The manager helped with my u-haul rental, was very accommodating during the process, the manager would be the only reason I'd even go back, but I somehow got charged almost $30 more than I had anticipated. And that I didn't like. I want to know what my price is ahead of time. This is the worst storage unite you can ever find, never ever EVER get this storage for you own sake.. All of my belongings are wet, molded, this is honestly just the most experience of my life. I didn't end up needing to rent a unit, so this review is just for the customer service. I called a couple weeks ago to inquire about a 10x10 unit, and Tammy was so helpful and explained the pricing breakdown and availability to me. Since she didn't have a 10x10 available when I called, she took my name and said she'd be in touch. Sure enough, once one became available she called to let me know. Again, I didn't end up needing the unit, but she was so helpful compared to other facilities I had called and very sweet. If I do end up needing to rent a unit, I will definitely be reaching out to Tammy! read more

Just went in to check on things @ my offices storage Unit and Tammy, the office manager, was so awesome. She was easy to talk to and super professional, and absolutely had our offices security in mind. I hadn't ever been there before so she was very diligent in making sure I was who I claimed to be and maintaining the integrity of our unit, but at the same time not making me feel like a criminal lol. The prices were great, and I only needed a small amount of space so they had a unit available that fit exactly what I needed at a fair price - plus there's a discount from an online coupon! The units are clean, and there are a lot of cameras and a gate code so I feel like my stuff is safe. My boyfriend and I were meant to use the 24/7 self serve pick up service to get our truck and when we arrived at the location to pickup it said we had to wait until they opened 2 hours later for someone to hand us the truck. The phone rep was really helpful but told us that this location didn't even prepare the truck for us. This place is meant to help people move and ease stress. It did the opposite so be wary. Just got a phone call this morning that we had our trailer broken into, couldn't tell me when. The only cameras offered are at the front gate, not along the perimeter yet our rate was raised a few years ago!! No more dogs on the premises watching the place either, nor do they do any kind of pest prevention and we have found black widows along our tires. The person working there gets "too shaky while outside" to assess the trailers so she can't even tell me when this happened, but guesses 4-5 weeks ago??? Don't know how you can even guess that then, but thanks. Idk about you but I'm entrusting my trailer to at least have daily checks on our trailer but now I'm confident that it's not happening. Says they're going to upgrade the gate but are not offering extra security while this is getting done. Not sure if it's homeless, but that was her guess as well. Had all of our games, fishing poles, coffee maker, toaster oven and souvenirs taken, basically wiped out all of our drawers and tools taken too. Doesn't sound like homeless to me more than drug users needing cash for anything they can sell. Nice start to the weekend. Be safe out there! Renters Beware! Our 22 foot Northland travel trailer was stolen from this property between August 31, 2020 and September 12, 2020. Security Storage didn't realize it was gone and there is no security footage because the cameras were not working during that entire time period. Apparently the cameras are only for their protection, not the renter so they are not invested in keeping them in working order. There was and is not any urgency on their part to help us. Very frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately the trailer has not been located. read more

On New Year's Day I went to the facility which I did not know that they were closed had a little confrontation with one of the manager's boyfriends that was on the property I had dropped my phone on the property which was an iPhone 13 very expensive phone and it was also my work phone and my last location was inside of the gate. Everyone that works at this facility refuses to give me my phone back an denies ever seeing it. After I dropped it I went outside of the gate and drove away after a few minutes then realized that my phone was gone and then I remember it falling off of my lap when I got out of the car so I know for a fact that it's there as well as looking up my location after logging in to my iCloud and all I want is my phone back and I will never go on property again but no one is willing to help me figure out what happened to my phone worst customer service ever read more
