They were punctual and safe. That's the only nice thing I can say. Their prices are astronomical. I was quoted near $37,000 for an 8kw system plus 1 LG chem battery on a standard roof. I can buy (at full retail) all the materials for less than $20k. Installation of this stuff absolutely cannot justify that kind of mark-up. I know, I've hired a contractor for just the installation. Moreover, the salesperons actively mislead consumers. They sent me an e-mail claiming they will apply for the SGIP rebate for me ($2,910), but the informed consumer should know that SGIP rebates aren't available. They're fully subscribed with a waitlist. Totally unreasonable not to warn consumers about that. Overpriced, not openly honest. I'd give a 1 star, but the dude wore a mask, so they get 2. read more

This is how small businesses die when they grow to be bigger companies. I called Sempre to get information and a quote to add backup power to my system. The first person I spoke with was essentially an appointment setter. she asked me a lot of questions about things she could not answer and so I asked for an appointment to speak with a solar engineer who could discuss the project before I took him to my home under construction, I was traveling at the time so it took 2 calls to set it up, That was my problem. On the appointed day I waited at home for the call and no call. no call to reset. My house is under construction and will be completed soon. after a few weeks, I let Sempre know I wanted their quote. I wanted to give a so-called veteran-owned biz a chance. Again I got interrogated by the caller about things they could not answer or things I already answered instead of letting me speak with an engineer or someone who could give an estimate. Since Yesterday. I have spoken to 4 more people on 2 more calls back from them. After I indicated my frustration Yesterday the caller asked me for my email so she could ask the right questions for an engineer to answer. I gave her my email. She sent an email and called to make sure I received it and that she got my email correct. It was. Then I opened the email and instead of asking for specifics for an engineer to answer my questions, it was an advertisement brochure for the company. EXPLITIVE!!! I have been called by 2 appointment setters today who refuse to answer questions. Instead, they want to review the answers I gave in my previous calls. I assume they do not want to waste their people's time, ...just mine. I told the person of my frustration and I asked to speak with someone in management and they could not pass me on. I do not assume I will get that call. I recommend that you do not waste your time trying to get information from Sempre! They must be too busy to talk to customers. read more

