When I walked into the store, two sales associates were chatting, and there were no other customers around. One of them assisted me, but her attitude was far from welcoming. I felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation rather than being greeted as a customer. I tried on a bra I was considering, but it didn't look great on me. So I didn't purchase it. That said, the real reason I chose not to buy anything was because I didn't feel like giving my business to someone who seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The experience just left a bad impression. While the staff weren't outright rude, the energy in the store wasn't inviting, and I didn't feel encouraged to try more items or spend money there. The associate also didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the products. ThirdLove, please consider investing more in training and educating your staff. Rather disappointing. The manager was not rude, however..... It is extremely irritating when you find something you like, then order it online. When we receive it it's no longer made with the same material. So we decided to return as it is not what we wanted. We were not given the return because the box was opened but clearly the underwear was not taken out. This was $90 wasted. This was not our fault the material previously used changed. Third love seems to think that they no longer need to offer telephone support. This is WRONG. I've tried their chats and messaging and they are waiting on multiple people at a time so you wait. I've been on the messaging for over 40 minutes an still my problem in NOT solved. I received a coupon for 30% off when purchasing over $100.00 It will only give me 15% and it seems like no one can fix this. Instead I am being told that Third Love reserves the right to change or cancel an offer at any time. I really appreciated that after buying bras from them online for years, I was able to check out ThirdLove's in person store in Walnut Creek. This is located at a shopping mall that has a large parking lot and the first free hours of parking are free. I felt like the store was good-sized and had a decent selection of their bras, though I'm guessing there might be more colors online. I did appreciate how you could get help with bra fitting and there were definitely some experts on the staff. I always forget to ask the name of the staff person helping me, but the one who helped me was great and really took time to help us find stuff in the right colors/sizes. I also felt like they had plenty of staff people working there on a Sunday afternoon, which was useful. I like how they had plenty of dressing rooms too, though they got busy at one point and I had to wait for one! read more

Really kind and knowledgeable associates at this new location! I've been curious about their bras and was able to get resized quickly. Everyone in the dressing room got undivided attention, which was a pleasant surprise. My associate even asked a colleague for a second opinion on sizing to make sure I was well-informed, and also suggested a certain cut to complement my body shape. Their bras are pricey ($72) and they definitely don't have the color/design range (yet) of other brands, but the thing that makes them stand out is the 1/2 cup sizing. I learned I sit between two cup sizes, and that's most likely why a lot of bras haven't fit me properly in the past. I hope the investment pays off (maybe I'll update this in a few months), but I recommend checking them out if you're in a similar situation or just on the market for a new bra! read more

I consistently have bad interactions when I go to this ThirdLove location. Just recently, I came in with my 2-month old daughter because I needed to get a new bra for returning to work. Before trying on bras, the employee helping me asked if I was actively breastfeeding. Regardless of the intent, there is no way that the interaction wouldn't be considered some sort of discrimination if I was turned away for being a breastfeeding mother. Just order your bras online or go to the SF location. If I didn't love ThirdLove bras so much, I probably would have stopped shopping there after the interactions I've had at this store. read more

There return policy sucks. I ordered underwear in a box, opened up the box and the material and underwear was completely different than the previous underwear I had ordered in the past. It was the same label but different material and different fit. They did not let me return it because I had opened the box, but how the hell am I supposed to know what kind of underwear it is and material if I cannot open the box! She did not let me return anything though visually she knew I had not worn it and only one underwear was taken out. These two boxes cost me $80. I will not shop here ever again! I am very unsatisfied with the poor quality of this bra. My breasts are not supported and it was a wasted $80.00. I work hard to earn my money and feel as though the advertisement of this bra is false. Can't return it after you wear it and you can't tell it sucks until you wear it. I do not recommend buying it. I wasn't in dire need of a new bra but I just happened to be in the plaza. I have seen ThirdLove advertised on social media so I was surprised there was now a store! I was originally looking for a cute pajama set. I found some shorts but wasn't really digging the bottoms so I unintentionally found a matching bralette! I was also not really in the market for new bras but everything looked so comfy I had to be sized! Bella was so sweet & sized me perfectly in the 24/7 Classic T-Shirt bra. It feels like an absolute dream; so soft and comfy!! Some bras can be very stiff but these move with your body. I bought it in the avocado color but since I love the bra so much I decided to go back to get a nude and black. This will be my new choice of store to get intimates. read more

My wife needed more support for her 'twins' & she found this spot online & even though she knows I'm not the type of husband who carries her purse or shopping bags, I want her "twins" to have all the support they need. The store is at the Broadway Plaza in the burbs & offers a dazzling & dizzying albeit well organized array of boob confectionery for "twins" of all sizes. My wife & a personable, efficient & competent store associate named Sandra disappeared into the back for her fitting & after about 35 minutes, the 2 of them came out to find me sitting exasperated on the bench outside ( yea, they've got nowhere to sit inside but that's a first world gripe). The wife was grinning ear to ear as I paid for 5 bras of various styles but she was most excited about how they were both functional and gorgeous, unlike most bras over size D. No appointment for fitting needed, super convenient and ease of purchase. Sandra was super helpful & patient as she worked with my wife to find the bras of her dreams. Highly recommend Thirdlove, it'll be our go to joint for her bras & hopefully maybe they'll consider a bench to park spouses while they work their magic making bra dreams happen read more

I went in here with my friend because we were bored. We ended up finding bras that actually fit us. My friend has a really small rib cage and can never find a bra band that doesn't slide up her back but this one fit just fine after she was measured properly. A similar thing happened for me and I ended up being a full cup size larger than usual and no longer have red marks after the day is over. Highly recommend this place.
