Be very careful when dealing with this company. When you call around to compare quotes, their price will seem very attractive. But what they won't tell you is that it's a teaser rate until you're actually sitting down with them and signing the contract. If you're comparing costs just make sure to ask them before going there how long the quoted rate is good for. Also keep in mind that this facility does not give you access to any of their dumpsters, if you're comparing other facilities it's always nice to know that you can throw stuff away so make sure to ask before you commit if you have access to their dumpsters. Gail King quoted me a rate over the phone and then as we were finalizing contract and payment, she told me the rate was only good for 4 months as we were finishing. This public storage facility is for you if you really care about your belongings. What's nice about this facility is there is a couple that runs this place and runs it well .I've had a storage here several times for several years and I remember one time one day I forgot to put the lock on. I got a call the next morning saying that I didn't have my lock on my storage and that they put one on until I got back! They run a tight ship here. You don't see any hoodlums running around having barbecues and acting like this is their residence instead of storage facility . They have a clean bathroom during business hours. Free water. This place is spotless and it has great hardware as far as the doors to your storage. The elevator is dependable and big. There is not much activity here, very private. Safe entrance and exit. The gates are always working. You have the place to yourself it seems most times. Whatever you do , get out by 9pm. Not a moment later! So many storage companies have break-ins, but you don't have to worry here. This place is like Fort Knox. They have as many cameras as a casino. There is a police sub-station 1000 feet away. The only thing this place needs is a Starbucks. Never mind scratch that. That would take up all the parking. Great safe place! read more

Both of the live in managers are great unfortunately paying a ton of money there is way too many days without access to the storage unit. Unless you physically come here every day there is no notification other than a piece of paper again unless you come here every day you will not know. The last straw was today when both entrances were unavailable to get into the storage unit and having to walk in to get my belongings this is complete bullshit I will be moving out ASAP. Remember if you were somebody who actually uses their storage to store things and try to come before a holiday or the weekend of the holiday you will not have access you will be stuck with anything that you were trying to put back in storage read more

There is no doubt that the units are kept secure, as all gates, doors, fences, and buildings are well-maintained and kept intact. The entire property is kept clean and well lighted, both the interior of the buildings and the exterior areas. Additionally, the cost of storing my stuff has been quite affordable, especially when I saw that the height of the units was greater than most places have. They offer special deals on certain sized units, and when I needed to get a larger unit, they gave me the same deal they would give a new customer. Finally, I didn't expect that the staff would be as helpful and pleasant as they are! This is a great place to do business with! read more
