I went to Secrets today to find some fun stuff for a bachelorette party. They had a pretty big selection of different things for a fun bachelorette party. The reason I am giving them only 4 stars is because they are way overpriced. All of the bachelorette party stuff was very low-quality (which I expected) but this store was charging as if it were top of the line items! While I did not browse any other section it looked like they had a very wide selection of different items. The walls were not bare and it seemed as though they had something for everyone. The only time I seen her smile was when she was talking bad about her other co workers who were not present or when talking bad about a customer who didn't understand how something worked. my partner and I bought a few items on Saturday 6/15 from here even though the guy that was working there had a big attitude and apparently did't know shit about customer service. The shorts that we bought for my partner didn't fit right so we tried to return/exchange it the next day, but guess what?she said she doesn't even know how to do exchanges! we came back on Monday afternoon only to hear they are not going to neither return or exchange it. I have been in the store many times over the years but last night was the first time I was treated as if invisible, bothersome, and disrespectfully. I walked in the store and it took about 5 minutes before I was greeted if you call a half hi a greeting. A girl in a white thin spaghetti strap with her breast overly out said "hi" as she came from the back and then quickly went back. I understand you work at a sex toy store but you yourself do not need to Parade around as if you are a product for sale. You should have respect for yourself and your work. Dress apparently, who knows who walks in there.... As I was walking around the front counter wanting someone to ask if I needed help; finally I asked "if I could get help" after what felt like forever. (Mind you all three workers are in the counter space at that time) The same girl who after asking her name "Magen" because she didn't have a name tag as the other ones did ... She had very bad costumer service, her word choice was not professional and her knowledge was poor. She told me not to open anything because "costumers always mess up the packages and mess the toys up" then told me to have her open them. Her ton was quite rude when talking to me. I said okay and she gave it to me. I tried to turn it on, I had to ask if she had any charged as that one wasn't turning on. she responded " oh I didn't even know you were going to touch it and all" as if discussed at the idea but I have been there before and was encouraged to turn them on and see all functions. I simply felt as if I was disturbing her and she could be doing better things than trying to rattling her brain to find answers for me when I had asked about the different brands and materials ... She quickly passed me off to the other women Dena. she didn't know much either about the products but was very good about reading the boxes with me and testing the toys with me to find answers. She told me about the valentines baskets they are going to have this weekend and told me that if I need anything else to ask her. Dena also greeted others that walked in and who had left. She also said loudly that if we ( customers ) had any questions to come and ask them. Furthermore this was the first time I had an unpleasant visit to this store. I am a paying customer and I expect the same treatment as if I were shopping in any other retail store. -Just disappointed read more

Single moms relief! Thank God for Zyra. I came in with my 3 year old and she took her outside do I could quickly buy my needs. I have never had anybody be so accommodating with an adult novelty store before. I have been turned away tonight by 4 different places and I've been told by two to leave my child in the car, it's summer I'm not leaving my kid in the car and that wreckless! but she was very respectful of her store's policy and was accommodating for me and took my child outside and play with her with her tablet while I quickly bought my needs. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I came here with my girlfriend (I am also a woman) and we were looking for some toys and thought this would be a good place. When we went in, everything seemed okay and the store had a so-so selection of mostly heterocentric toys. As we continued to look, the man who worked there looked straight at us and said "are you two sisters?" I said no and that we were together. He then CONTINUED speaking about how much we looked alike and that he could barely spot any differences between us and that he was sure we were sisters. He didn't even seem phased by the fact that I said we were a couple. I immediately felt extremely uncomfortable. He kept talking about it until we walked out the door and my girlfriend remarked that he poked his head out the door and watched us as we walked to the car. I forgot to write a review the day I went but I still know how comfortable the ladies behind the counter made me and my friend feel. We were immediately greeted by the two awesome employees working that day. My friend and I had to go to the nearest adult store to get exchange gifts for a friend's sex themed party and we were so glad we picked this store. It was clean and well lit. The prices seemed average. Oh and I got the $10 for $20 coupon so I only ended up paying $1.50 extra for two good items. I suggest you guys take advantage of the deal! 2 vibrators for $11?!
