Almond white chocolate cookie
Tiffany L.

During my short trip to Sebastapol with my family, we visited this tiny coffee shop twice to refuel on refreshing coffee and pastries. They unique seasonal drinks and also a large selection of syrups if you'd like to make your own drink. As for the cookies, they also have lots of options catering to different diets. The first day, I ordered a White Chocolate Lavender latte- (5*) Good flavor, very creamy lavender drink balancing the coffee flavor with a White Chocolate Almond Cookie- 5*. I'd never had a white chocolate almond cookie before and was very pleasantly surprised by balanced nuttiness and chewiness of the cookie. Second visit, I decided to customize my own latte, and the staff was very sweet responding I could pick as many as I wanted! My coconut almond latte was not my favorite, but I think that's bad decisions on my part . The highlight of my second visit was a day old raspberry scone that the owner offered to warm up for me. I'm not a fan of scones, I usually think they're dry but this one was so buttery and crumbly without being dry.

Cookies, cakes, pastries, coffee, tea, and so much more to choose from! You can use the takeout window to order quickly or come inside and take a seat inside or outside and enjoy your drinks and treats! Ambiance welcoming and cozy. Staff are very kind, knowledgeable, welcoming, and the cookies are baked fresh daily with seasonal options! I spoke to the owner as she shared that it's a family ran establishment working with her partner and daughter and family and friends. I tried the Salted Chocolate fudge cookie and it was divine, can't wait to be back and try their popular classic chocolate chip cookie. Thank you for being apart of Sebastopol community, what a beauty.

Fresh baked cookies and scones? Done right, amazing. Sebastopol Cookie Co. makes amazing yummy's for everyone. Friendly service is great!

Every time I make my way to Sebastopol I always have to stop here for my cookie fix. Be careful though because whatever you order will be gone before you know it. I can eat dozens of these cookies. Their coffee is also really good so that doesn't hurt either. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming as well! And, if you are just walking by or have your furry friend with you, you can always order at their little window that meets you outside. To top things off, they wrap your cookies with some string and a flower to make them look pretty. Okay, now I'm craving cookies and need to get myself back here soon!

Our favorite chocolate caramel, and double chocolate!!

Super cozy little cookie company with fabulous fresh cookies and sweets! I always get the double chocolate cookie for $2.50.....soooo so worth it!!!! Service is warm and friendly. Sometimes there is a line out the door and sometimes they are all out of the really good cookies by 12:30 PM. Ample parking on Main Street and nearby side streets.

Thanks for the cookies

Best cookies in Sonoma county always a warm place to drink your coffee and warm your toes.

Lemon lavender cookie

Let's start with the good! The semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies and the oatmeal raisin cookies have a nice crisp to them with a chewy center. The lemon lavender cookies are soft especially with the center being of like a light cake. Love that the cookies are served warm (was pleasantly surprised being handed a warm packet of cookies especially on a chilly morning)! Taste-wise, the flavors are a bit too subtle for my liking (well, the semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies are tasty mainly because of the chips). Wanted more lemon lavender flavor in the lemon lavender cookies but I suppose they could be meant more as a lightly-flavored cookie complement to like a cup of tea. Even for the oatmeal raisin cookies I felt that the raisins are few and far between. Also, wasn't really thrilled that there were a couple flies in the display case that contained the cookies (was actually a bit hesitant getting any items here but I made the drive over here already and *technically* I didn't see any of them land on the cookies lol.....). Some things I liked, some things not so much. Hence my overall average rating of 3 stars.

Such a cute and quaint little bakery! The price of the cookies were fair, given the size and quality. The texture of the Lemon Lavender cookie was soft and the flavor was subtle; it was not overly sweet. The Backpacker was on the chewier and sweeter side; it was an oatmeal cookie with raisins, coconut, chocolate chips, and walnuts. Personally, I thought there was too much going on. I would've preferred a simpler cookie.

I LOVEEEE THIS PLACE!! They have cookie options for everyone which is always a delight when I am with friends that have dietary restrictions! The cookies are amazing, the place is such a cute little hole in the wall. Everything was delicious, I always love coming here. The service was great, everyone was so friendly, helpful and patient!

Cute cookie box for a few bucks extra! Perfect for gifting :)

C O O K I E S ! ! ! With an awesome flavor selection, $2 a cookie! Stopped by their cookie windowfront because my bf LOVES cookies. Definitely worth it if in Sebastopol---Many classic flavors including chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, but also some more adventurous ones to try including lemon lavender and the backpacker (oats, raisins, walnuts, chocolate chips, coconut!). They also have a large cafe selection too, though you can always opt to get a beverage at another coffee house or stop by a brewery. Takeout only, but they set out a few small chairs outside on the sidewalk for people to enjoy. Pro Tip: If can't figure out what to bring for a get-together or a friend's birthday, these cookies are perfect! For a few dollars, they will wrap it up in a super aesthetic box with twine and flowers!

