Upon picking up my car, I was immediately greeted with "good news/bad news." While I cannot personally speak to whether the repair itself was completed correctly, the customer service experience that followed was unfortunately unacceptable. What was most disappointing was the level of disrespect displayed by the on-duty supervisor, Christina. I was simply seeking clarity and understanding regarding my situation, yet the interaction quickly became defensive and unnecessarily aggressive. Rather than helping resolve the concern professionally, I felt accused of requesting something I was never asking for. At one point, Christina even told me to "write a Google review because the owners read every one." Initially, I had no intention of doing so, but after reflecting on the interaction, I felt it was important to share both the negative and positive aspects of my experience. I do want to recognize Butterworth, who stepped in and completely shifted the tone of the conversation. He handled the situation with professionalism, kindness, and respect, and he sincerely apologized for the experience. His ability to de-escalate the situation is the only reason for the additional star in this review. I truly appreciated his customer service and calm approach during an otherwise extremely frustrating experience with Christina.

Nick Tamone is the one. He explained everything plainly and thoroughly. I actually thought he was the mechanic performing the work. He speaks with confidence, using laymen terms. There seems to be a high level of integrity within this business, from front desk, courtesy driver, mechanics, to service advisor. I feel very confident with the level of expertise and professionalism within this auto service center. Future list of services required was also provided along with cost based on age and performance of my vehicle, not just a generic template as some auto service centers provide. With this information I am able to budget accordingly. I was informed when completed, actually, sooner than I expected, and it was delivered back to me by 2 nice, funny guys. For me, it's expensive maintaining the integrity of my car, for longevity sake, however, with Total True Automotive, I can rest that the work will be performed expertly and with integrity.

I also got to meet the new general manager, who was attentive to my questions, and who I noticed interfacing with the difficult customer. There is little to no security and no one from the hotel pulled camera footage for us. Thank god we had comprehensive coverage and AAA insurance!!! Paid $90.00 for service, vehicle was parked for almost 7 weeks, a week ago, my grandson came to town asked what wrong with vehicle told him, he took a look and told me, 1st off engine guards top & bottom were missing and all the tabs & rivets were placed by windshield. $220.00 to replace. He fixed my unit for $50.00. A clogged radiator was the problem! NOT REPLACE THERMOSTAT / WATERPUMP / RADIATOR. Tony still has not called to tell where my parts are at!!! These guys are wolves acting like they care about repairing cars.
