Tried a good few of their ciders. Service was nice. Space is great. They have bar seating, high top tables, low top tables, outdoor seating, pickleball going on, and two shelves full of games. Spicy Thai curry was the most unique. Can't say it's a full glass for me on that one but it's definitely punching its own flavor! Second most unique was the watermelon sangria. That wasn't too sweet and it was well balanced. Opted for the spiked hot cider after to cap off the night and it came with a cinnamon stick and orange slice. Bathrooms were clean and fresh smelling and they offered a shelf of self care items if needed. That was a nice touch!

I love this place! Owners are great, the courts are really nice. They just covered them so they are protected from sun and elements, but still have an outside feel. We enjoy getting cider after our game, they always have a new one on draft.

Fun cider spot that literally has something for everyone! they have several pickleball courts outside, other yard games, live music, lots of seating options, and a whole shelf of board game options to choose from :) the staff was really friendly and attentive to giving quality service. my husband and I tried their cherry cider and the blueberry spruce cider and they were both great!

Cool spot! Excited to come back. I love cider so much and have been wanting to check this place out forever. It's super warm and inviting, the staff was awesome and super helpful. They have pickle ball courts in the back which is a really fun, and they have a bunch of board games inside. We tried some samples of various ciders, and they also had warm cider cocktails too which was perfect for the colder weather. My favorite cider was the mint pomegranate cider - it was SO light and refreshing. You can get a 5oz glass for $5, or 15oz for $15 or a carafe. They have a limited food menu, and had a grilled cheese/soup special which was perfect as well. I got their veggie panini and it was delicious and came with chips. Good food, drinks, and vibes!

Great experience here! We stopped by to get a drink after dinner and it was great! Great service and a great selection of beer. They have a huge selection of puzzles which was so fun. Amazing atmosphere! Can't wait for the summer to play pickleball

We came by on a Wednesday night for some drinks. The brewery is located in the valley and the sunlight stayed up later allowing us to enjoy our evening with incredible weather. Once we walked in, we were immediately ID'd to ensure we were of age, and there was bingo going on. We went to the bar and did a tasting of all of the different ciders. We ended up with 2 pitchers and took them outside. Once you head outside there were pickleball courts and various games to play. We ended up playing corn hole, connect four and more. The staff was really attentive as we wrapped up the night. The only thing is that I wished it was easier to get iced water as it was rather warm outside. We did keep asking and coming from Chicago a small cup of ice didn't last long as we went outside and it melted right away. All in all we had a great time, and I'd definitely come back when back in SLC.

Extremely polite staff that is informative about the liquor laws and made us feel comfortable ordering. Food looked good but we only had cider. Even has board games and pickleball. The bar was clean and quiet enough to have a drink or two.

Okay second summit!! They have made some major improvements which are awesome! The courts are now covered which is super great with the Utah sun. My friend was able to reserve the courts for her birthday which was so fun. The cider was great. I got a coffee drink because I was a bit tired and it was nice they had that too. There's also ping pong, ax throwing, and curling. They've done a great job with the place!

My first experience at Second Summit Hard Cider was so stupendous that I was torn between telling everyone I know about it or telling know one and keeping it all to myself. That's how great it is! I've only been once, but I will absolutely be back. We went and played pickleball before league night started and we absolutely loved the courts. They even have paddles and balls available for use. (You can reserve a court online or play the odds and sip on a few ciders until a court opens up.) The entire establishment is dripping with a good time. Each aspect has been thought-through and has a special touch. I cannot say enough good things about this place - everyone should give Second Summit Hard Cider a try.

