I've been here too many times to count. The cookies are huge, but sometimes they're way too sweet for me. The flavors are hit or miss. I like that they change the menu every week, but I kinda wish they had more simple classics without all the extra frosting. A little disappointed in the costumer service. I had placed an order for 7 boxes of their mini cookies at 10:30 am to be delivered by door dash. At 11am the door dasher texted me and said they're still working on my order, understandable. At 12pm the dasher went MIA. I texted the dasher asking for ETA, no response. I finally called the store and they said the Dasher just took off. They then told me to call door dash customer service. Fine, but my concern is why didn't the store call me to tell me that the dasher took off. I would've called door dash a lot sooner. Now my cookies have been sitting there for probably and hour and a half. To the store, please be considerate when it comes to things like this. If I had not called you guys, my cookies would've never been delivered and I would've still been charged the $142 dollars. read more

Crumble is always my go to for cookies, they never disappoint. So when they came out with a Beetle Juice cake, I was eager to give it a shot. When I got home I took a bite and was instantly disappointed. It tasted like boxed cake mix. The cake was extremely dry and the frosting was just a huge swirl of sugar, nothing excited and definitely not worth $6 and time spent waiting in line. I could have went to walmart bought $1.50 cake mix and $1.50 frosting and felt more satisfied. Just to be sure I had my boyfriend give it a taste and yep, he was shocked to with how terrible it was. I called the store and explained my disappointment, respectfully, and requested a refund or perhaps a cookie instead. After the gal who answered the phone, spoke to her manager Alexia, she informed me, unless there is something "wrong" with the cookie, she can not provide a refund. I didn't expect that response at all, I mean come on, if McDonald's makes your burger wrong they remake it or offer a refund. They actually want to make it right. What a sad reality, crumble can definitely do better. I guess thats the reward for being a loyal customer. read more

Came in was greeted upon arrival, went to the kiosk ordered and within minutes my order was ready, I asked the employee what was her favorite cookie, she was not in the mood to talk lol hurry up and bye vibes, which the store is completely arranged for speedy service, no one needs to be social, which is cool, this weeks cookies were a pretty good my favorite out the bunch is the chocolate Rasberry totally surprising, the lemon poppy was up there too for first place. Ordered a birthday celebration cake on the app. Wasn't ready when I arrived after the time it said it was ready. First was told the frosting wasn't available for the cake . And then was told it was . I am not to sure why my order was taken from the app. For an item that wasn't available.it was very pointless to have an order from app when my items were not ready when I arrived . We also were not greeted as well as all the customers who walked in after us. I understand if they are tasking . But no acknowledgment was given to anyone . Poor customer service !!! I've been hearing about Crumbl Cookies for some time now. I remember driving by the Visalia and Madera locations when they opened. In Visalia, it was a big deal, but not as big as me since imabigdeal@yelp.com lol. Every time I hear a commercial or drive by, I told myself, I gotta go there. The wife and I were in the old neighborhood and agreed, we would go today. After doing by Floor n Decor, I almost forgot. Thankfully she remembered. I have to say, the options are surprisingly small, but I assume they have a rotation so that each time you come, you get different options. I assume. You can tell me if I'm wrong. Today, we went with the maple bacon, brownie, regular chocolate chip, and mint chocolate something or other. The mint one wasn't that warm, and so initial impressions from my wife were, meh. It was good, but not the greatest. Then she tried the chocolate chip and loved it! So I think the key is, they need to be warm. I tried the maple bacon and it was very good. They're so think, they're like brownies. Just so soft and rich. If there was one I can pick out as not being as good as the rest, it was the maple bacon. And honestly, it was the bacon. Take away the bacon, and you have a great tasting cookie/brownie. My kids loved them too. We shared them at the end of the day, and they ooo'd and aww'd all over them. The store experience was great. They welcome you. The digital ordering experience was pretty straightforward, and the cookies came quick. I do recommend you order at least 4 and share them. They're quite pricy at $5 a pop, but the more you order, the better the deal. You can also buy smaller cookies, but they're for catered orders only. So large orders I assume. My party of three people waited at the cashier for 10 minutes plus. Mind you the store has one person in the pick up section for there order. Then one of my associates asked a worker who was occasionally going to the back of the store to go on their phone. "Hey, can I order here?" The worker responds "Umm, I guess I can take your order" as she's putting her phone in her pocket. Service is the worst. Whoever is the owner needs to train their staff in customer service basics. Showed up after putting in and paying for online order, plus tip, checked in and waited another 20 minutes before the place cleared out and someone asked me if I needed anything. As a person who is older business for 30 years, I am shocked at the new type of businesses that they have like this cookie store. Today I went to the Pita restaurant, bought my wife a pita. I thought I'll walk down to the cookie store and get my wife a cookie because she deserves a cookie. When I walked into this place, it was shocking first of all I'm 90% sure they don't take cash at all and number two you can actually order from the counter. You literally have to order on some kind of iPad screen putting a bunch of information in and typing it in your order when there is literally employee standing, not 3 feet from you. I decided it was not worth it to try to buy a stupid cookie from a stupid cookie company. I'm not kidding. There are places that you could spend your money which are much more user-friendly. I couldn't believe it. I'm pretty sure like I said they don't take cash and you have to order from some kind of machine that you have to type in your information when there's a freaking human standing not 5 feet from you doing nothing read more

Cookies are warm and delicious, the atmosphere was busy and a little unorganized. Being a newly open place the staff could have instructed guests how to order cookies and flow of traffic. Being in other similar Crumbl locations I'm familiar with the self order iPads. However I was new to the app and the cashier didn't know how to walk me through scanning for Crumbl points. I ordered cookies , mini cookies and cookie dough bites for my granddaughters birthday party today for delivery, I paid $58 , $12 for the delivery, when my cookies arrived I was missing the cookie dough bites, I called the delivery driver and he said the store didn't give them to him. I then called the store and spoke to the manager who said my missing cookies would be redelivered in 40 mins. We waited and waited, almost late to the party . After 1 hour and 15 mins nothing so I called back and they then said they weren't sending my cookies instead they would refund my card in about 4-5 days..
