I had initially came to Santosha to have microneedling with Exosomes for skin tightening. After my first 2 sessions of microneedling, I was unhappy n Instead of referring me elsewhere. Santosha owner suggested sculptra along with threads, screenshots included. She claimed it wld help tighten my skin. Panteha the owner is a Physician Assistant, with very little training as an injector, n Poor understanding of skeletal structures+ tissue distribution in different ethnicities. She Incorrectly placed Scupltra in my lower cheeks, along with threads all at the same Time! Causing huge complications, massive skin stretching n lumps from the volume injections. Neither Santosha nor the medical director in charge took responsibility, both hiding back in fear/n was fearfully self protecting. Instead of humbly making right of their wrongs, n doing what is ethical n right where they Cld have fixed all of this. It seems Santosha is sadly incentivized by money n lack. Tbh, I really do think Santosha owner means well, but lacks courage to do what's right. I had to seek various plastic surgeons n Doctors to get my face back to normal baseline. Ultrasound to see below the skin to dissolve all the complications caused by incorrect filler + thread placements. Had endo lift n lasers tightening to remove the sculptra that she had injected into my lower cheeks causing my face to balloon disproportionately!! The plastic surgeons n doctors said in some of the images, some of the gel had integrated into the soft tissue of my lower cheeks, n much of it has been so overstretched due to the complications. The more fillers n threads in the face, n however long. the harder to resolved! Spent a whole costly year recovering from my time at Santosha. Now at the other end of this mess, I pray there's redemption for them for all the time, pain, n suffering caused. Really disappointed of Santosha's med-spa Ethics on 'how many syringes n treatments can we sell to patients? But it seems they are incentivized by fear n money. A year out from the incident, I finally found time to file a formal complaint with medical board n physicians assistant board with all the recent new medical information from her volume injections. I pray she will start making right of her wrongs! read more

There was no up-sell attempts here, actually I was told my skin didn't need an IPL series and instead I'd benefit from a less costly procedure then my girl. In the city of Beverly Hills this never and I mean never happens. They simply try and get you to buy the most expensive treatment even if you don't need it. Not here. I did BOTOX instead with a skin tightening lazer and look refreshed. My forehead lines are almost gone, but I still look natural. My girl did the ipl and had the best results of her life. The doctor really listens to what you want and does an expert job. She is so good that my girl decided to book an IPL package, then she came back to do a slight BOTOX, where again she was told less was more and touched up her lips which look flawless and not overdone but very natural. Her result was so excellent yesterday did filler in her hands as well. For both of us there was no bruising, nothing looking overdone and everything 100% satisfaction. I've been going to see Panteha at Santosha for a little over a year. I've received about seven PRP sessions on my scalp for hair regrowth, and just recently I added PRP microneedling on my face. After either 4 or 5 sessions on my scalp, literally everyone (wife, kids, co-workers, friends) all commented to me that my hair looked "great" (for those who didn't know that I was getting PRP) or that the "PRP is working!" (for those who were in the know). My nearly-bald spot is definitely looking the same as the rest of my scalp, and in general the top of my head is much better than before. Unrelated to the treatment's efficacy, Panteha herself is just a warm and lovely person who I look forward to seeing every 6-8 weeks. I did "cheat" on Santosha once to go to someone closer to me, and I wasn't nearly as happy.
