Based on how they care for their property, I wouldn't store anything valuable here. If they are going to do nothing to care for their own property, how can I trust them with mine? Their property is completely overgrown with weeds. The sidewalk is lined with weeds over 4-5 feet tall. When I walk with my son in the stroller on the sidewalk, he gets hit in the face with weeds. There is often garbage along their property as well. High schoolers have to walk home along this street, it would be nice if businesses made an effort to keep it safe for the community. I called to voice my concerns with them and they were dismissive and said landscapers were coming, but it's been like this for months. read more

They agreed to have a pod dropped off for Things to be put in storage and I was having some trouble due to a severe injury that required surgery.i had a pain flares and was not able to move my things . They denied me access when I payed for a storage unit and denied me access. It's a hate crime toward disabled. A little late on this update, but we ended up ditching this place due to shattered window on our trailer. Coincidentally, it was weeded (clearly using a weed eater) around our trailer and there is gravel everywhere. When my husband told the guy at the front desk why we were going elsewhere, the guy said "we hand pull all the weeds." If that's the case, they myst use hand scissors because it is very clear it was use of weed eater. We moved to storage only few minutes away with completely paved, CLEAN grounds, secure, and cheaper!! read more

Friendly staff and gate hours for entry are pretty good! Property is kept clean! Only negative is the processing plant that cooks chemical barrels for reuse is directly behind and a lot of fumes and ash seems to blow right into the property, making it sometimes seeming dangerous conditions to be breathing. read more

Honestly, I don't think this experience could've been more disastrous. If I could rate it 0, I would. Not only did they give me a truck that had a very messed up transmission, but the worker also screamed at my grandparents when they dropped it off for me. They got there a little early and accidentally blocked the gate, cause neither of them knew where to put the truck as they waited. They saw a man park (in handicap when he was not handicapped) go to the truck that was being dropped off, open the door, look inside, and then slam it as hard as he could. My grandfather said hey and let the employee know they were dropping off the truck. The employee yells back "AT 9:30" and storms off. My grandfather, obviously got upset because he shouldn't have been talked to like that. The employee continued to yell unintelligible things, eventually cooled down and said, "Sorry I had a bad weekend." First of all, there's no excuse for that kind of behavior, if that is how you treat customers then don't show up to work. Second, it was Tuesday, get over it. We filled the tank completely of $127 worth of gas and when we asked to get our money back, the man told us there would be a credit of $50. I got my bill and there was no credit. Going to make sure I let everyone know to not rent from this place, terrible employees & service. read more

Rented a uhaul for 24hrs, reserved it online for local rental plus miles. Everything went smoothly. I showed up, they checked me in, no bait and switch, and I was in and out in about 10 min. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. I had a budget and estimated how many miles we would drive and my total at the end upon return was right on. Stayed on budget! You always hear horror stories about them not having your reservation, price is more than quoted, etc. This rental went so smoothly that I will definitely rent from here again. read more

I needed to use a storage unit for a short time period while I was in the middle of moving and waiting for my house to close. The facility is clean and Matt/Tony provided exceptional service for the storage unit rental and uhaul rental for my move out. They made the reservation process, checkin and checkout process seamless. When my house finally closed, I used the uhaul facility down the road since Security Public Storage didnt have the truck I needed on my move out date. Man, do i regret using the uhaul facility down the street. I had less than stellar experience and they gave my rental away that I reserved in advance. I literally heard the service agent give it away to a family ahead of me. That family reserved a smaller truck and asked to be upgraded to the bigger truck. While I was in line, it didnt register at that time until it was my turn and they didnt have any more 26 ft trucks. I couldn't move until the following day. I even had family travel from over an hour away to help us move. I was livid. I wished I used Security Public Storage instead. If I ever need a uhaul rental or storage unit in the future, I would absolutely go back to Security Public Storage. read more
