Before coming back here, I visited several other dealerships--and as a woman shopping for a luxury car, I unfortunately dealt with a lot of salesmen who either tried to take advantage of me or completely dismissed me. Pat was the complete opposite. He was incredibly patient, respectful, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. He pulled up five different luxury cars for me to test-drive--back-to-back--never once rushing me, and did it all with a smile. At one point another customer came in who was looking at a more expensive vehicle, and even then, Pat stayed focused on me and made sure my experience stayed the priority. That meant a lot. Pat is knowledgeable, honest, and someone you can trust in an industry where that can be hard to find. I purchased a vehicle from out of state and all seemed well. when negotiating I negotiated due to wheel damage and we agreed on an amount off. later I was informed the discount was due to a cracked wind shield which was not disclosed or pictured when for sale. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was not cleaned and had candy wrappers and dirty carpets along with items (Narcan) still left in the glove box. the card also was riddled with paint chips, dents and scratches that were not reported. Every day I find something else about this car that wasn't taken care of this "super clean car" as it was described to me Within 5 days of receiving the car i noticed an oil pool in the garage and saw the entire underside was covered in oil. Taking the car to the shop with under a week of ownership and now needing $3000 in repairs is ridiculous. Leaking oil cooler and oil housing that was obviously present on sale and been leaking for some time. When trying to contact the owner or GM and being given the run around it took 3 days and 5 calls to talk to someone who didn't even work at the Seattle location. I was told that there was nothing they could do and the car was sold "as is". Even when asking for just good faith assistance for part of the repairs I was told to kick rocks. I would steer clear of this place and buy your car anywhere else. Nothing good will come of purchasing a car here and if you do no assistance will be provided.
