Mike the service advisor is the Best, he's honest and trustworthy. Only reason I bring my Vette here. It's a pleasure to do business with here.

Brought my work truck here for major repairs and while I didn't need it back same day or even same week, but I will say it took about 3 weeks to a month to get everything done and paid for. I had to initiate the follow-up on what was going on for most of the process. Others have made the experienced the same or similar and commented as well that you really need to check-in with them because it'll be days or even a week and still no update. Gabe was my service writer and worked with me on repairs and replacements and made some changes to the quote for service after I reviewed it. He was very responsive and easy to work with. I appreciate that they have a service that dropped me back off at work and also picked me up. Lisa set that up for me and was always very pleasant. I'd still come back to this location because they're service is top notch, but just keep in mind you'll need to reach out for updates.

We had an outstanding experience at Selman Chevrolet. Trey Selman went above and beyond helping us purchase a Silverado 2500 HD Z71. His leadership speaks volumes. Tommy Edrisi, the sales manager, was also incredible--professional, patient, and extremely helpful. This is how customer service should be done. Customer for life.

Shoutout to Wilbert and Tommy for all the help on purchasing my new Z06! Thanks to Manny in finance as well. They're transparent all around, no hidden fees or bs! Highly recommend this dealership. Thank you!

This is Madame Blueberry. She's my first brand-new car, purchased here at Selman Chevy of Orange, and Mike has taken great care of her.

As far as service, we have been loyal to the dealerships to have all our work done as each of our cars have aged. Our latest Honda is a 2016 Civlc which has been under the care and tutelage of Freeway Honda in Santa Ana, California. In 2023 we noticed the AC did not work properly. We took it in and they replaced it, as it was under warranty. In 2026 we took it in and they repaired the condenser at no charge. This was in January of this year. Our current problem with the AC began again in May. The AC did not work, again. We took it in. Our friendly service advisor Teresa told us it was a new problem, the "Evaporator." The cost of repair would be $2,000, and it is not under warranty. We are one our own. I called Honda corporate. They were very encouraging about helping us. She informed us that the 2016 Civlc is notorious for having issues with both the evaporator and the condenser. Honda decided to extend the the warranty for the "condenser" but not the evaporator. She was very positive about helping us and doing something to help us since this is a common problem. Then the nightmare began. Hector took over our case. He reviewed the information, and offered no promises. After two weeks, he dismissed us with a full and complete denial of our case. No help. No discount. No explanation. No thank your for being a twenty plus year customer. My stepmom worked for Honda in El Segundo, California. No support for loyal, faithful, long time customers. Upon further research, we found that the condenser when it fails, can cause the evaporator to fail. The faulty part under warranty caused the good part to fail which is not under warranty. We again, are on our own. No help from Honda. No support for loyal, faithful, long time customers. Again, no help from Honda for us. So much for loyalty to their customers, no commitment to stand behind the quality of their product. Even though our car is ten years old, it has very low millage. It is in pristine condition. We believed in the product. We supported Honda cars. Times have changed. Honda has fallen. You are on your own. No support for loyal, faithful, long time customers. This is not the Honda car company I grew up with. We will never return to a Honda service department. They said it is unlucky this happened to us. Well, a huge thank you for that comment. We would like some help. Some understanding. Some compensation for all the trouble from Honda. We warn all our friends to choose a more dependable car company that stand behind their product, knowing that customer loyalty is at the heart of any successful car company. No support for loyal, faithful, long time customers. Coupon? Discount? Extend our warranty? Help? What happened to Honda? They now abandon their customers.

This is my honest firsthand experience buying a vehicle here so other people can be aware. We found a car that seemed like a great deal and test drove it. The salesperson was sweet and welcoming, but by the time we closed the deal we felt misguided and left out of the loop on important details, both about the car and the finances. There were numbers we went over and were told, and when we reviewed everything later it just didn't add up based on the conversations we had. We were there for so long, felt rushed into the decision, and walked away feeling completely blindsided. The car was a Mazda CX 90 plug in hybrid, and the plug in feature was miserable. The EV range only gets 26 miles fully charged, and if it's not fully charged you barely get 21 to 22 miles. On top of that it needs premium gas, and if you use regular 87 you get engine knocking. So why would I ever run anything but premium on a car I just bought, and none of that was communicated to us. We found it buried in the manual. The car looked pretty and we loved it at first, but the focus never felt like it was on the actual details, price point, or real value. We tried to like it for about a month and a half to 2 months and finally decided we had to get rid of it. When we went to another dealership we found out we were almost 11,000 dollars in negative equity on a brand new car, which was a huge shock and showed us how much we got bamboozled. I'll give credit on one thing, the service team helped us get a new windshield since it had chips and cracks before we drove off the lot, and they covered it, which was honestly the only positive from all this. Otherwise the Apple CarPlay wasn't working, the plug in wasn't working, just headache after headache. The finance side made everything feel rushed too. It was very much a sign this, you're on your own now kind of energy, with things not clearly explained as far as costs. This is the 6th or 7th car we've purchased and by far the worst experience I've had with any dealership. When we came back to say we wanted out, the response was basically you don't like the car, what do you want me to do. No apology, no is there anything we can do, just here's your problem, we can't help. Then we were told to go do a private sale since we'd get a better offer than anything they could do. Overall, it was an awful experience. Definitely do your research on the car and the numbers before you sign, don't feel forced into anything just because it's being pushed on you, and go in with your eyes open. I'm only sharing this so future customers have more insight before working with this dealership.

He gave me base price and I did the rest of the work to calculate all taxes and fees. I provided what the OTD should be along with a breakdown of what my payments would be with the base price, X down, .99% interest listed on Hyundai's site, and loan years. He said he would confirm and send me paperwork in the morning to get the process going to save time. Sounds promising right? Unfortunately today he text me accusing me of not understanding and telling me I couldn't have the .99% interest and get the base price I was quoted. He then gave me an OTD $4k+ higher than what we talked about. In all honesty I could've just refinanced when I got my first payment and got the OTD price I wanted, but the condescending manner in which he spoke to me wasn't worth it. From the jump he was rude, talking down to me asking if I'd ever bought a car, but I looked past it with the goal of car purchase. But the attitude overall, especially at the end when he realized I knew what I wanted and he couldn't play games was enough to turn me off from Tustin Hyundai. He also badmouthed another dealership which was unprofessional. Just a bad experience all around.
