We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. Being totally ignorant about such disasters, we immediately contacted the only restoration company our home insurance knew by name. They were awful. We cancelled our contract ASAP. The company president took things in its own hands and he personally dealt with the insurance company, sub-contractors and suppliers.
