I live in Chicago, and had my computer repaired a few times at a really good place on Clark. Then, my job location changed and I couldn't make it to this place in time, but I desperately needed to have my laptop repaired. I found Striker Technologies using a search engine, and brought my laptop in. Mike fixed it quickly, and went above and beyond. In addition to fixing the problem I was having with my monitor, he also fixed what my other place never bothered with - my laptop's inability to download Windows updates (it was in limbo indefinitely when I tried to download updates). Mike went above and beyond to help me with my Mac laptop computer screen replacement. I had dropped my computer and the screen display broke. I had called apple and they needed at least 2 weeks + their cost was almost as much as a new laptop. I had used an External monitor to get by for months, since I couldn't afford to be without my work computer for 2+ weeks. I just happen to search for Mac computer specialist in my area.