Our experience with Semper Solaris was great from start to finish. We had solar panels already, but wanted a PowerWall. We approached Tesla directly and that was a hot mess!! A friend referred us to Semper Solaris. It took a little while to get done, but that was due to the permitting process in Marin County during COVID! Great response times from the original estimate to the final walkthrough and Semper has done follow up to see if we need anything well after completion. I regret using Semper Solaris for my backup battery system. It hurts me to even give them one star. I already had solar panels on my roof and I wanted to get a battery storage system. While sitting down with the sales representative, I made it very clear that I only wanted one Tesla Powerwall, I only wanted enough back up power to power my refrigerator and other essential systems as well as being able to charge my electric car if the grid went down. I was told that it would be a few months, two or three, before they could start on the project as they were backed up with work. I agreed to that thinking it was a reasonable amount of time. Little did I know it would take over a year to finish the project from the date I signed the contract. I should have suspected problems when three different people came out on separate occasions to take a picture of my breaker box for their engineering team. I suspected these departments don't talk to one another and they don't. The circuit breaker supplying power to my car is 50 amps. When the first, yes first, installation team came out to do the work they informed me that they weren't allowed to back up a 50 amp circuit breaker, they made it sound like it was a Tesla Powerwall restriction. This disturbed me as I specifically told the sales representative that one of the main reasons for wanting the Powerwall was to be able to charge my car. The installation team tried to talk me into getting a second Powerwall which would have solved the problem; I had told the sales representative I did not want a second one before signing the contract. After discussions with the sales representative over the course of several weeks in which I was given three different reasons why it couldn't be done, it turned out to not be an issue. All I had to finally do is sign a waiver stating I understood that the Powerwall could not support charging my car. You would think that after taking three different pictures of my breaker box, someone would have noticed this ahead of time. I pointed out that my car normally draws 30 amps when charging but I can dial down the charge rate from within the car if I need to, in other words, I could use the Powerwall to charge my car. To me this clearly indicates they do not fully understand the product they are selling. I mentioned a first installation team, even without the 50 amp circuit breaker issue I was told the project would take two days including a city inspector to come out to sign off on the project. They weren't close to finishing the installation after two days and then it turned out they did it wrong. A month or two latter they sent out a second team to redo the work and again I was told it was a two day project which turned out not to be true. When they finally completed the installation and the city inspector came out, it failed four separate items, not to mention the stucco damage done by the first installation team. I told them that I no longer was available in mornings after having already wasted four mornings dealing with them, mornings which shouldn't have taken place. I would lose money from my work every time I had to be there to work with them when the inspector came. Two of the items that failed inspection were in my garage and I wasn't going to let people I don't know into my garage without me being there. I don't think they tried hard enough to accommodate me. I gave them three options to work around this problem but they declined to use any of them. One of the options was to reimburse me for lost income for the morning they wanted me to be present for the inspection. Oddly enough, I got a call from them two days ago offering me $200, the amount they thought would compensate me for my lost income, to remove my negative review of their business. I finally agreed on a date for the inspection as I was getting weary of dealing with them. After the date was set I received a lien against my property for the amount due. The project had not been completed yet and already they thought they could do this. I had been carrying the final payment check in my wallet for five months, the time span from the first failed inspection to the final inspection. They sent out someone to correct two of the failed inspection items two hours before the earliest time the city inspector was scheduled come out. One of the items was to run a ground wire from the water pipe going into the house to their equipment which required running the wire across the ceiling of my garage. The workman left staples all over the floor of my garage and driveway just waiting for my car to drive over them, something I didn't discover until he was long gone. The project did pass inspection on the second try and at that time I presented them with the final check. read more

Our experience: Actual Electrical Installation : FANTASTIC Everything else (administrative, scheduling, customer service, etc.) : HORRIBLE The lead for the electrical work was Fred. His co-worker was Seth for 3 days, Gonzalo for 1/2 day and Ahmed for 2 days. Fred's technical knowledge was spot-on. His relationship with us (the customer) was excellent. We were very happy with the installation. IT GETS 5 STARS. Everything else about this company gets 1/2 star. 1) The customer service is terrible. Yes, they call you back in a timely manner. However, it is frustrating because the customer service staff has no knowledge. We can tell that they are reading the answer when we ask a question. 2) Engineering staff (people who develop the plan) : Terrible. Obviously, they seem to have the degree, but no practical knowledge. Fred, the electrician refused to install the powerwall as per the plan. It would not work! He stated that 3 batteries of 300 lbs each could not go on a 3 foot wide wall near the door. 3) Scheduling : Terrible : In my opinion, this may be a policy issue. They seem to take on too many projects (and of course deposits) and they don't seem to have enough technical electrician manpower to actually do the installations. 4) Communication : Terrible We started the process in March. The actual installation began on June 24th and because the installation time was not estimated accurately, scheduling issues caused the installation to end on July 25th. Awful experience. Prior to me signing the contract everything was great. My sales person was excellent. I signed the contract on Oct. 14, 2019. I was eager to have the work completed before the end of the year to get the full tax credit, and I was told that would not be a problem. Didn't happen. Never heard a peep out of them until early Feb. Only reason they contacted me was because another job was canceled! I wasn't even put on their books for an install. They contacted me on a Monday and said they could do it that Thursday. Nice planning Crew came out, and it was not Semper, it was a solar company out of San Jose, Infinium Solar. (Hint, you're paying a middle man fee here). Install went OK, but the inverter and shut off were not placed in the garage like they had said they would. Instead, they were placed on the side of the house with conduit running everywhere. When I emailed and inquired, not a peep. Solar was installed on Feb 7. I never got an inspection until the end of MAY. So, I paid 24K for panels to sit on my roof. I was dealing with 2 different companies at this point, Semper and Infinium. I had emailed/called my sales person numerous times after the sale to inquire about more panels because we decided to purchase an electric car. Never hear back from him, and I was never consulted by anyone else. System is up and running now, but it was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I own my own business and I am blown away that companies can operate like this and still be in business. I have so much regret that I did not go with the local company out of Santa Cruz. This is a big box company, you not going to get the service you will from a smaller local company. read more

