It is always such a great experience visiting Sebastianelli Jewelers. The staff makes you feel like family. Not only do they sell jewelry and watches, they also repair them. Recently, I was devastated when my gold necklace's chain broke after it got caught with my shirt. Within a week my necklace was good as new! Also if you are looking for jewelry the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and can point you in the direction based upon your budget. Their prices are reasonable too. I would never go to another jeweler. Everybody I've ever worked with at Sebastianelli has been great, but I have to give extra kudos to Dave (the owner). He's so kind and fair and honest. He helped my husband design my engagement ring, and when it came time to buy our bands we explained what we were looking for and he knew exactly what to get. He had my ring re-sized in plenty of time before my wedding. His pricing is fair and he works hard to make customers happy. Don't be fooled by the location.....it's kind of a hole-in-the-wall store, but you won't get better quality or attention to detail in the area than here. read more

Sebastianelli Jewelers is the BEST! I have been going there for at least 25 years. Dave is a fair business person with very reasonable prices and a lovely variety of items. His customer service is exceptional, whether you are there to buy a new piece of jewelry or have a watch battery replaced (quick and inexpensive). I received a ring 12/30/16, in May 2017 the stone fell out. I brought it back to have stone replaced, & shared a picture of the ring. I also asked about the white gold turning color because it was my first white gold piece. They said they could "clean it up". I got a call estimating $55 to replace the stone which I agreed to. They called to tell me it was ready, when I got there it was a square stone instead of the round original. They sent it back out. I got a call again to come get it, stone was much smaller and again wrong cut. They asked this time to send them the picture of original ring. They ordered another ring from the manufacturer. About 6 weeks later I called asking whether it was ready. They called manufacturer and indicated it would be in the following week. They called and I went down again. Again the ring did not appear to be the same as the original. At this point the jeweler offered to order a few different stones for me to look at. A couple of weeks later I was called to come look at them. There was one stone that appeared to be as close as I was going to get, albeit not as big as the original. I was told they would set it and it would be ready the following Tuesday. Three weeks later I called to ask about the ring and they said oh yes it's here. I went to pick it up, it looks very good, as close as we can get it, however, I was charged $100.00 for the ring. I was quoted $55.00. He told me it was $60 for the stone and $40 for refinishing the white gold. I told him I was never told there would be a charge for that, just that "they would clean it up". His response was that the price has actually gone up $10 since they quoted and refinished it back several months ago. They offered to take off the $6.00 for sales tax. I drove 25 miles each way numerous times with their initial errors on the stone, had to call to follow up numerous times, they have had this ring for 6 months. To get billed for same as original was bad enough, to charge more was appalling. Horrified with this jeweler. read more

I have been to this jewelers several times to get things repaired and have had multiple bad experiences, I have quite a jewelry collection and from time to time things break and need to get repaired, I had a beautiful pyrrha necklace that the pendant ring had broken, they repaired it but all the antiquing came off and it was cleaned, it ruined the look of the pendant entirely, so then they had it sent out to get re antiqued and it looked worse, so I managed to clean it and do it myself... Then I had a simple bead bracelet, not the most expensive thing in the world but it was a gift and I wore it often, the stretch cord broke and to get it re-strung cost 20.00, okay no big deal, I later found missing beads and decided to order some to make sure I had the right amount, that was again another 20.00 to get re-strung, I had left specific instructions to take off black beads and replace with the ones i had purchased so they would match, simple enough right? wrong instead of having 34 beads like it was supposed to it had 37...went in there again and I was asked by Dave, the owner how much I paid, he handed me a 20.00 and said " I'm done with this bracelet, take it somewhere else". What complete disrespect and attitude he had with me, I've never been more upset after been going there for years and having family go there as well, and planning on buying an engagement ring from them...They have lost my business and respect, don't waste your time,they only seem to care if you are spending a lot of $$$, find a better family owned business! read more
