Boss informed me at the beginning of January the screens were expected within a week, and the install would be scheduled. A full month went by with no further communication - near the end of February I was informed they were still inspecting, and was given a preliminary install date of the week of March 30th. Mid-March, I was given the firm install date of 3/31. 3/27 the project manger emailed and cancelled the install due to an issue found during the inspection. Supposedly the screens were undergoing inspection back in January, but magically failed inspections in March. Since the cancel, I have consistently sent emails asking for an update. Flower answers once a week that the company is actively working on getting an update from the factory. The most recent reply also gave me the name of the project manager and said the manager would be contacting me with updates. No updates from Boss. There is zero unsolicited communication from Boss. At this point I have zero confidence in this company. This is the most amateurish performance from a company I have ever seen. I hope the $25K I paid for the screens wasn't just a donation to the company, but that is what is it starting to feel like. I will start exploring what legal options I have to recover whatever money I can, but it may be low probability due to the sales agreement. Stupid me for paying up front. In the meantime, avoid this company like the plague. Amateurs.
