I was told all I needed to do was come in and sign the paperwork. Instead, I waited over 2 1/2 hours, only to be told they weren't sure they could put the deal together. During that time, Bill kept telling me to work with the finance department because they could make it happen. Based on my credit, my approval, and the down payment I was prepared to make, I honestly thought everything was set. After leaving Villa Ford, I contacted Ford Credit, and they confirmed that my approval was in place. I then went to Performance Ford in West Covina with the exact same paperwork, and the process was smooth and straightforward. I drove away the same day in a brand-new 2026 Ford F-250 with the down payment I had planned all along. Villa Ford wasted my time with poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I've also heard from several people who said they had problems with vehicles they purchased there, which only reinforced my decision not to do business with them. My 19 yr old took her 2020 Ford in for its 20k mile service and advised the brakes squeak when reversing. Sheldon, service staff, advised her it would be $600+for the service, which she questioned and then, the price went down just under $400. She was being taken advantage of because of her inexperience. The brakes have 8mm of left, basically 80%, he said the cost would be an extra $800+. He did offer to look into a warranty since the car has low mileage. That only brought the cost down to $450. Why would I pay for new brakes when they almost have full life? We can live with the noise. I called to question what the $600 service covered, as it was routine maintenance. He said alignment and I questioned if its not out of alignment will the price be reduced and he said yes. Of course the car was out of alignment. They did not produce the paperwork when we paid. After reviewing the alignment when we asked for the report, all but two items were within normal range. Two items were less than tenths to one hundredths off normal range. I called Sheldon questioning this and he chose to tell me how I was wrong and over-talk me raising his voice. He said he would speak to the manager to try to remove the alignment charge. Conveniently, the manager was off and I was given a different name than when I called back and spoke to another staff member. Ford should be ashamed of themselves, as they could have had a lifelong customer but chose to take advantage of us. Dont take your car for service here unless you want to be mistreated and pay through the nose. read more

When I brought my Mach-E in for my appointment and was told the only technician who could work on it would not be available for nearly a week, they expected me to simply leave my car there. When I objected, I was told I would receive a call to schedule a time when the technician would actually be available. It has now been over two weeks, and I have heard nothing on that front either. At this point, there has been no meaningful follow-up or resolution. Just marketing responses with no action behind them. read more

I would have liked to give this dealership a much better review, but unfortunately my experience after the sale has been disappointing. The sales team itself was great--friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I purchased a used 2024 Mustang Dark Horse from them because they had a specific, harder-to-find trim I was looking for, even though they're nearly two hours from my home. However, during their inspection process, they missed that both front ball joint boots were torn. Not a huge issue on its own, but it becomes one when support falls short afterward. Since the vehicle is Ford Certified Pre-Owned, I took it to my local Ford dealership for repair. They declined to cover it because the issue should have been caught during the original inspection. I contacted the selling dealership to see if they would authorize the repair locally. They refused, instead asking me to spend nearly eight hours driving back and forth so they could inspect it themselves--and only then decide if they would fix it. For such a minor and inexpensive repair, this response is extremely disappointing. It reflects a lack of accountability and customer consideration after the sale. Run from this dealership! Purchased a "certified" used vehicle here and it has been a nightmare since. Had it for 10 days before needing to return it for multiple problems. First I was told they had to bring it to a GMC mechanic to resolve the issue. So it was transferred to Mazda (yes you read this correctly). 6 weeks later- yes, 6-weeks-later, I finally got my vehicle back. Only to return it days later for yet another issue. Finance is SHADY and tries to add "free" warranties into your contract. Beware of the free Costco warranty because it doesn't exist. So don't give them your Costco card to "verify membership". Who knows, maybe they are actually selling your information, too! Service doesn't not keep you informed about your vehicle: last time my vehicle was there-I seen it in their lot on a Friday evening and maybe expected a call Saturday. When I called to inquire about it on a Tuesday, they were surprised I hadn't picked it up yet! No one called to tell me it was ready. My sales advisor acted surprised when I told him this and said he thought I was notified by the used car sales manager. (Um, isn't that your job??). Round 6 of bringing my vehicle there to repair an issue that was supposedly resolved already (when they had it Jan through March) but here we go again. Zero contact (except a text that says "my car is in good hands" (what a joke). I've expressed how I'll need a loaner but not one of the 8 advisors in service are able to assist because my advisor is off this weekend. Figures... I have even gone as far as requesting they buy back the vehicle since clearly there are many issues with the vehicle, but they refused. I have yet to find ONE positive encounter with this location. It saddens me it is providing such tasteless service to our community. read more