I hired Semper to put in an Enphase battery backup system. They did not file paperwork properly and I lost my original loan rate per the contract I signed. Then after more change orders the actual work started and in the process of connecting the battery system cables to my solar panels they damaged my roof tiles and removed an entire section of roofing. They left my northern california roof with nothing but black plastic garbage bags and never replaced the missing tiles. Months later they sent some one out who was not a licensed roofing contractor to "fix" things and he actually made it worse by shoving broken tiles in between the missing sections and plastic. I then hired a licensed california roofing contractor and paid for the damage Semper caused myself. Had I not paid for the repairs, my home would have suffered THOUSANDS of dollars in damages. I have requested reimbursement for the repairs and they just keep having different people call me saying they are "looking" into it but no one calls back with a solution. I cannot in good conscience recommend working with this company. read more

Explained everything throughly and let us know the details of installing the battery packs and gave feedback of where to install it and recommendations. They went through with us on how the Tesla App works and what to look for as well. Made sure we signed up and did a test on what happens if the power shuts off. We were originally only going with one powerwall but with the wiring that needed to be done, we decided on two powerwalls. These guys called the company and got us the one the next day. The installation went smoothly but be aware the power may have to be turned off so they can do their work safely. It took some time before the power went on again, so if you need to do work or stay cool during a hot day, plan accordingly! Again, it was a pleasure having them work on this installation. If you are in the bay area, ask for them as we had a great experience with them. The note below does not pretain to the installation team at all. They get 5 stars!! Note: I was reading a bit of reviews of Semper Solaris, and I do believe the communication at Semper Solaris can be improved. Before the installation date and the time we signed the papers, we did not hear any progress or update for months of when the permitting was going to be completed. From my view point, it seemed like it was only when I called that the project was moving forward. Yes, we understand the COVID situation and delay but an update or two would have been nice. My husband and I knew it was time to replace our 30-year old roof and decided to look into solar again. We met with 4 San Francisco Bay Area contractors that could do both roofing and solar. All quotes were in the same price range; however, it was Semper Solaris that stood out based on representation and product. We met with sales rep ROBERT CASSIDY who really listened to our needs and came up with a solution to our problems. He presented us with a roof option to help cool our house and configured our own rooftop solar system to help reduce our monthly electric bill. He didn't overwhelm us -- walked us through the process and discussed the warranties, incentives, rebates and federal tax credits. After Robert left that evening, my husband and I had already made our decision. We're both in sales and were so impressed with Robert Cassidy's knowledge, presentation and integrity. We were assigned to Construction Manager JOSE MONTES who was our go-to-person from start to finish. Jose's communication was outstanding!! His team was always on time, worked the entire day and very respectful of our property. Jose followed up on clean up and returned to our house to install our rain gutter guards. The entire project was so well coordinated, went flawlessly and was completed on time. Even the city inspection and Permission to Operate from PG&E were completed in a timely manner! A friend who claimed a good experience recommended Semper Solaris. After talking with the sales man who I found rather rambling and confusing as he couldn't seem to make a meaningful presentation, we made a deal and got financing. We were given an install date for almost five months later blaming the wait on PG&E and then when the date came, they forgot about it. We have missed any chance for a tax credit. Our financing agreement has expired. And now that we are trying to cancel our agreement, we can't even get them to call us back. It has been a while since I have dealt with a company which is so inept at the basic courtesies and responsibilities of customer management. UPDATE: Since posting this, someone from Semper Solaris gave us a call claiming that changes have been made to avoid this kind of service in the future. It turned out however that he was just calling to ask us to take down this review. Good reviews are earned, Semper Solaris. We have gone solar, but with another company. Thanks to our son who chose Semper Solaris for 2 Enphase batteries we decided to do the same. They had a very competitive price. Malcolm is the brightest, sweetest most talented installer. He was able to put the batteries in the perfect location by moving the electrical circuit box around. He was efficient and led his team to victory in spite of the glitches that they encountered. According to Malcolm many homes have projects that do not go as planned...but with Semper Solaris they will work with you until it is right. We worked with Adam who was great and handled the details for the contract and with Sean who was the technical project coordinator and so helpful. Both were so engaged and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Tammy was the icing on the cake and came the next day (Saturday) to make sure that all was tested and running. Both Tammy and Malcom were the superstars who made sure that everything was technically correct. We felt very comfortable with everyone, they were polite, friendly and always gave us warnings before turning the power off to make the final adjustments. read more

