The process was smooth, informative, and efficient. I went here for my first time being a security guard after looking at every possible options from Beverly hills to fontana; I was not disappointed, and am writing this review as I intend to come back for my armed license to get better pay. I work at a business that has hundreds of guards, and some have told me they have paid egregious prices for simply unarmed security license ($700+) when here I think it was $225 fingerprints (LVPD) and all. Wow this company is amazing. I came here in 2015 to get my guard card and it was a very very very great experience. My instructor was Nathan/Nate and it was only me in the class but he didn't make me feel awkward about it only being me he was actually very funny and cool. His wife is amazing as well. Their whole family is nice. They even reached out through email after I passed everything for me to come to a job fair a certain company was having at that time. I highly recommend going through them. It really says something when you are speaking with someone who is extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and made the process go smoothly. I had a few experiences calling in for information and the lady over the phone was very helpful and provided me all of the information I needed to move forward. Jim, the owner, CLEARLY knew what he was doing and provided me clear directions and training. He didn't make me feel silly as a woman completely oblivious of how to hold a gun - MAJOR KUDOS there. DO NOT DO ONLINE SECURITY GUARD CLASSES!!!! I paid for this service, took and passed the class on Sunday. Paperwork says they have 2 business days to get you the paperwork. I did it on Sunday - paperwork says I will have the cert completed and emailed to me no later than Tuesday night. I received the cert Thursday morning from Beki. She also lied and told me that the email had been sent on July 3rd (no email was received). I paid for this $50 for a $25 class elsewhere because I could do it fast and on my own time - turns out I should have just done the $25 class. Do yourself a favor and just go to the $25 in person class. Tried to get a refund and they refuse - they are liars and cheats! Bad customer service! read more

Just got my 40hr guard and firearm permit. Well worth it they offer price packages depending on where your at. I got the firearm amd 40hr for 300$ which included the range fees so it covers good. In my opinion its well worth it they work with you to make sure you pass but understand what you need to. Also they have flyers from security companies looking for hire. I definitely recommend for anyone looking to get they're guard card, or if you just have questions regarding the process and job and what not. read more
