I found a compatible, refurbished model online (Z590), which he installed, and returned my PC. Shortly after, Raymond reached out, asking for details on my old motherboard, claiming he had a similar client issue. This was unusual given that my motherboard model is rare. Later, I discovered a Facebook listing posted by Raymond, selling an NZXT N7 Z490 marked as "used"--posted shortly after our conversation. I later found out that the same listing was made on OfferUp. I grew suspicious, as the listing perfectly matched the markings on my old, dead board. When I asked him to return my old motherboard back, he agreed and immediately deleted the listing. He returned my motherboard but insisted that he'd sold another client's board, denying that the listing was of my board. Despite clear evidence, he stuck to this story and dismissed my concerns. This experience has raised serious concerns about Raymond's honesty and integrity in handling client property. I'd advise caution to anyone considering Nestech Computers, Inc., as I believe my trust in Raymond was severely misplaced.

This past March, I went to uBreakiFix to have the battery replaced in my iPhone 13. Before the…read morereplacement, my phone had no issues other than the battery which I had intended to replace. I was told that the replacement battery was Apple-branded and was the best quality battery they offered. The replacement battery worked normally for about a month, but then I noticed the battery health began dropping significantly. It continued to decline by roughly 10% before the battery eventually began to swell and push the screen away from the phone eventually almost separating the two. The day the puffing/ swelling began, the silent mode switch on my phone also began to malfunction. Rather than the switch controlling whether it is on silent mode or not, the phone began going back and forth on its own despite the switch not moving. I was concerned, because the phone also began extremely overheating, and seemed it was going to catch fire or even explode. I contacted uBreakiFix, and they replaced the battery for the second time, because it was still under warranty. Again, they informed me the battery I was getting was "from apple" and the best quality the offer. They also confirmed that if I would have waited to address this issue, the battery could have in fact exploded. When I received my phone back after the second battery replacement, I was told there was nothing they could do about the Ring/Silent issue. I then noticed that the Volume Up button no longer functioned at all, another issue the phone did not have before the original battery replacement. What started as a simple battery replacement has now turned into a much bigger problem, leaving me with multiple hardware issues that my phone did not have before the repair. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled and expected much better from a professional repair service.

They're always extremely fast to respond and if the person answering the phone doesn't have an answer for me, they make sure to bring on someone who can answer it.