Lots of parking options. A little harder once it got busier. They have cute clothes for sale & beer to go although they were a little pricy considering other brewery's to go prices (and those are higher ABV too). The decor is super super cute & the place is HUGE!!!!!!! The service was amazing! They have $1 tasters so you can try all the stuff on tap which is so nice considering ciders can be so so sweet!!! Every time we finished something they picked up our empty glasses so fast. We sat outside and there plenty of shaded/non shaded options. Inside had shelves and shelves of board games!!! 4 bathrooms & they were super clean and had lots of extra stuff - deodorant, tampons, cologne, etc. Outside had pickleball courts, a golf green, shuffleboard, archery, giant connect-4, cornhole!! So crazy!!! When we got here they said pickleball was free for another hour so I'd guess you'd normally have to reserve and pay to play. We didn't partake in anything so not sure abt any of it. We did get a pretzel which was good & then someone gave us their chips and salsa they didn't want and those were very underwhelming. The ciders were mostly pretty good!!! They had some sweet ones, ones that tasted like wine or sangria, one with jalepenos in it, and some drier ones. Did see some people INSIDE with their dog... and I think that is sooo cool they allow that!! Had big garage doors that opened up to outside. I think this would be an awesome place to host an outside birthday party or get together! Well even inside would be cool! Looks like they also have karaoke and trivia nights and whatnot too! Will definitely have to come back & try the sandwiches!

We stopped by on a Friday before an event. I ordered the cherry cider. The service was quick and the location was clean. I enjoyed the tart and light sweetness of the cherry cider. This location had lots of games to play and a pickleball court. We ended up playing Uno while enjoying our drinks. It's very casual vibes here. This is a great spot for after-work drinks or an active night out with friends.

This spot is just a year old and they've really got the bar going experience figured out. The vibes are fantastic, people are kind and the bathrooms are clean and stocked up, it feels like they care about your experience. There's a ton of events and activities/free use board games on top of the pickleball courts if that's not your thing. The cider is delightful and if you don't know what to start with, I recommended the ginger sumac highly.

They're currently brewing up a cherry cider. I can't remember the other kind, but I'm definitely coming back to try them both!

Second Summit is a fun new cidery in Millcreek. My friend and I went to celebrate our favorite area code which now has become a local holiday. "801 Day," 8/01. :) My friend originally heard about the cidery from a local podcast called City Cast/Hey Salt Lake, so we decided to go check 'em out. They were having a tasting of their seasonal Peach Ginger Cider for Utah's new "holiday," and they even had a food truck from La Oaxaqueña. The crowd was big but super chill; I overheard there were at least a couple hundred guests that showed up. I was impressed how the staff members were all on their A Game; we had zero wait for service. We really enjoyed the peach cider, so now we are planning to go back soon to try their upcoming cherry cider. Second Summit is super laid back and they have a decent locally sourced beer menu if cider isn't your thing. In case you are health conscientious and don't consume much alcohol, or none at all, I did see some folks enjoying Liquid Death sparkling water. :) Out back, they've got several brand new Pickleball courts that they rent for a nominal fee. There's also cornhole, a patch of putting green, and some other activities. Inside, I saw an assortment of card games & board games, too. We saw a group of people having a good time playing Candyland, which made me smile. :) Good fun energy. Here's my takeaway: the service was terrific, super upbeat staff. Cool ambiance (see pics) Very neat and orderly facility. Clean gender neutral bathrooms. I highly recommend checking this place out. They're located at 4010 South Main St

Unfortunately, our waitress, Carol (older lady with blond curly hair) , was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. When I asked my friends if they wanted another shot, Carol interrupted and asked, "Who's driving?" We ubered. We had also eaten and were not acting drunk, loud, or causing any problems. It wasn't the question that bothered us--it was the way she asked it and how she spoke to us afterward. Her tone was condescending and made us feel like she thought we were irresponsible and didn't know our own limits. We are all well over 21 and were simply enjoying food and drinks. After snarkily saying, "Let's think about that first.." she walked away and never came back to our table. Angie ended up helping us and checking us out and telling us our waitresses name. Angie was kind, professional, and even apologized for our experience even though none of it was her fault. The rude service from Carol completely ruined what was otherwise a nice night out. We have NEVER been treated this way before at other places. Because of how we were treated, I will not be returning.

The dumplings (which we were told by our server are handmade) were genuinely flavorless and the wrapper was way too thick and chewy. We tried the pork buns as well, same issue, a serious lack of flavor and seasoning. Pork belly entree was middling, just a flavor profile that didn't work. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was fried crispy but the sauce and toppings were unmemorable and lacked any kind of punch or umami to speak of.
