I am only reviewing the Ice Cream not the actual facility or customer service. I didn't pick up the ice cream myself. I finally tried their VEGAN chocolate oatmilk ice cream and I was satisfied. I love that more places are having vegan options on the menu now. I try to support them by giving them my business as much as I can. The ice cream was good, it was creamy, had the same texture as regular Ice cream (from what I remember of regular ice cream). It did have a slight oat milk flavor at then end, but it wasn't bad. Or if you're indecisive you can go with one of their signature creations. I loved when they had the biscoff flavor!!! Cold Stone is one of my favorite ice cream shops in Fresno. Their ice cream flavors are unique and I was able to sample some that I never tried before. It was a hard decision to make. Majority of the flavors hardly disappoints. My go to flavor is Sweet Cream sometimes with Oreos. I always get the kids size because we usually get dessert right after dinner nearby. So we are usually pretty full, but never too full for a kids size ice cream which is still pretty big. Staff are usually friendly here. Sometimes we get that awkward stare though when we sample flavors. Maybe they are just trying to hurry up to get the line going. It is usually very busy during the evenings around the weekend. The line can be slow and because they were offering samples it took even longer. We still come back though and still wait in that line... read more

I could be having a sour day but Cold Stone will make me forget the sour day I was having and bring positive memories of the sweet delicious ice cream. My favorite flavor to get is the banana ice cream, almonds and fudge. I'm such a simple girl! I have not had any flavor since as my taste buds know what to expect. I have taken my niece and sister to Cold Stone for sister auntie niece dates over the years. I normally want to go out for ice cream on days that are hot. Today was a balmy 47°F but we went anyway. The last couple times visiting Coldstone Creamery, I couldn't get past Chocolate Devotion. This trip we made a very conscious effort to try something else. Coffee ice cream mixed in with Oreo cookies, peanut butter, fudge and almonds makes up the Mud Pie Mojo. I am a fan of coffee and this ice cream had just the right amount of sweetness. The mixed in ingredients made every bite different than the last. We shared a large and it was almost too much for us. That said, we did enjoy every bite. I really do like coffee. It helped with the enjoyment of this mix. read more

I'm a visual person I kinda wished as I was ordering there was some kind of picture of how it would turn out, but no biggie. I ordered a 6" round cake with yellow cake and the ice cream flavor I chose was cake batter and for mixed in toppings I got reese's peanut butter, brownie mix in. For the outside of the cake I opted to get the simple fluffy white frosting with white and milk chocolate toppers. Went to pick up my order I was very pleased and surprised at how it looked and the flavors complimented each other. My fiance was so happy with his cake. The yellow cake was moist and the ice just melted it was the perfect combo. They are covid compliant, mask is required upon entry. I was greeted as I entered. Very nice customer service. They went out of their way to call their manager and find out if the graham cracker crust had dairy in it. They couldn't get a definite answer but the fact they took the time to try to find an answer was appreciated. Most business have just said "it doesn't say in the label so we don't know if it has dairy or not" and that's it. They don't try to do anything more to find out. This cold stone was not busy on a Saturday afternoon. It was clean and the employees were pleasant. I ordered a dairy free strawberry sorbet which was very delicious. My husband orders a blended coffee drink and my dad ordered a blended fruit drink. They seemed to enjoy theirs. Mine melted very quickly but I still enjoyed it, I would return for more. read more

We just got done with watching movies and wanted desert. They have a couple places in the area to choose from and we decided to get Cold Stone. From when we first walked in, everyone greeted us with a smile. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I personally ordered a "Gotta love it" Coffee with marshmallows & chocolate chips. (It's the best) While the young gentlemen was mixing my topping, I snap chatted him and said "before there was rolled ice cream, there was Cold Stone" I'm glad Cold Stone is still up for business. I love a lot of their flavors and mixes. They have the best cakes as well. This location is located in a great area. I recommend this place on a nice hot summer day (or even cold winter day) they have a lot of sitting areas in the area to sit and enjoy your ice cream. read more

I've been here a few times. The location at Campus Pointe is nice and accessible. I'd say the location is great... but there's a big caveat which is that when the fields are manured it absolutely stinks outside and you can't enjoy the patio. When the air is cleaner, though, they have a couple of benches outside, and you can wander the square. Great on a warm Fresno summer evening. The staff are friendly and efficient here, I've been in when there's a pretty long line and they're quick and they deal with kids well. The tables inside are a little bit cramped but most people take their food to go so there's generally enough space. I'm boring and I usually get a small cup with just one or two kinds of ice-cream, no frills. There are tons of options if you do want to get creative, but the standard ice cream is always good - flavorful and not too sweet. All in, a solid place to get a nice snack. No complaints. read more

