i've been going here my entire life, phenomenal ice cream, and almost everything else. However, the reason I'm giving four stars is because I ordered hot chocolate with cookies, as they say on the blackboard that the Hot Chocolate comes with free cookies. They truly might as well erase that, because whatever those things were, you cannot call them chocolate chip cookies. An Upper East Side staple! I've never been upset with any flavor I've chosen here, honestly. They have an incredibly expansive menu AND just a note that they have some additional flavors beyond what's in the showcase typically - like mint chocolate chip and some of the liquor/wine flavors! All the flavors that I tried at this place were very good. I would say it was on a little bit of the pricier side for the amount that was given, but the ice cream was very good. They had a wide variety of fruity flavors to coffee flavors to chocolate related flavors. Overall, I would probably go back again. One thing I wish is that they would have more flavors for cones or more types of cones, but the cones that they had were also very good. They had red velvet. Got the peach and the strawberry cheesecake PEACH Bits of peaches throughout for peach flavor but they're kind of hard and feel like canned/preserves peaches. The fresh peach flavor doesn't really run through the base ice cream as much as I would have liked STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE Hard to go wrong with this one, would have liked more of a graham cracker component and again wish there was more of a fresh strawberry flavor running through the base ice cream. read more

I love Sedutto for its overall cuteness. It's a small dessert place but a whimsical adventure inside. I was ecstatic to know Sedutto serves soft ice cream. I found it interesting that they had coffee-flavored soft serve, a flavor you don't usually find besides the traditional vanilla and chocolate. I ordered the vanilla soft serve with sprinkles. I liked it a lot at first, but the taste got gradually synthetic. The consistency was really fun to dig into! It was quick to order, even though it can be somewhat busy. Delicious ice cream! I have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and only just discovered this gem! They must have about 40 flavors... I have gone 3x in 4 days. Don't judge! The ice cream tastes homemade and I love the wide variety they have. I am a huge chocolate lover so I like that they had a lot of choices for me. Apparently, you can order any of their ice cream flavors, and pick a cupcake: vanilla or chocolate. And they'll scoop out the core of the cupcake and replace it with your choice of frozen delight.
