A large clean well-lighted place for vanilla. Nothing beyond that here. Very limited selection. I didn't see any prices - they're apparently not on the front of packaging and I didn't see anything worth picking up. No customer acknowledgement by the staff who were too busy talking to each other across the store. The photos shown here are accurate but the shelves and wall space shown are VERY MUCH more full than the actual store. Expect a much more empty store than you see there. If you're afraid of going to a "sex shop" and red boxer briefs (lots were prominently displayed) are all you need to spice up your sex life, this might be the place for you. read more

This store is in a really weird location. I was at this pet or aquarium shop across the way because I wanted to look at fish, then I stepped over the parking lot to find out what Secrets was. It's a pretty well-kept adult book store as far as they come -- innocuous on the outside, softly lit and friendly on the inside. Lots of strange gadgets. (I didn't know you could buy portable vaginas.) My only word of advice: don't buy anything from the "Sex and Revenge" video series. It's not as promising as it sounds. read more

Stupid me didn't look at prices as I was just running in to pick up some protection. $25 for 12 durex extra sensitive condoms......but you can get 24 of the same condoms for $7.19 at target. Twice as many, for more than half the price. Ugh. I think it's irresponsible and selfish to charge $25 for a box of condoms. And of course all sales final.... Secrets is a pretty nice (ie not creepy) store and the employees are very helpful, however I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the selection. Half the store is videos and they only have a few different types of vibrators. Plus, what they do have, there is usually only 1 on the wall, which makes the store seem kind of sad. Yet, I did notice that they had quite a few giant 3 foot dongs in both black AND white! Why?? They also have a lot of bachelorette party type doodads like boob and penis shaped mini cake pans and some sort of birthday candle where a penis comes shooting out. wtf! I guess my expectations were too high because I have been to a store that was like the "costco" of adult toys and their selection was insane. I love Secrets!!! Its not far from my office which makes for some quick lunch time shopping! I love the variety of items in this store. It's clean and nicely organized. I still chuckle at the folks who try to slip in all nonchalant. Not me - i walk in all proud - anxious to shop for goodies to surprise my husband with! Guaranteed to satisy every fetish you have and if you are lucky tune you into some new ones you may not have even known you had! On occassion they even do meet and greets with some of the adult industry stars - that is kinda cool. Aside from the prices, which are on the high side, this place is GREAT! Secrets is one of the most classy, well-run "adult bookstores" that I've ever been to. Upon walking into Secrets you are greeted by a vast warehouse-type room filled everything and anything sexual you may want or need. It's like the Costco of porn stores. You have a full wall of all sorts of penetrables awaiting you! And that's only the first wall! In addition to their well-stocked collection of toys, Secrets also has a really good variety of movies available for purchase and rental. Keep a close eye on your favorites though because they have a pretty high turnover when it comes to some of the "specialty" videos. Pretty small selection of stuff for the amount of space they have, and the store looks like it was thrown together in a day. Not creepy, but I've seen Halloween party stores put together with more style. Very decent prices, though, compared to other cities. Staff was friendly enough, and ran battery tests (with my permission) first before letting me leave--I've never had that done before, so that was appreciated. As the only such store in the area (according to google maps and yelp), I'm grateful it was there, and am giving it 3 stars in hopes it stays in business. I just went to Secrets this evening and had a very pleasant experience! The selection is pretty good and the atmosphere is very bright and welcoming. Being a crossdresser, it's not always easy to go places "dressed" and not be ridiculed (although the area is very open). I was treated as a regular customer and even the other customers in the store seemed to mot be judgmental at all! I came here to buy something on Friday. She tested it there and it worked. I took it home charged it, and went to try it out .... but it died after 30 seconds or less. I called because the receipt said something about 3 days for defective items, but they won't take it back. They said to contact the company about their warranty. The company doesn't have a website, I looked for every variation online to try to find the company. I'm now out $60, because I decided to support a small business and not just order from amazon. Definitely really bummed about the service I received from the man working the counter today. I had a couple questions about seeing products that were behind the counter (god forbid) and the man completely treated me as if I was bothering him. I've never had that problem with the employees here before. But seriously I asked to see two items and he was very obviously annoyed that he had to help me. After all that I still purchased a product, went out to the parking lot and realized I purchased the wrong product (due to sizing). I immediately ran in to ask if I could just switch it out and the guy rudely told me they don't accept returns or exchanges. Delana D,.... I'm sorry but you are spreading untrue information. To be clear,.. At no time did I ask for a price adjustment for any product other than the product that was in fact mislabeled. When I asked to buy the second product, the clerk told me that since I asked for a refund on the mislabeled product and now that he had to go through all the trouble to call the manager on her cell phone to get it approved, that I can now take my business elsewhere. He actually told me that he was sorry that I came to his register because he was about to get off for the evening. Those are the facts. Instead of taking ownership of the mislabeling, they casted blame on their customers and refused to honor the price that it was labeled. It's that simple. He went as far as saying that a customer must have stole their labeling machine and mismarked the products. I told him that he was going a bit too far with that story. And then he said that "TRUMP must of did it!" Wow! And, after over charging me he told me that he couldn't do a refund. That's when I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card and when he decided to call the manager on her cell phone. Yes the manager approved the refund but then said that I was not allowed to buy anything else in the store for disturbing her while she was off. That's ok... I found the same product for half the price in the mall. SAME PRODUCT FOR HALF THE PRICE! These people are a complete joke! It's also interesting how these positive reviews showed up after my review. I suspect they are friends of the associates or store owner. I wouldn't believe them. I'm waiting for a response from the store owner explaining why they wouldn't honor the price adjustment on the mislabeled products and why they didn't take ownership over the mislabeling. Also,... What exactly is your return policy? Do you always blame your customers for your mistakes? Do all returns or price adjustments require a special phone call to some off duty manager? Also, if taking a smoke break means sticking just your head out the front door of the store and watching us walk to our car then I apologize. However, I find that highly unlikely. I've been to a few sex shops in my time and this place is like the "bargain" sex shop. They have everything a normal sex shop has. Toys, (for him and her), blow up dolls, bachelorette stuff, fetish gear, and of course a stock pile of adult movies and magazines. The shelves are very empty though and the space itself looks very empty. Walls are left bare. The place looks like it's going out of business.
