIE, MOD, Bigfoot. All good food. Great if you have a group and everyone wants something different. The addition of the outdoor seating is a big plus. There is also a very small playroom on the second floor for the youngest of kids and a complimentary charging station in case you find yourself out of I-phone juice and want to use the free ( albeit SLOW) wifi. read more

I visited the Seattle center this past weekend and went in to get something to eat. I decided on bigfood bbq I ordered the chicken sandwhich with corn bread and I asked for some cheddar cheese on it. they had already put my cornbread in the window for pickup and then they read I wanted cheese on it and the two guys in the kitchen pulled my cornbread down literally ducked down to not be seen only to stand back up quickly laughing and putting all my food up to be given to me. I noticed it so I was put off by it and then one of the guys stepped out of the kitchen with a smirk on his face to watch me eat the food. So, I gathered up my food walked to trash can and threw it away. 13.00 thrown out but who kows what they did to my food. DO NOT GO HERE food did not look good at all and shady people working there. read more

Don't bother eating at Quincys. The wait staff was rude and slammed our food down in front of us when it was ready. A person cleaning the utensil, condiment area actually wiped the crumbs off the counter onto my daughter's feet. The prices are high for the food. read more

Wow. I honestly did not expect this place to be so overrun with bums, hipsters, and general vermin. The Chinese place was mediocre at best, food was obviously processed. The workers aren't only sketchy bums who don't take their work seriously, they also ran out of literally every food item and took forever to serve me even when the food I ordered was right in front of me. I asked for a bottle of water and the lady forgot after I payed $16. Jeez, what a waste of money. Good thing I got there early because they were about to close since they couldn't make any more food. Also, the charging station doesn't have iPhone chargers, and there are so many parents with annoying little kids here. This place would look really nice if there were no people in it though. Honestly, everywhere I looked there was some bum, weirdo or freak just staring blankly at me. Go somewhere else and save your money, this place is trash. read more

I ate there last Thursday(4/18) with my 3 grand children whom I took to the Children's Museum downstairs. I had a" local greens" salad with chicken. My grand children ate Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I was the only one who got violently ill with food poisoning. I was so sick for several days that I felt to be a responsible citizen I need to report them to the Department of health and post here so that other customers dont have to endure what I went through, I'm still not back 100% and today it's Monday. Dont eat any RAW FOOD there, they need to improve their santitation ASAP. read more

The Blue Water Taco Grill counter here mars an otherwise fine food court. My one and only trip to Blue Water at the Seattle Center Armory this summer went like this: I asked for coffee. "We don't have coffee now, maybe around Christmas" (seriously now...a bar without coffee?...how hard is it to bring in a Mr. Coffee?). My substitute, a beer, was served in a plastic cup by an indifferent bartender (who I could not find when I was ready to pay up). The "ambiance" is marred by a couple of ginormous automated margarita makers that look just like something you would see in a 7-11. Yet adorned with signs bragging about "Fresh Margaritas!" Will definitely never be back to Blue Water at the Seattle Center. read more

Subway in the Armory - Service was a joke! We rang the bell repeatedly over about 5 minutes. We knew someone was there as we had seen her as we approached and she went in the back. When she finally came out, it was clear to everyone that she didn't want to be there working and didn't care what we thought. Even though we ordered first, she let ours sit and cool as she took care of the next people. I've eaten at other Subways in the Seattle area and have never experienced such pathetic service. read more
