Always friendly service at See's Candy! A great place to pick up a sweet treat for yourself or a gift for someone you care for! Always clean and sparkling in their white and black attire. Here's a sample for you to try! Yes, prices have gone up over the years. Get ahold of the $5 dollar off coupons that are often given out! Or join the Happy Habit Rewards for $20-$50 dollars for your 3/5/7 months patronage! Consistently great service here at See's Candies.

Wow can't believe a 2 pound box of chocolates costs $68.00 plus tax. The 1 pound box is half the cost. I know cacao beans to make chocolates are hard to come or the chocolate to make is expensive but wow wow. But I bought them anyway. Happy early valentine's to me and my hubby. I'll eat um slowly and enjoy every bite. The girls at the counter were friendly and giving me samples to try.

See's Candiies in the Kahala Mall is our goto candy shop. Always friendly staff. Clean and we'll stocked. My wife went in to get our valentine chocolates. We decided to go before the valentine rush. Love their chocolates. Enjoy

There's something magical about See's Candies and every time I walk in, feelings of comfort, warmth and nostalgia, connect me to so many emotions and memories. Shoutout to Rhoda for helping us on this particular day. She created an experience that evoked such deep emotions by being so incredibly attentive, gentle, observant and made us feel so special. I was supposed to stop in for a gift for a family party, but who was I kidding? I just had to pick up something for myself, too! One box of Nuts & Chews, a bag of Peppermint Twists and a small box of my highly favored sweets. The Nut & Chew bars would have completed the haul but sadly they were out; just another reason to stop in sooner rather than later. Did you know the Kahala Mall See's Candies was the first in the state? They opened their doors in 1970! They also have shops at Ala Moana Center and Pearlridge Center, with a pop up shop at Windward Mall during the holidays. Plenty of parking and easy access as they're just outside the mall doors next to Long's/CVS. So, whether you're treating yourself or looking for a gift, remember a little indulgence goes a long way! Even further when it tastes as good as Mrs. See's delightful confections!

Yum! Free sample! Thank you See's Candies!

Me LOVES some See's Candies lollypops!!!! Butterscotch to be exact! And that's the only reason why I stopped by this See's Candies store in Kahala Mall. Located at the Kahala Mall Shopping Center, you can find this See's Candies store just next door from the CVS/Longs Drugs store. As a kid growing up in da 808, I remembered when someone would have a kid, people would pass out those See's lollypops with a sticker on it - for a Boy, or a Girl, and I think that was the first time I got a taste for a yummy See's Lollypop. Sure, the standard lollypop flavors are awesome - (chocolate, coffee, vanilla, & butterscotch), but I now see that See's Candies even expanded their lollypop flavors, as I've seen - (pumpkin spice, cinnamon, latte, & caramel apple), but no matter what flavors See's Candies may invent, my true love is for the butterscotch lollypop! It really just does it for me!!! Lol! If you're not into lollypops like me, rest-a-sure there are lots of other goodies that See's offers here, and every time I walk into a See's Candies, the very nice sales associates always offers some kind of chocolate sample. As good as the chocolates are at See's Candies, I'm all about the Butterscotch lollypop! Lol!

I love See;s Candy. Better than almost any other candy, no matter how expensive. Give me a box of nuts and chews and I'm good for a couple weeks (I parse them out, one or two a day.) Every Christmas, my family knows to buy me a box, but I do share. When I need a pick me up, I buy a small box with my favorites. The toffee, Scotch mallow, nougats, caramels. A couple of months ago, someone gave us a box of assorted and it had creams. I never used to eat creams but tried them out and amazingly, found that I liked most of them. I'm either getting older or they're making tastier creams! This Kahala location is so convenient. They always give samples and great service!

I came with my sister in law while I was on a short vacation. I am one of the few people in the world who do not like chocolate. Yes, Yes I know I have heard all of the comments all of my life. But it doesn't change the fact that I don't care for chocolate. Now I can eat some things with chocolate but a purely chocolate bar...no thank you. But I hate chocolate ice cream and chocolate cake, but this was not why I went in here. I was not there to turn my nose up at everything. My sis in law loves this place and I can see (not taste) why. Its clean and the service was exceptional. The lady that help us asked if I wanted anything. I said no, I don't like chocolate. So she offered me something like a carmel chew. That was good and it didn't have any chocolate. My sis in law makes sure she stops here. I am basing this review on the service and the look on her face when she eats the chocolates.

As…read morewe approach 2026 so did Shop Toast which used to have a shop in Kaimuki is not online though will do curbside as well was here at the New Year's 'Ohana Festival at JCCH to celebrate the culture of how we celebrate the Japanese New Year. Sticking with the theme the best in my opinion with adorable wooden boxes in the shapes of the kagami mochi stacks, wooden zodiac animal charms and what really really caught my eye was their fortune cookie coin purse which was so thoughtfully crafted to include a fortune in each one is so cool. The unique items they have is what I love and it was nice to meet the crafters behind it along with seeing all the items they carry on hand versus online is more my thing but now know some of their items since I've seen them will give their site a visit for more unique finds and to support this cute local small biz. Thank you!

Jamie W and I were waiting for our reservation at The Pig and The Lady (review: https://yelp.to/LhZdZcHz26), so we had time to explore the Kaimuki neighborhood. Beyond the necessary malasada at Pipeline Bakery (review: https://yelp.to/coxyVLI5P8), we were curious about a couple of LGBTQ-owned businesses on Waialae Avenue. One was a fun pet supply emporium, The Public Pet (review: https://yelp.to/XXvGoRe97Q), and this was the other store. There were plenty of things to browse. Clothing and accessories appeared to dominate the main hallway, while housewares, handbag, and fabrics were presented in the back area. There were unique items like colorful hair clips, duck-head umbrellas, and tins of mackerel filets. Andrew makes sure there's nothing predictable about the inventory here, which makes a return visit mandatory. RELATED - Exploring Hawaii? Another plus is you can enter the store from the parking lot instead of having to walk around to Waialae Ave. Once inside it's a large open space with plenty to see. One entire wall dedicated to beautiful hang bags. Another wall for aromatherapy and vases. Keep walking toward Waialae and there are lovely clothes, beautiful shell lei, local kine themed Christmas ornaments on sale, jewelry at register and other such boho-ish items. Big star for these lovely unique items! There are changing rooms available. We loved all the displays of old school things like a printing press! Lost a star because sadly no welcome when we entered, asking if we needed help or show us where things were located in case we didn't see them. Lost a second star because despite our purchasing some items there was no mahalo for stopping in. We purchased some beautiful ornaments for next year and some lei that was quite reasonably priced.
