I don't even know where to start. I don't usually write reviews but I'd give them 100 stars if i can because they deserve it! I found this place back in 2018 when I accidentally broke my glasses and needed cheap ones and i've never been anywhere else since. The staff are super friendly and super super helpful. They have a very organized digital database system with customer info which comes in very handy every time i need glasses. They're also very good at following up with customer needs. I went in one day wanting to get a new pair of glasses. I wanted to take advantage of my student insurance. Unfortunately this store was outside of the insurance network. They dealt with the insurance company for me. I didnt have to call anyone. They called me the next day telling me that I'm able to claim up to $130. I went back today because I broke a pair of glasses that i purchased here 3 months ago. IDK if it was my fault or the manufacturer's fault. The lady was super nice. She took the lenses off my old one, detailed them and put them in the new frame for only $20! I've had a few glasses made here and they all lasted a long time! (I don't really take care of my stuff) To conclude this review, if you want excellent customer service, this place will provide you with exceptional service. Love this place! The gentleman and the lady who helped me out were super helpful and friendly. I've never been to an optical with a style like them because usually opticals are small, uncomfortably super bright, and a bit old style. But I can see that they are a new business store because the vibe is more modern. What i really liked about this place is that the staffs sanitize the frames customers tried on right away which made me feel comfortable actually trying the glasses on. Their price seems reasonable since they make glasses in 20minutes and I can tell they don't scam the customers because I was gonna get two pairs of glasses and one sunglasses but the staff suggested me to try the glasses first and then come back to get the sunglasses later if the prescription is okay for me. I had a lense prescription from another ophthalmologist. And had bought my own frames elsewhere. After calling several optical stores, each one of them said that they would not put my prescription in my frames. Each store had three reasons; 1. I had not gotten my prescription nor my frames from them. 2. They wouldn't put my prescription in my frames because they were high end and couldn't replace them if they were broken while putting the lenses in. And 3. very important to me, all their labs were off site with anywhere from 10 day turnaround. I did not want my frames being shipped back and forth for obvious reasons. So, I was left with a prescription and frames that I could not have put together. Therefore, I researched independent optical shops. The first call I made to see U Again, was the only call I needed. Ester, told me that they would use my prescription to put in their lenses and into my frames. Their lab is also on site and can be done in 20 minutes, if they have the respective lenses. Otherwise 3 days and my frames would not leave the shop. I was thrilled that after everything, my glasses were done perfectly in the allotted time. However, after using my reading glasses a few times, I noticed that I got a massive headache after each use. I called Ester and told her the situation. She had me come in for an assessment and found that my original prescription was incorrect and that was why I was getting headaches. My lenses were adjusted accordingly and again, I was in and out in less than an hour. They are perfect. Most importantly, they were professional, extremely knowledgeable and very kind. They take great pride in their customer service and you definitely experience it. Such an honorable business both personally and professionally. I highly recommend See U Again. "Dr. See" was very informative and explained well throughout my eye exam (also, very fun personality). Patrick helped me to get a great deals on the products I bought. The prices were relatively affordable! I had gotten: contact lens exam/glasses exam, new lens only for my old glasses, and new pair of glasses. And the total for of those came out to be close to what I had in mind. Lastly, just don't be cheap nor try to haggle down their prices. Just remmeber that you're paying for their services as well as their products. I had the best experience today. The customer service here is outstanding. Both my daughter and I had our eye exam here. For those who are thinking to bring their kids here I HIGHlLY recommend it. My daughter is 8. Before this visit I had taken her to two different optometrist. Both had no patience with my daughter and quickly recommended to have her do a dilation. I came here thinking that my daughter would have that done but the optometrist was very much against it. He took his time with her, he took breaks to let her eyes rest, he made it fun and kept her focus. I could not be more thankful to him. I can't say enough praises for this place. I came here last year during their grand opening and received superb service when I got my eyes checked, new contacts, and sunglasses. They gave me a bunch of free contact samples and I remember thinking I've never walked out of an optometrists' office with so many free contact samples. I figured it was because it was their grand opening and was trying to build a clientele. Fast forward a year later and I came back with my family and we all got new glasses and received superb service again! I brought my old glasses that I purchased at another office and they even adjusted those to fit my face because I told them it kept sliding off my nose. The personalized service you get here is amazing and they give you honest feedback and advice when trying to find the right frames to fit your face - they're not looking to just sell the most expensive frames on you.
