The work order gave a detailed description of the problem. We were told the warranty company denied the claim but we needed the work done and the electrician was already at our home. The bill was almost $600 for two hours labor, two outlets and two junction boxes. We've asked for an itemized bill three times but have yet to receive one. We were charged the two hours labor because the electrician did not have all of the parts for the job and we live in a rural area. The warranty company paid the service call. To make matters worse, the outlet installed for the stove clearly stated it was for camper use only and was not even an outlet for a stove. The electrician had to come correct his mistake. Fortunately, we were not charged for the second service call. The work was finally completed and is in working condition, but we have serious reservations about the integrity of this company.

I figured out why when I got an email right after the guy left with *36* photos and videos of my system. First time they ever did that. Overkill, much? That same week I had one of their guys out to give me a quote on a fairly significant plumbing project. I've never used Waggoners for plumbing, but this is a big enough job I wanted to get more than one quote on it, and it seemed like a thing to do. The gentleman came to my house, I showed him what I had in mind, we discussed options, and he said he would put together an estimate for me and get back to me. Days and days went by, and I had just about given up on hearing from them, when the guy contacted me that he had my estimate ready. He came to my house and walked me through it and it seemed reasonable. I asked him to please send me a copy of the quote by email, and he said he would do that. He left me a catalog to peruse, and said he would be back to pick it up in a couple of days. I told him I'd be happy to send it back with their A/C tech who was coming the next day, but he said no, he didn't trust that he would get it back if I did that. Readers, I never heard from him again. I never got the quote. He never picked up the catalog (which, btw, had NOTHING to do with the work I was asking for). I don't know what to think. I have a service contract for another HVAC maintenance, and I'll probably go through with that, but if things don't get better, I'll probably be moving on. It's a shame.

SoSmart is one of the best security companies I have ever dealt with. Their customer service and…read morededication to making your home secure is amazing. I switched from ADT to SoSmart and have whole home protection and cameras. They have the coolest technology and a great mobile app to control my locks and doors and alarm system. I should also mention at a 1/4 of the cost ADT was charging me. Many of my friends have made the switch as well and have never been happier. We like that it notifies us when a tornado warning comes as well to the area. ADT failed me numerous times and I lost their trust; 2 times things were not hooked up right so you could just open a window and crawl through without setting the alarm off. Then they kept upgraded my cell backup and it was never provisioned. I know because we had an issue and ADT was not notified. I found out that it hadn't communicated in many months, but no one ever called to tell me it yet they continued charging me $159 a month. I highly recommend SoSmart they are great.
