We had some minor damage done to our rear bumper. Per our AAA representative, Seidner's Collision Center was one of the approved places to take our car into get fixed. We took it in to get the estimate and one of the representatives (Merced Barajas) went over everything. He was extremely helpful and professional. The team at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. We took the car in this past Monday and we already have it back a day early than expected. It looks beautiful! My stars are for the body work on my car. The written review is on Merced. I made an appointment with merced, he told me the time and date to come. I showed up on the date and time, only to be told that I needed to go and put at least 1/2 tank of gas, in case they need to get it aligned. I feel that he could have told me that prior to coming that morning, he obviously knows what needs to be done to my car. He then calls me 1 week later, asks if i will be available to pick my car up the next in the later evening, and if so hell set my car up for painting. I tell him yes, and never get a call the next day to pick up my car. I call him before closing, only for him to tell me the car isn't done. I think he should have called me to update me of the change. He then tells me that he will call me after the morning meeting to confirm completion. Never hear from him, i call him at 315pm i was told he was with a customer, i ask for his supervisor, and then merced comes on the phone. I explain to him my concern as to his lack of communication and he tells me he called me twice and text me. I agreed he text me, while i was on hold waiting for his supervisor. I like the work of seidners, but i don't like the quality of work by merced. When you tell a customer something, stick to it. read more

I have gone to them twice now. One was to have a bumper replaced, which they did an excellent job on the paint work and alignment. The second time was because I was in a serious accident. I took my car for both accidents because they work as the body shop AND appraisers for State Farm. It makes it easy to have a one stop shop. Not to mention State Farm trusts them, so it makes everyone happy. They are super easy to deal with, kind, and very upfront and informative. The only complaint is that they are very busy, so sometimes it can be a little slow to start but they make up for it in the end. read more

I brought my 2017 Subaru Forester to Seidner's since it was recommended by my insurance company and I had great past experience. They provided me with an estimate within a day of taking it there. They provided me with repair status throughout the process. They even finished my car earlier then the estimated 12 days. The only small issue I had was the clear coat "dripped" causing a slight blemish. Since it was only the clear coat they were able to fix it for me while I waiting. My wife brought her Mercedes to this location and they referred her to the Duarte location. I brought her car there today and they indicated they cannot do repairs on the car because of "existing damage". He was referring to some scratches from regular driving and parking. Putting this aside, why didn't the first technician at the Glendora location, tell my wife this. When in fact he was looking at the same car, right? So you waste my time by sending me to your Duarte location. Really? This is what they call "extraordinary repair experience ". That's a joke! I would not recommend this place.
