Natalia and her staff are simply the best. I attended a ladies only Yelp event, and one of our stops of the night was at Sell Your Sole. One of the special things offered about this chic shop is a private shopping party much like we had. There were small bites, champagne and a personal stylist for our enjoyment, and all of that was only topped by the fabulous finds the store had to offer. You will find brands like Jimmy Choo, Vince Camuto, Citizens for Humanity and Prada. All of the items are in stunning condition, and you will find them for a much lower price. I don't often get to treat myself to designer duds, but thanks to this charming and unique boutique, I may get to do so more often! read more

I have been meaning to visit this store for some time, but only just went this past week. That's probably a blessing:) I love the location, very charming and decent parking. The store itself is clean, and well organized, which makes it easy to find things. The staff is very nice, and super helpful and if it feels like their hovering it's for a good reason, they have some pretty covetable pieces and I can imagine they don't want anyone running off with them. Also, most everything in the store is lightly used, the clothes and bags don't look run down, torn, or overly used and soiled. This is a big plus for a consignment store as most stores the clothes can look a bit tired. long story short, SYS is a find, I will be back for more shopping. I was excited to explore Seattle's consignment shops, but I did not find much here. The store is a decent size, but they do not have that many racks, maybe 7 tops. I did like the fact that Sell your Sole has a rack for going out wear with trendy jackets, fur coats, and other types of club wear so that was refreshing. Natalia and her staff are great. Natalia is such a sweet lady and we chit chatted. She is very fashionable herself. There is an entire second floor smaller room with shoes, but not that many shoes. The prices I felt were decent for the designers, the type of shoe and what season it was. Fantastic condition on all items. I did not end up buying anything, but that is hit or miss anywhere. My favorite consignment store yet! I live in California and was so excited and impressed to see all of the brands I love and in excellent condition at this store! The brands were comparable to a lot of the ones at Barneys and New York. The shop owner is beautiful, helpful and very pleasant. They have a great selection of quality shoes as well. I scored a beautiful pair of Chanel Ballet flats in the exact color and size I've wanted for a long time! So excited and I'll definitely be back to browse every time I'm in the area!!! read more

I hate to say I hesitated to write a review of Sell Your Sole for awhile, hoping to selfishly and greedily hog as many of the designer goodies to myself. However, as I am now a consignor there, I realize it is not the best strategy. Simply put, this is the best consignment shop in the city for both a consignor and a shopper of consignment goods. Natalia and her husband, Brent, both of whom can often be found at the store are wonderful people and want you to look your best. This is not a store crammed with clothing smelling of cat pee, mothballs and dust. Oh no, sisters, they've curated WONDERFUL things, even SHOES, that you actually would want to put on your body! I am a designer consignment junkie, every city I visit I try to visit a store or two and hopefully find a souvenir from my trip. This store is so beautiful and expertly curated. The shoe selection is excellent, but the danger of consignment is that this time the shoe did not fit. The owner Natalia was helpful and warm. I tried on about 15 items and brought home two, a gorgeous grey poncho for $40 (I wore it on Christmas and got a lot of compliments) and a Barney's black wool blazer for $80. We headed over for a Yelp event and I had been dying to check it out for a while. It felt like we'd wandered into a New Your boutique! The exposed brick, incredible selection, clean and organized, and with a fantastic loft of SHOES! The owner, Natalia and her husband, are lovely! Reviewing as a consigner. I called ahead and looked through their "labels we love" list to pick pieces to bring in. The owner looked through my DVF, Alice + Olivia, Halston Heritage, Proenza Schouler, etc dresses and told me "they deal more in the high-end" ... um, OK, but most of the labels I brought in had specifically been called out on their labels we love page. She was very nice in referring me to another consignment store, but it was annoying to bring in current clothes, in season, from brands listed on their webpage to be told this not what they are interested in. read more

Had the displeasure of visiting that pit of pretentiousness after hearing about it from a friend. When my friend and I arrived we were greeted with having to put our tote bags on the ground behind the front desk (probably suspicion that we would steal something). The owner was rude, weird, and pretty much wrote us off the moment she looked at us. Upon leaving we were ignored when thanking her, as she was talking to what appeared to be a regular client, who she was much more kind and attentive towards. She's claimed to have been there for 7 years, but with service like that I'm kinda surprised. read more

