I called a few days before my party, they had what I was looking for. I rented a 13x13 jumper for $80 and 18 chairs for $20. They have an 11x11 jumper for $60! Thats a good price! Haven't seen that around. They were on time and set up pretty fast. I was lucky enough to get a brand new jumper! The forecast called for a chance of rain, all I was instructed to do was to cover the motor from the rain. They dropped off the jumper Friday evening and picked up Sunday morning. That was nice because my kids got to enjoy the jumper a little longer. The $60 jumper is dropped off the day of rental. The chairs were clean and in great shape. Will be a return customer read more

This is the worst party rental! I do not recommend it at all. I have an event today, i'm here to pick up my tables and chairs. I'm told they don't have enough tables and chairs when we made reservations. Blaming me for making a reservation a day before. But they took our reservation in the first place and left my contact number didn't even bother to call to give us a heads up. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Waste of time read more

If I could rate a zero I would. Let me start by letting all know that I am a repeat customer to Seleys. In February I did one of the packages with jumper tables etc. For this particular event they did not have helium and they asked me to go pick them up in the afternoon. I refused and knowing that I had their belongings, I unfortunately had to become nasty and let them know if balloons were not delivered prior to the start time of the event, I would not return their items. Wow what do you know They arrived at my door. But the next problem came they did not pick up their s*** until 2 weeks later. Here I am thinking they forgot until I have a random person ring my door..wth!!!! Since this is a small business I thought to oversee the issues and I went in last week to order. This time I don't need a jumper. The young girl said she needed to check w the owner for pricing. Ok great I agree tables piñata table cloths and chairs. So I do the calculation becoase the young girl couldn't do the math. As I proceed to pay she tells me they won't deliver.. now I'm like WTF???? You just wasted my time. I explained if they reviewed yelp and if they understood the impact of the poor reviews she did not know and did not care. I obviously do. I took my business to Jennifer's in lapuente ordered the day before w great service Needless to say I won't be returning back here and it's unfortunate as I wanted to do my part in supporting a local Latino owned business. They forgot to deliver our tables, chairs and bouncers. My whole party was standing around while we called a different company that promptly helped us in a bad situation. These clowns even gave me a hard time when went to inquire and ask for my money back. Apparently they don't keep money at the location. These people run their business is a joke and don't treat it with the seriousness and respect needed when providing party rentals for customers. Bad service, unreliable, and overpriced. I waited over almost 2hrs JUST FOR ONE JUMPER!! And when I tried to cancel because they took too long, the lady was argumentative and saying I ordered last minute. I will never order from here again! Save your self time and money. read more

I liked coming to Seley's because it was close to home, but the past two times I went they didn't have my tables or chairs ready. The young girl told me they would be there soon. When I placed the order they asked what time for pickup, but why even ask me what time I want to pick up everything if it won't be ready. I wanted to pick the items at 10 and I got there at 1, her excuse was they only have 1 driver. I don't care that they only have 1 driver the stuff should have been there ready for pickup regardless. I got a refund and took my business elsewhere. This place is never open on time! Don't bother coming here. read more

Everything went pretty well. Rented a package of bouncer, table, chairs, table clothes and balloons. They made a ton of balloons for us, a good piñata, nice tables and chairs and a good bounce house. They were a little late picking everything up and but otherwise we will definately use them again! read more

Rude and overpriced. I needed balloons filled with helium and, as I had done many times in the past, I headed over to Seley's Party Supply. They were closed even though it was after 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning. Shouldn't a business open on time? I had to call in order for them to send someone down to open up. When the girl finally showed up she gave me a price. I asked if she could give me a better price since I had to call and wait for her to open. She agreed to knock off $3 and do it for $26. When I asked if we could just make it an even $25 she got mad (not good for customer service) and in a rude tone of voice told me that since I had asked I now had to pay full price and that if I went somewhere else it would cost me more. I walked out and went over to Princessa Party Supplies in West Covina. Eva and Ramon were very pleasant and their price was over 30% less! I had always done business with Seley's in the past since they are close to my house but never again! From now on I will drive a little further and take my business to Princessa Party Supplies! Note to Seley's: Not everyone knows how to treat customers so that they will leave happy and come back. I would not let that girl deal with customers in the future unless you like losing business. read more

If I could rate a ZERO I definitely would!!!! We rented a mechanical bull from them thinking this would be a great addition to our birthday party. The mechanical bull broke down within the hour, we called them and told them if they could come and fix the problem. To top it off they were our local go to party supply for the past 5 + years because they are only about 5 minutes away! They claimed they would send someone over to fix it and but never showed up. The only thing they did after not showing up and one to many unanswered phone calls, text messages and messages left on their machine was they told my husband to try to fix the problem on his own. They didn't try to resolve the problem or come help and didn't pick the bull up until 3 days later. Even after all this my husband was still nice enough to help them load the bull onto their truck. He did show them that it didn't work and they admit that it was their fault and they would refund us the money. Three weeks later we still have not heard anything. My husband has repeatedly tried to call them and they hang up on him. They then had the nerve to tell my husband that it was a simple fix and he should have done it himself. read more