Pesto, caramelized onion, & tomato focaccia with balsamic reduction sauce!

SO SO SO GOOD! My husband and I wandered in here after seeing their sign for fresh focaccia outside. It's a pretty small little shop, with bar seating against the window inside, tables & chairs outside, and cute local art & handmade goods for sale alongside the cafe's treats. We were immediately greeted by several very sweet employees who informed us the first focaccia of the day (Pesto, caramelized onion, & tomato with balsamic reduction sauce) would be out of the oven in about ten minutes. The girl working the oven even offered to set aside one for us so we could come back and grab it. We came back about ten minutes later and ordered a black iced tea and a Gravenstein apple tart to go along with our focaccia. All of them were delicious! The barista helping us was also super friendly, gave great recommendations, and made sure we loved everything. My only regret is not getting the names of the girls working there because they went above & beyond in customer service. My husband and I work in the service industry, & so many people take being kind to customers for granted. These women were inviting, funny, down to earth, and incredible cooks & baristas! If you're ever in Sebastopol, this is a must go to!

It's really nice inside, clean and bright, lots of seating and a large assortment of coffee, cocoa and other items to purchase to take home. The line wasn't long but it was still nice to get our order taken care of by one of the employees while we waited. When we got to the counter we added a cookie to our order and the drinks came right out! The counter person was very friendly! Here's the thing....unless I missed it there was no restroom? Maybe it was outside? And although I saw mostly all excellent reviews on Yelp, I thought my coffee (the cold Milky Way) was just ok. I'm not sure what would have made it better, but it just wasn't that great. I did like the fact that it had no ice (which means more coffee in your cup) but was still cold and refreshing.

The patisserie is cozy with a few tables inside and a few small tables on the patio. As you enter, you immediately see the glass case with beautiful pastries and cakes. So exciting to see all of their gorgeous creations in our little town of Sebastopol. We had reservations for 1:00 and they sat us at one of their small tables by the door. It worked but it wasn't the most comfortable seat in the house as people were walking in and out of the door and the pastry case was right next to us. There was a group of four near the far end and they offered to move us but then we would have been sitting right next to them. They also have another small private room but that was going to be used for a wedding cake meeting. Gergana is the owner and she greeted us warmly. She said she took over the patisserie in 2019. The other employees were very sweet and helpful. They provided us with a tea menu so we could select a tea from their varied tea menu. They returned with little pots of tea for each of us. There were many people dropping by to pick up a pastry and drink and others stopped by to pick up their cake order. The employees were efficient and quick to help everyone. They refilled our tea pots with hot water and checked on us throughout our time there. The desserts on the top level were our favorites. It came with a candle which was very sweet. The sandwiches on the middle level were chicken, egg salad and cream cheese with cucumber. Our favorite was the chicken salad. Overall, it was a fun experience to savor all of their small samplings and Gergana is there to ensure everything runs smoothly so that your time there is relaxing and extra special. She even gave us a hug as we were leaving. I look forward to visiting this local patisserie again for a cup of a tea and a beautiful pastry.

Pros: I've visited several times for the bakery. The scones are my favorite as they are quite large and delicious, and I also tend to buy the Russian tea cakes as well. The macarons are a little harder and chewier than I expected, but they are still amazing. I actually found Patissierie Angelica specifically because I was looking for high tea services and thus have had their West County High Tea service twice. The second time I had the high tea service, I was given a private room! I particularly enjoyed the lemon curd, jam, and clotted cream with the scones. Patisserie Angelica is also located in a quiet and spacious part of Sebastopol; there is a parking lot that usually has space. Cons: The private room became a little stuffy as there was no air flow (other than an open window) nor air conditioning. However, things might have changed from the last time I was there. Overall: The bakery is truly amazing. I absolutely enjoy the desserts sold there and would love to have more of the high tea service in the future. It's perfect for private parties!

Super cute, mismatched floral china, knickknacks everywhere, gorgeous flowers in the garden. We are on the terrace, which was lovely. The only drawback is that it's right on Main Street with a lot of traffic going by. The food was so good. We started with salad of the adults and crudite with homemade ranch with just a twang of spice to start. Then they brought out 3 tiered tea cake stands for each of us - a kids size, a regular, and a gluten free one. Everything was so delicious. A plate of 5 savory treats, each one more sumptuous than the next. A plate with a perfect scone with a tiny raspberry jam container, lemon curd, and clotted cream (my fav). Last tier had dessert, a chocolate cake with raspberry on top, a shortbread with white chocolate, and fruit. The shortbread cookie was the item I liked the least. They bring you a tea case so you can smell every option. We had grandma's garden, mint, and maple . All tasty. I wish we could have tried even more but they did refill each adorable teapot with more hot water. The price is quite high but it was a lovely way to celebrate. Will definitely come back again. Oh and they do takeout of treats so if you are nearby you can just come in for those.