Highly recommend this team! This is the second home on which I have installed solar, and I talked to multiple companies before deciding on Semper Solaris. They were extremely professional, and the installation happened in just a bit more than one day, with no hiccups whatsoever. The price was fair and competitive as well, compared to some others that I felt were consciously trying to take advantage of less informed buyers. My only complaint was around some communication issues on project status getting thru the approval processes with the city, but I think that was partially due to Covid and its impact on employees both at Semper Solaris and with the city planning department. Once we got the local city building official and the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) involved, the Senior Management/Owners of Semper Solaris and Tesla took our complaints seriously and acted to remedy all of the problems. As a veteran I really wanted to go with Sempar. However, the company appears to have a broken communication system. 1. Made an appointment. Took the day off and waited for the salesperson to arrive. Instead I received a phone call and a quote over the phone. Ok whatever, maybe that's how they do things. 2. Received a quote for 3 powerwalls in Summer 2019 and it was higher than the company I used for my solar panels, but I wanted to use a veteran owned company. They also promised the job would be done before the end of 2019. Specifically before the end of October. This was good since I could take advantage of the 30% rebate for 2019 3. Waited a month for an actual person to come see my house. Quote was raised several thousand dollars for some unforeseen issues, I can live with that. 4. Asked for a new contract with the new price. I wanted everything spelled out, and also no issues when I do my taxes. No response. 10 plus emails later over 4 months...and nothing. Got a few responses with promises but no updated contract. 5. Texted my sales guy who always seemed busy and said he was call me back after a meeting etc. nothing 6. Was told my PGE rebate was saved for me right after I signed the contract in August 2019. Received an application to reserve the PGE rebate in January 2020. I read the contract and had to ask them to fix it 3 times because they had the wrong information on it. 7. Was told I could still get the better rebate because they would just date the contract and application in 2019. Seems a bit shady. 8. January 2020, still asking for an updated contract with the correct price. Nothing.. 9. Call customer support who apologized profusely and said they would give me my updated contract soon. Told both my salesperson and the company that if they couldn't do this simple thing, I would cancel my project. Received no contract. 10. Canceled my job. Miraculously my sales guy started calling me daily and emailing me daily offering a discount. After I refused and asked for my deposit back, he went silent again. 11. Was going reverse charges on the deposit today to find that my credit card was refunded on feb 5, 2020 with no notification from the company. 12. Went back to the company that did my solar panels. (Clean Solar). Within two weeks I had a site visit, and a complete quote set. Bums me out that I will have a smaller rebate because of the debacle with Sempar. This company's communication system and customer service is just plain broken. When I initially signed up all the yelp reviews were great. Checking today I see I'm not the only person having this issues and it's widespread. I hope they can turn it around. read more