My vehicle has a repeated history of unresolved issues despite multiple visits for service at your dealership. Over the past year, I have brought my vehicle in for repairs on several occasions, yet the same problem continues to persist. While I was reimbursed for certain repairs that ultimately did not resolve the issue, I was also provided with a new battery along with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, less than a year later, my vehicle failed to start despite the previous repairs and battery replacement performed by your team. I scheduled a service appointment to address this issue, but upon arrival, I was denied service and told to either reschedule for Monday or leave my vehicle at the dealership over the weekend. When I inquired about the possibility of a rental car if I left my vehicle, I was informed that no rental would be provided. Additionally, when attempting to reschedule for Monday, I was unable to do so because I was told your system was down. Although my information was taken and I was assured that I would receive a call on Monday with a rental car arranged, this experience has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I do not understand the purpose of scheduling an appointment if service cannot be honored upon arrival. I am also concerned about whether my battery is still under warranty, as it was replaced around this time last year. It would be very disappointing if these delays result in my warranty expiring, leaving me responsible for additional costs. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed promptly and that a resolution be provided. Took my truck in for a transmission oil change. Got it dropped off but they called me halfway saying it wasn't failing. They told me it was my fault. I got it diagnosed. I need a new transmission. I asked i kept asking for pricing, they said they couldn't tell me till ford confirmed partial coverage. Why would you wait to tell me pricing on something you already have a price for ? 14k . Fullerton ford which is veteran owned was quoting me 8k installed and delivered to my home. They bait you and hold your vehicle hostage until they can get ford credit to cover most of the damages then they raise the price. Do not come here they are overpriced and 90% of their service representatives have a chip on their shoulder as if they are the owners of the place. read more

I truly detest this dealership. Called to schedule a service and was told to bring the car in at 7 am Monday morning only to be told that the department I needed was on vacation and they would need to keep the car for over a week to fix the problem. No loaner AND I couldn't schedule an appointment to bring it back in a week when they could get to the car; they would still need it for a week after I brought it in again. WTF? I waited a few weeks and scheduled online, specifying what department I needed. When I got there, they said that department was so impacted they weren't taking any more vehicles. I spoke with two leaders in the Service department (I spoke rather assertively) and they said they had no way of contacting people in advance of their appointments to tell them not to come, even though when you schedule your appointment the system asks for what type of service you need. All it takes is for any of their admin staff to pull the next days appointments and call anyone who is booked for that type of service and tell them not to come. Nope, these LEADERS apparently have no ability to change an extremely flawed process, or they don't care enough about customer service to change, either being great examples of a terrible business model. They kept blaming their software as if that absolved them of all terrible customer service. To top things off, they listed me as a "no show" for my appointment so that I wouldn't get a review message from their appointment system. It's insulting to see "It's too bad you missed your appointment" after I was there twice and they turned me away both times. I would have liked to have left a review... I also ordered a part which came in the time they said it would. Good. I forgot about it for a week and then went to pick it up, and they had no record of my order as they had returned it and I guess they keep zero records of that sort of thing. This isn't the worst thing, it's just another example of poor overall service within the entire organization. I dearly wish there were other Ford dealerships that were close to my home. Went to go test drive a F150 Lightning and the salesman talked me into trying to work a deal even though I have $3K left in my lease. I told him I only negotiate away from the dealership until I come in and sign, and he respected that and got more info. His manager came in and explained they'd be able to help with the outstanding lease with a "lease assist" discount. After some texts that night I never heard from Villa Ford again. After shopping two other Ford dealerships (and getting ghosted again by one of them) the other manager told me he couldn't buy me out of the lease because it wasn't a Ford. That very well may be true, and that could be why I was ghosted, but that is no way to treat a potential customer. A simple "I'm sorry Mr. J, but we're too far apart since we can't buy you out of your lease" would've been professional and courteous. I will be leasing a F150 Lightning when my other lease matures, and it won't be from Villa Ford of Orange. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency at Villa Ford of Orange. I brought my truck in for repairs and was verbally quoted by my service advisor that my out-of-pocket cost would be around $168-$200. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was suddenly told the total would be about $400 more than originally stated. I was then informed--after the work was already completed--that they performed an oil change and replaced the spark plugs, bringing my total to $480 out the door. At no point was I called, notified, or asked for approval to perform these additional services. When I questioned why I wasn't informed or asked to authorize the extra work, the service advisor had no real explanation and simply apologized, then essentially washed his hands of the situation. This experience felt extremely unprofessional. Customers should never be surprised with hundreds of dollars in additional charges, especially for services that were never discussed or approved beforehand. Clear communication and transparency should be the bare minimum--unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I won't be returning, and I'd caution others to make sure everything is documented and approved in writing before leaving their vehicle. read more

We came and left as they only had higher trim models but was stopped by Brandon telling us they had a showroom model in the base XL hybrid trim that will be coming in 1-2 weeks. He took my info and confirmed this was on hold for us. Gale from Client care also texted us to confirm they would notify us when it comes in (STILL haven't heard from her) No one ever reached out so I contacted Brandon directly which he told me it should arrive the next day AFTER I reached out to them. So the day after comes, has me start the financing application only to call and tell me AFTER they can't sell that model because there's a recall. I bought my car from this dealership three years ago. At the time, the service seemed great. However, now that I'm selling the car, I've discovered that it had several parts replaced and that one side had been repainted... that was never disclosed to me. This was very disappointing, especially since the vehicle was sold to me at a price as if it were in perfect, like-new condition. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a used car from this dealership bring a magnetic paint tester or have a trusted mechanic inspect the vehicle.
