Pro-tip: If you come on your birthday month, it's only $12 for admission which is substantial savings! I booked the expedition tour which included the general admission, Super Mog tour, and a chance to feed a tiger. The Super Mog tour is an hour long ride in an all terrain open-aired truck. You have to be at least 5yo and able to climb up the steps to get into the vehicle. They offer 2 times, 11AM or 2PM. Because it was June, I opted for the 11AM tour bc of the heat. Even though there was no AC, it was fully shaded and we didn't feel too hot. Our tour guide Robby was incredible and gave each of us a small stalk of willow-like leaves to feed the giraffes. We had the option to feed them from our hands or if we're brave, our mouths! We started off on the super mog tour visiting some apex predators like their mountain lion, hyena, grizzly bear and Robby would tell their stories and also do a live feeding. We also drove past their rhino, lions, zebras and much more. Then we got to feed the giraffes as they walked up to our vehicle. It definitely had more of a natural feel vs a zoo. Then we got some snacks, walked around for a little bit to see their smaller mammals (sloth, lemurs, marmoset) and reptiles. Lastly, we attended the tiger splash show. It was as adorable show watching the tigers play with their trainers using various toys, balloons, and meat. After the show, we got to feed a tiger through a special feeding tube and you can also request a picture with the lion. Out of Africa is also know for their popular predator zip lines where you have views of the animals and the Verde Valley. We didn't do this bc my kiddo is still quite young. We got the chance to run into the owner Prayeri who described how many of the animals were raised at a young age or rescued. There is a strong emphasis on the human-animal bond and trust at this park. Love that mission and much love to all the animals!

Scheduling the appointment was easy and the woman who took my call was friendly, knowledgeable and, as importantly, laughed at my stupid jokes. The tech showed up about 10 minutes early and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. The cold water valve inside the machine was leaking and would have to be replaced. The tech suggested also replacing the hot water valve. I agreed to the price and he had it repaired inside of 30 minutes. He also checked out the drum bearings and the pump. The tech was a great guy who cleaned up the inside of the machine and made sure everything was the way he found it. I couldn't be happier.

He made a quick trip to our house and was able to assess the cause of the leak was the tubing connection to the Pilot control valve. He was repaired it and tested it with a gas sensor showing the leak had been stopped. I appreciate that he valued us as a past customer and fit us into his busy schedule. I can't say enough about how wonderful Cindy from Sedona Nanny is. She is not only an excellent caretaker, but also an incredible person. From the moment she arrived, she brought so much joy and excitement to our home. Cindy came prepared with dinosaurs and trucks, which instantly captured the attention of my 2-year-old and 4-year-old boys. They were thrilled with her selection of toys and had so much fun playing with them. But it didn't stop there - Cindy also had some cool surprises with arts and crafts. The kids absolutely loved it! What impressed us the most was how quickly our boys took a liking to Cindy. From the beginning, they were comfortable around her and seemed genuinely happy. This made us as parents so relieved and grateful. With Cindy taking care of our children, we were able to fully enjoy our hiking and ATV rides without any worries. Another aspect that we really appreciate about Cindy is her flexibility. She was always willing to work with our schedule and accommodate any changes we needed. I have never been as pleased as I am with Joyce from Sedona Nanny. The moment I meet her I felt instantly comfortable and knew that she was a person I could trust . And my children were attracted to her right away! She is bubbly, fun and has such a wonderful way about directing my kids. Each time she has come to cars for my children she has gone beyond my expectations and my children always ask when Joyce is coming over again. Also, I love the fact that Joyce is an experienced, registered nurse. That is such an extra comfort to me knowing my children are in the best of care. We were in town for a wedding and needed a nanny for Friday and Saturday night. We found Joyce and loved that she was a retired registered nurse with many years of nanny experience. Joyce wanted to come 15 minutes early to meet the kids and make sure they were comfortable with her before we left. She even offered to come earlier to watch the kids while were were getting ready and told us that if we wanted to stay past her scheduled time then not to worry. She brought with her a suitcase full of toys and games for our 3 year old daughter and 1 year old son. As soon as we opened the door she greeted us warmly and made a straight line for the kids. You can really tell that she loves kids and loves her job! We will hire here next time we are in Sedona or remotely close! read more

Cindy was a wonderful women who won the hearts of my 5 grandchildren. WE traveled for my sons wedding and needed a sitter for the rehearsal evening and again the next day to help with the children ages 6-13.. She came with a loving heart and bags of toys and projects for all ages . After the first evening they woke asking when Cindy would be back. Arriving again the next day at 1:00 she again was prepared to start some new projects and play some of the games they loved. She offered to help with the 4 girls hair and braided each one and help get them ready for the wedding. She stayed through the ceremony with the children. One of the teachers, Debbie, in the infant room, has been there over 12 years and took care of 2 of our children in their infancy. That can show you how good it is that the staff is retained so long! The preschool is a very pleasant, positive experience for children. The management is professional and easy to deal with. The only thing I've ever wished was different (and it would never affect my rating) is that they force all children to nap, even if they don't normally nap. My now almost 5 year old hasn't napped since he was about 2 and a half, but has been told he must lay quietly during nap time (which, really, for a toddler isn't easy). I would definitely recommend sending your kids here. I know at times there's a wait list, but it's worth it!

She formed a special connection with a couple of the wolves, especially Luna and Larka. Being able to gently touch the wolves and spend time so close to them was truly unforgettable and felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. They are fascinating animals and so different from dogs.
