Seattle Flowers is undoubtedly the best! It is challenging to send flowers to somebody across the country and want them to be a perfectly beautiful expression of how we feel about the recipient. We called on Sunday and spoke to the owner, Bill, about flower delivery for Monday morning. Bill spent time with us as if we were his priority. We told him what we were looking at and he patiently described to us how the arrangement would look as a "premium" upgrade (which we had wanted). Bill did not try to oversell us in any way, and instead, we were asking him how large the arrangement could be. His detailed description convinced us that it would be beautiful. On Monday, we received a picture from the recipient of the flowers and we were stunned at the arrangement in all its beauty and unique presentation. There was simply no better arrangement we could have ever dreamed of for this occasion. We were so thrilled at what was delivered that we called and spoke to the designer, John, who was so very modest. John is simply amazing at what was designed, created, and delivered. OMG, what an exciting day I had yesterday, my teenage daughter received her first delivery of flowers! That was a precious sight to see especially, when most of my family were here, from out of town. Pictures were taken left and right and, I believe the delivery driver were in some of the pics, lol! I had the delivery driver wait for a few minutes because, my daughter was in the backyard doing yard work. The driver was patient enough and waited for my daughter to greet him at our front door. As my daughter approached the delivery driver, my daughter, surprisingly noticed it was a beautiful and colorful bouquet of flowers. That moment on my baby girl's face, priceless! I had an amazing experience with Seattle Flowers for a company event last week. From the very beginning, the staff members were friendly, professional, and helpful. I spoke with a couple of them over the phone and they answered all of my questions without hesitation. The delivery was scheduled outside of normal business hours, but their manager, Bill, made the process incredibly easy and even helped me customize the floral arrangements. He shared some photos from a previous event he had worked on, which added a personal touch to our conversation. The delivery was prompt and the arrangements were stunning. Even a week later, they are still looking beautiful. We used to use another florist located in Ballard for our company's weekly flowers. They were okay, if you really liked carnations and daisies. One Easter, they sent us our weekly flowers which were mixed with fake chicks. That was the last straw! We called Seattle Flowers, since they are located downtown too, and we have never been disappointed. It's been almost 3 years and we've never gotten carnations and daisies. The flowers are very artistic and sophisticated presentations, exactly what we wanted. We use Seattle Flowers for all our employee birthdays, get well, etc. Love their website! P.S. I'm so impressed with the beautiful "designer's choice" arrangement I had made. I walked in and they showed me their website, but I wanted something more unique, so I told the florist what my favorite flowers were and she put something together with lilies and garden roses, she involved me in the process, and made sure I liked it. The floral designers were respectful of my budget and tastes. The owner rang me up and was extremely accommodating and kind. We chatted and he mentioned that he's only owned the store for about a year, which was confusing because I think Seattle FLowers has been in that location for 30 years... I was so happy to find Seattle Flowers. I had called FTD to order 2 arrnagements to be delivered to the same address, and they wanted a 17.95 delivery fee for each one, a total of 34.90 to deliver to the same address! I told them to forget it, and I found Seattle Floiwers website(a beautiful site, much nicer than FTD!) I called and placed my order for 2 arrangements, and was told that the delivery fee would be 8.95 since they were going to the same address. The flowers arrived on time and they were gorgeous. Boy did I learn a lesson...Always use a local florist for the best pricing and service. Seattle Flowers is a terrific example of a great local florist! read more

Oh...so much better than FTD! I wanted to send 2 arrangements to the same address, one for my Dad and one for my Step Mom. I called FTD and they wanted the price of the 2 arrangements plus 17.95 for the delivery of each one...a total of 35.90 just for the delivery! I told them to forget it and I found Seattle Flowers website on a local florist search. Their website is fantastic, much nicer than FTD. I ordered the 2 arrangements over the phone and they charged me 8.95 for the delivery since they were going to the same location. The flowers arrived on time and were fresh and gorgeous. Had a business meeting in Seattle which went very well and I decided to send the company some flowers. I didn't want to call any 800 number online flower shop, I wanted something really nice. I was staying at the Courtyard Marriott and right next door was a flower shop. I walked over the the flower shop(Seattle Flowers) and found the staff very helpful and friendly. Ordered flowers from them to deliver to my wife for anniversary. Placed the order on the website and received an email confirmation. The day of the delivery no one showed up to deliver the flowers. Called to check and it turned out the order has never been processed and hence no delivery. The person on the phone said she was sorry and the owner has already left. Fabulous customer service from Bill. I called to order a bouquet to be delivered to my in-laws for their 50th wedding anniversary. Bill was so friendly and helpful He walked me through some options on their website. I ended up combining several things I liked to make the perfect bouquet....one I truly liked. I picked a nice arrangement and called and ordered it the next day my daughter put a picture of it on her facebook page and I realized it did not look like want I ordered.
