Terrible experience on many levels. Nick charged us for a rally card without answering if it cost anything at POS. I inquired with the floor person "if things don't fit as I'm buying for an ill person in hospital, we can return?" "Sure no problem!" That was not true when dealing with Nick. Unfortunately, we had him at purchase and at return. When returning items he refused to give us the original receipt back or refund the rally card. He was beyond rude and had a very low customer service level. He even hissed at us as we asked for at least a photocopy of the original as we purchased items for others. It was disconcerting to be treated like criminals. No one in our family will return, and I am mailing corporate about the sneaky addition of a unauthorized rally card. Honestly, losing that overcharged $5 is worth never being treated like that again. read more

This store is not huge, but I thought it had a decent selection of all the Seattle sports teams. It is the first store on the south end of Occidental between Safeco and Century Link field. Customer service is cut-to-the-chase like how I like it. Came in to just browse their 2 for 1 clearance items and walked out with 2 cute women's Nike shirts, a Mariners T and a Seahawks tank. They were under $20 for both. Deals! They also had a really nice grey limited edition Seahawk jersey hung up top. I asked the employee guy to get it down for me to see. It was really nice but quite pricey, so I didn't get it. I'm giving this store 5 stars because I probably bought more sports gear here than any of the other stores. Maybe I'm lucky and always happen to stop by when they have deals. I don't think it's fair that some of the other reviewers are giving this place one star when it is the warehouse that delayed their order. I guess you can't review their online store on Yelp. I also never made a return here so I don't know about that experience either. One time I scored some Seahawk camping/tailgate chairs that was 2 for 1 also, so it was like $35 for 2! It was a super better deal than on Amazon or Groupon!! I also got my dog a Seahawk jersey here. I think my man got his all black Seahawks cap here too. Great place to grab gear for the game. They stay open much later on gameday so that is nice. Great selection of Sounders, Hawks, Huskies. I am giving it only 3 stars because they had little toddler wear for the Dawgs. I mean come on guys, Opening Day at the Clink for the Dawgs, and all I saw was a couple of sweatshirts and some jerseys. A TON of hawks and sounders toddler gear. I usually don't write reviews for retailers but when I do, you know it's bad.. That being said, the shop had a decent selection. Not as much Sonics gear as I would have hoped. I was greeted by a friendly worker (African American dude with glasses.) There was a table of clearance hats, from $5 - $15. I had picked out a really nice Sonics hat that was behind the $10 sign. However, when I went up to the cashier to pay for it, it ringed up as $20. I was very surprised because I know the hat was not misplaced. There were several others available. I told the cashier but he said the signs do not indicate how much the hats actually are. Again, I was surprised when he told me this because the guy that had greeted me confirmed to me that the hat was $10 before I decided to make the purchase. All the hats were lined up accordingly behind the signs. The cashier was not friendly at all and did not even apologize for the confusion. I would not have been as frustrated if he had apologized. But the fact that he simply said "So... you don't want it?" really ticked me off. He did not want my sale and he did not care about me as a customer. So I left and I ran into the greeter outside as I was walking to the shop next door. He told me he would check for me because he was sure that the hat was $10. So I returned to the shop to check. Again, the cashier guy was very rude and kept walking away. It was either false advertisement or they forgot the $20 sign. All the signs on the table were marked $5, $10, and $15. I asked for a card from the cashier, his name is Brian Hale, and he turned out to be the general manager! How shocking! As a retail worker myself, I know how important customer service is and this supposed "General Manager" did not demonstrate any sort of customer service throughout my whole visit. He actually wanted me to take his card as if he wanted me to report him? I will for sure not visit any of the team shops ever again and I will tweet and facebook about this experience so all my friends can see how poorly this place is managed. I would not want anyone to experience what I went through. It was embarrassing for me and my friend. Hopefully the Sonics come back soon so they can open up their own team shop so no one has to visit this dump ever again. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a Super Bowl jersey January 19th with an email saying it would ship the 23rd. I called on the 26th because it still had not shipped and was told that they were doing inventory and the warehouse was shut down and making no shipments! Are you kidding me? Who decides to shut down and do inventory during Super Bowl when your home team is playing? I called again today the 29th and was told that I had called the 26th and told what was going on and that they did not know when the orders would be shipped. I got what I wanted here cheaper than at the official shop across the street and in my size, which is kind of a challenge for a woman because most sports stuff is in a guy's size meaning boxy, baggy and way too big. If you need something they probably have it here but, it is 99.9% Seahawks stuff as it is directly across from qwest feild so you might try elsewhere for other Seattle teams. read more