Beautiful consignment shop! Natalia and Nicole were wonderful, knowledgeable, warm and very helpful. The selection is divided by category and beautifully organized. The selection was great, and they do have a clearance area which had a great selection. I found a very special oscar de la Renta dress for 150. I'm not even sure how i found stich a gem/steal, but am so glad i did. The process are reasonable. They got in a brand new pair of burberry rain boots that i have been looking on ebay for. On ebay used, the skies ran about 229. There were brands new, never worn, for 179. They were able to ship my purchase to los angeles and did not charge any tax on my purchase since they do not have a store there. If i come back to Seattle, i will definitely be back to this store! They were even kind enough to even give restaurant recommendations! read more

Visiting from out of town observed Sell your Sole in a magazine, decided to check it out. The store was well put together and had an exclusive feel to it. This place is so amazingly wonderful! They stayed open late for me, were completely honest about how things fit (talked me out an expensive dress that wasn't actually flattering!), and found all kinds of things to try that I would not have thought of--including a reasonable-priced dress that was wonderfully flattering. the items are in great condition but moreso cater to the taste of the masses, which makes sense as it's in downtown rather than say, capitol hill. the owner talked to me for awhile when i first came in (i was the only one in there) to figure out if i was looking for anything in specific. the prices are still pretty expensive which makes sense as what the store carries is consignment but i prefer places that carry more unique consignment with more affordable prices. read more

Here's the thing you have to understand: a bargain on designer clothes (think James Perse, Helmut Lang, Theory, all the way up to Fendi purses) will still be pricey if the quality of item is high (e.g. essentially unworn, highly desirable). The sales person I had was former stylist at Nordstrom with an excellent eye, and she found me not only a perfect pair of Current/Elliot jeans for $80, but a gorgeous going out top. The selection is small, but every item is on point and priced appropriately. If I lived in Seattle, I would be at this store all the time. read more

I was one of the lucky few to attend the Yelp sponsored preview event of Sell Your Sole. :D Any time I hear designer names at less than retail prices my ears perk up, my spidey senses tingle! I had to check out this store! After reading other reviews about how to find this place I was worried I would get lost, but fear not! Make sure you pay attention to the address: 2121 will be your friend. It's Sandwiched between the Cherry Street Coffee House and the deli next door. There is a glass door with the 2121 address and you enter inside, walk down the hall, and take a left. BOOM, retail therapy. During the preview event I spotted some great designer names: McQueen, Chanel, Lacroix. They might not have been my size but I was honored to be in their presence and fondle them a little. Natalia is the owner and she will instantly greet you. She is so welcoming and ready to help you find that great designer piece (or outfit even!). I plan to stop by soon with a few trendy items that I no longer wear (not because they're out of style! I just have no space). I'll admit that parking in Belltown is no fun, but you have to make an exception for Sell Your Sole. read more

I really like this higher end consignment store. The price ranges from affordable to very expensive - think $50-$2000. The proprietress is friendly and always engaging. I've purchased several items I never would have considered without her suggestions. I try to stop in anytime I'm in Seattle - definitely worth a trip!! read more

I love checking out the ever changing inventory! Think Barneys of New York, but so affordable you can afford yourself twice as much! Awesome spot for shoes alone... If the beautifully presented fashion finds weren't enough, go for the lovely customer service. You're greeted warmly, suggestions are always spot on, I never feel pressure to buy and often just bop in for a peek and just to say hi. Came here for a Yelp Elite event and had an absolute blast. Natalia is sweet and very helpful. They have a wide range of styles and prices. I bought a Michael Kors dress for $80, and my friend bought a brand new Hunter coat, still with the tags on for $140. The store smells amazing, unlike any other consignment store I've been in. It's tastefully furnished and arranged, not cluttered or sparse. It feels more like you're shopping in someone's personal loft closet than it does a clothing store. There's a pay parking lot directly across from the store. I paid $20 and it was good for 12 hours. Easy peasy, considering the location. read more

Popped in here before close one day and it was great! I wasn't ready to spend lots of designer styles so I went with more of a bargain-hunter mentality. I looked through the sale rack (they were getting rid of summer and getting fall/winter ready) and then went to look at shoes. I scored a pair of Vera Wang black leather moto boots in perfect condition. The staff was really nice, friendly, checked on me but not too often. In and out in 15 mins due to my own time constraint but so glad I found this place while in town. read more