This review is for an order from last night via delivery service. Firstly, the last time i ordered from here, they shorted me on an item: a chocolate dipped waffle bowl with sprinkles. This time, i called to verify my order before delivery. The person who answered the phone(sorry, i didnt get a name) apologized and confirmed the contents of my order and agreed to make sure that my order was correct before it left the shop. That being said, my order was still incorrect, but, that's not affecting the stars here on this review. The number of stars is correct because of the presentation of the delivery this time. Who ever assembled the order, or at least assisted with the assembly, wrote on one of the bags, "sorry about last time", or something to that effect. No one has ever hand-written a note like that for me before even after i called and explained that my order was wrong last time and was trying to prevent something going wrong this time. And the grand finale of this review, the shop was even out of the item i ordered: the chocolate dipped waffle bowl with sprinkles. However, they made a note of that on the receipt and instead sent, not one but two, chocolate dipped cones with sprinkles. I am not sure who authorized that improvization, but, who ever made that call, you have most certainly solidified my continued business for desserts...assuming i can get my order in before you close on delivery services. read more

They know they are delicious and creamy and have all of ice cream options and toppings and they get to charge you any price and not take coupons via coupon sherpa because you'll pay for the stupid yummy cup. Well where do I start. I drove a friend and my daughters here wanting to get a little sweet snack. I'm giving them a 3 the ice cream was fine, but the service stink. It's pretty funny. Well not it's really not funny. So my daughters 11. I am trying to teach her how to place orders without getting super nervous and stumbling her words around. My daughter is very shy and self conscious. So my friend order then my daughter attempted to order. She asked the young lady for a our strawberry blonde. My daughter was a bit nervous and started to stutter a little. The girl that was "serving them" was clearly irritated. I guess my daughter wasn't saying what she wanted fast enough for her, and the way her body language was she just wanted her to hurry up. Because clearly she was wasting her time. After her little giggle she then looked over at her co worker then rolled her damn eyes and made a face and then giggled again. That made me a bit upset. The nerve of some people. The young lady had on a blue ribbon in her hair with little American flags on it. I'm saying that because I choose not to use her name. It really ticked me off. I work in customer service and not only am I paying for an item I am also paying for at the least decent service. They really need to learn patience, and take a customer service course or two. I hate going somewhere and spending my money just to get terrible food or terrible service or both at the same time. Especially from snooty people with their inside jokes, in front of customers. it terribly rude. I went in and asked for the managers name. I wanted her to know a few of her staff members need a few couching tips on how to treat people. Unprofessional and NOT family friendly. Went here with a friend. Waiting in line and a gal comes in with her friend. The gal goes behind the counter and helps her friend ahead of everyone else and then leaves... not the best practice even if receiving free ice cream is a perk of the job... Then the part that really bothered me is the choice of music. Music was loud ... and one song they were playing in the store, I was sure did they just say f***? I asked my friend and she didn't hear it. Then, while waiting for our ice cream to be made sure enough a song with back to back f***in' and f***in' that.... not censored at all. I am all for freedom of speech and people being able to listen to music they like .... but this is a business and a place where people with children frequent... so won't be giving them my business anymore. read more

Hello all of you ice cream loving. Chocolate drizzling, hot fudge covering, sprinkles and gummy bear topping mad coo coo banana over anything that has to do with this cold desert! I just want to say that I enjoyed this new cold stone very much. The young cashiers were very nice and up beat! I think the best part is that they actually mix in the toppings if that is how you would like it. My daughter wanted sprinkles mixed in with her strawberry ice cream scoop and then topped it with gummy bears! After this she was definitely one springy little monkey princess! The cost was very affordable it was only three dollars and it was enough to satisfy my daughters need for the oh so popular desert. As for me I just shared with her. The inside of the creamery was very clean and they kept a smile on throughout the entire time of service. This made me and my daughter feel very welcomed. We had a little time after dinner before the show, being that it was on the same block as the theater we went in. We had cold stone before so we knew what we wanted and what we like from there. It was so packed in there and only one side was open so we were all corralled to one side of the counter. We ordered and then were told to move down to the register. We get our order and go outside come to find neither of our signature creations were correct. It seemed that the girl made up her own "signature creation" and not the cold stone creation we know and love. It was too crowded, probably 30 people in line herded in this tiny area to go back and complain so we just ate our ice cream which was good not just what we had wanted. read more