Bought a Seahawks hoodie at the Seattle Team Shop, turned out to be really small. The sizing was way off, seemed like the labeling was wrong. Went to exchange it several days later, had bag, receipt, everything, only been tried on once. The guy behind the counter didn't know how to help me, said his manager was out, and I could wait.... but I could go next door to Sodo Sports, which has same owner. So I left there and walked next door to Sodo Sports. They wouldn't do a return or even an exchange. They literally wouldn't exchange a brand new $70.00 hoodie bought days earlier. I've never seen that before, that's a new one. Both stores have lost my business, incredibly rude, he didn't even attempt to make things right. Guess I'm giving the sweatshirt away... These pricks totally ripped off a bracelet design made by the company "Skybands" which makes Seattle Skyline Inspired wristbands in all of The Town's favorite team colors. They probably bypassed copyright infringement by making their "Bulk Bandz" wristbands bigger and uglier. Seattle teams get a one star- I'm rarely one to post any review let alone a poor review. On two separate occasions I received emails from them stating a "site wide" discount, once for 40 percent during the holiday season and most recently this week for 25 percent. Upon check out both times I applied the discount code only for it to read "your purchase does not meet applicable standards" hold on. For a site wide sale, on purchases over $24.99? In both instances I was trying to purchase a seahawks jersey, well above the $24.99 purchase limit AND on their site, during their "site-wide" sale. I wrote to customer service after both instances, never to receive a response. Seems like the old bait and switch. I will never buy from them, and it since sports fans are a community and word spreads from mouth to mouth one would think that they would be better in serving people who were formally interested in purchasing goods from them. I purchased a Seahawks 9Fifty Snapback hat from the Seattle Team Shop website on the 24th January and it is now the 21st February and it has not even been shipped!! I have contacted them on several occasions looking for an update and have got a variety of response ranging from not knowing when it will be shipped, it has already been shipped without tracking info (I paid for delivery with DHL to include tracking info), to it may or may not have been shipped!!! The item status has been 'processing' for nearly 4 weeks now. Terrible customer service, terrible response times, just dreadful. They have basically just taken my money ($83!!). I ordered a seahwaks 12th fan jersey (men's size XL) which was on sale at their website. I entered the shipping address to my sister in arizona, as this was supposed to be a christmas gift for my nephew(he's a big kid). I did not recieve a confirmation email that my order had shipped or anything.( I paid for 3 day shipping). I checked my own mail in spanaway,wa 6 days later, and low and behold there is a delivery from seattleteams.com in MY MAILBOX IN SPANAWAY! So at this point I was immediately frustrated as I paid an additional $15 shipping on top of jersey cost to get it to my sister in arizona, and it arrives at my house in washington. Well, thats only the first part of the story. I open the package,and to my utter frustration, the jersey is a WOMENS size XL. The jersey has a COMPLETElY different sku number from the tag on the jersey and the one on the shipper, and if you look halfway closely at the shipper inside the package, it says right on it, that the shipping address is MESA,AZ! I have attempted to contact them for TWO DAYS WITHOUT A RESPONSE!!!!!!!! This was supposed to be a christmas gift........needless to say I am extremely un-happy about this and COMPLETELY dissatisfied with their complete disregard for customer service. Seattle Team Store in SODO may be the one you want to visit. DO NOT go to the Southcenter Store. I happened to visit there twice (why after the first visit I will never know). The Store Manager (Becky) is a shrew. I witnessed her berating a female employee for pretty much not harassing the customers while they shopped. In other words she wanted the employee to follow me around constantly asking me to buy, buy, buy. The second time, I overheard her berate another female employee for yawning. She sent the employee to the backroom where a few moments later the employee left in tears. How this woman ever got into management is beyond me! Made me take my business elsewhere! read more

The selection at this store is alright, but they get 1-star because the people there suck. I went in to purchase a hat and upon purchase they asked for my phone number. The person checking me out said he was adding me to a "Premium subscription" without mentioning it cost $5 until I asked him. He took so long that I was fed up and went ahead with it. Same guy asked me if I would like the tags on my hat removed, most likely so that I would not have the option of returning the hat because they don't ask you this question at any other store. Ended up returning the hat within 20 minutes and had to get firm with this dude to give me money back and to get my "premium subscription" fee back. Store is a bunch of bums that get bored working in SoDo when there is no Mariners/Seahawks/Sounders games and try to upsale people to pass their time. Go to the Seahawks/Sounders Team Store or the Mariners Team Store instead. They are both only a block away, have better selection, and do ethical business. read more