I love this little shop of sole. Found some beautiful things here. Lovely Paul Andrew ankle strap shoes, a Prada cape and theory jacket in my last two visits. The ladies here are delightful , Natalia and Nicole. I could spend in here classing up my wardrobe. This place never fails to disappoint. They also host some local designers . Lovely space with good light that makes you have fun and feel special while you are there! I am 30, and it seems to suit me well in both buying and selling. Buying: I always seem to leave with something whenever I walk in this place. Natalia (the owner) is very friendly and helpful, but more importantly gave me an honest opinion when I asked, even though it meant not selling something. I kind of want her to be my personal stylist. It is definitely not the cheapest consignment store- you will still pay $200+ for high end shoes, and even more for the top designers. However, I noticed they seem to try to keep a mix in the price point so that you don't have to break the bank to find something beautiful. If it's a lovely, quality piece, then it doesn't have to be from a major fashion house. Selling: Natalia has an extremely discerning eye, but you can't take it personally. She has impeccable taste, and it shows in her shop selection. This is also what helps consignors get top dollar for their well taken care of, higher-end clothing. read more

This shop was recommended to me by another Belltown shopowner that I like. The owner was friendly and promptly greeted me. It was immediately apparent that she is highly selective in her consignment merchandise, as it is all pretty high end, with a chic edge to it. She appears to be highly selective and doesn't just take "just any" designer piece, as it seems to be tailored to her clientele. It tends to be rather pricey, but if you find something great at any consignment store, it's priceless. Definitely worth a stop by if you are in the neighborhood and into high fashion. read more

During the Yelp Beauty Crawl, this was a stop of ours and I'm so glad we did! Natalia the owner was so sweet and the designer she had in-store (can't remember her name), was awesome and informative. We were there about an hour and had a cheese plate with champagne offered to us. I ended up purchasing a super cute skirt and a LAMB clutch for $100 total and that was with a special 10% off discount. The staff there were so great and the space is adorable. SYS has been my top destination for gorgeous, like-new (and sometimes totally new!) designer pieces. Natalia and her staff are friendly, knowledgable, welcoming and all-around super fun to play dress up with. Even if you walk in and don't know what you're looking for, there are always great little treasures to find. Some of my favorite items found at SYS include Chanel pants, Margiela boots, a 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli satchel, plus goodies from Stella McCartney, Carven, Ellery, Acne, and more. I found out about Sell Your Sole on Daily Candy, and I popped in when looking for a special item for an event. I couldn't believe the options and the service. Natalia was so helpful and honest in her assessments. The prices range from some absolute steals to quite reasonable. The selection is unique and exciting. If your pulse quickens over the thought of great deals on DVF, Trina Turk, or vintage Chloe, RUN do not walk to this store! I hope to do some consigning here soon and will post another review on that experience. From what I gather Natalia is quite the curator and will only take the best items, but the consignment deal is really fair to the consigner (50/50 split). read more

After an afternoon shopping for a dress, we had Sell Your Sole on our list to check out. Natalie and her staff member (Nicole?) met us as we walked in. After Emilie explained the event, I hit the Man Seat and dresses were pulled. Very quickly, Emilie walked out in the most amazing Herve Leger dress. It was obvious nothing was going to beat that dress. After the sticker shock (I have no clue what a designer dress costs) wore off, we couldn't walk out without that dress. I was fortunate to be invited to Sell Your Sole for a peek at their pre-grand opening party! It was an inspiring to meet the owner and hear her vision for the store. Natalia, the owner, has a great eye for special outfits and definitely knows her designers, both for clothes and shoes. In fact, she has dedicated the whole upstairs of her loft space to a "shoe closet", complete with a huge full-size mirror and comfortable seating to find your perfect pair of shoes. Downstairs, the racks are nicely spaced to give you plenty of room to browse the clothes and the dressing rooms are big and comfortable. Don't let the name fool you, this store is not your average consignment boutique. I didn't recognize anything as being pre-owned and even saw several items with brand new tags still attached. 2121 1st Ave., #101 is the perfect location for this unique brick-walled loft space, but you have to hunt a little harder to find new favorite store. Just look for the Cherry Street Coffee House and Sell Your Sole is located through the glass door to the right. They do have a sandwich board out front and a sign is coming soon! If it is windy, the door sticks a little but just push harder, walk down the hallway and retail therapy awaits! I can't wait to return!! read more

This place is wonderful. Very thoughtfully curated items. The store is a nice size without being overwhelming. The staff was wonderful very helpful and talkative. I would definitely go back again. I bought two items one a bit more expensive than the other, a pair of Stuart Weitzman black leather sneakers, but I also found a really great designer sweatshirt that was reasonably priced. read more

Fun stuff, but beware...as with most consignment shops, all sales are final! I didn't think about this and the owner didn't bother to tell me as I waffled between two items. Both were out of my comfort zone, but looked nice enough. The owner was sweet, but seemed to get impatient as I couldn't make up my mind. I ended up feeling pressured to just buy both, and now I'm stuck with two items that I probably will never wear. While great prices for the high-end merchandise, it's still quite expensive, so beware if you're not absolutely ready to spend money. read more