Signed our contract in April 2019 for solar panels and the project is still incomplete. Overall very poor communication between them and PGE for getting a main panel upgrade, which has been the cause of the delay. Panels have been installed since Sept 2019 without being connected because of this. Hoping the project will be completed at some point. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SEMPER SOLARIS. Beware of this company. I've been waiting since April 2022 for an installation of an EV charger. Once they take your deposit and have you sign everything they will disappear. I paid $199 for someone to come to my house to take a look and give me quote. I was told the $199 (quote) would be put towards the total cost. The project manager even said the charger could be installed even before permits were approved. Once I signed the contract and gave them 10% deposit I didn't hear from them for some time. After being given the run around I was told the permit process would take 6-8 weeks for approval, and so I waited patiently. Then, I called back mid July 2022, so far, no one through customer service was able to transfer me to talk to someone in "service" where I would be able to get answers on whether the permits were done or when they could schedule the installation, etc. I've been on hold for long durations (35+min) just to be told over and over again that they will have someone from the service department call me back within 24 hrs. And of course! I never get any callbacks. Its so frustrating. I wished I never started this headache. read more

I just got panels installed and the crew seemed to do a great job and it was a one day wam bam 20 grand. Now I am still waiting for one panel due to the sales guy missing a pipe in my roof so hopefully I get a dam good rebate or they figure a good spot for my last panel. I expected the job to be more than one day but one day it has been. Again we will see what happens with the last panel. All and all I am very happy with the office and the communication from all team members. I have to throw in after rereading my post this is not a warm bam 20 grand. After my updated review, Semper Solaris contacted me directly and set up a date and time to fix all the issues with my system and answer my questions about the SGIP rebate. Scott was very attentive and got all my questions answered right away. Ruben also came on the scheduled date and fix the issue with the battery that was not functioning properly. Both of them went above and beyond to help me. The only thing left is the SGIP rebate. Scott and his SGIP team ensured that everything was submitted and that it will take a 2-3 months to receive the rebate. I hope everything goes well. Although Scott and Ruben were great, I can only bump this up to 2 stars because of all the other issues and stress this project has caused. read more

I'm very pleased with my solar panels installed by Semper Solaris. The company did everything they promised and completed the project on time. My system has been in operation since December 2019 and my electricity bill for May 2020 was only $10.45! Semper continuously followed up to make sure I was informed on what was going to happen next. I was able to utilize the tax credit for my 2019 taxes which was one of the biggest incentives to move forward with a solar system. After the system was installed, I had the crew come out to check my system because I experienced a roof leak near the installation area of my inverter box. The crew climbed into the attic and on top of the roof and noticed that the existing flashing was not doing it's job and was allowing water to seep near the inverter box. It had nothing to do with the installation of my solar system. It was just coincidental that the leak was near the solar equipment. The crew was very kind to help point out the roof problem and I'm very much appreciative of their caring to do more than required. Thank you Semper Solaris team from Bakersfield! read more

I called sales to come for an estimate in April and signed up to have Solar panels installed on May 1st. Then was told that the system would be completed in 8 weeks. Now at 18 weeks the solar is still not done and I have an electric bill and a new solar loan payment. They have not returned email, texts or phone calls so unfortunately I have to give a bad review and warn others to use a different contractor. In late September we agreed to sign a contract with Semper Solaris, we were rushed and felt pressure to do so as we were told that this was the last year for the 30% tax credit. Knowing we were coming into the raining season I was reassured by our project manager out of Hayward and the installation team that they would do their best to complete the installation and submit the application before end of year. It is now 1/8/2020 and the installation has not been approved by the city. My frustration is that it could have all been done but their team has dropped that ball and internal miscommunication has caused more and more delays. The first time a member of their team came to take measurements for placement of the inverter I specifically asked to place it inside our garage to a designated area. When the team came back with the plans the placement was outside (opposite of what i had asked). They told us they would have to change the design and resubmit to the City of American Canyon but that kind of change would have a fast turn around. After almost 2 weeks of not hearing from anyone I called the City myself, to my surprise nothing was submitted. I called the office only to receive a response that the design was complete but "usually the City Dept. is close during the holiday week". They were not closed and no one cared to check. After speaking to a Customer Service supervisor and complaining about the situation he got a hold of our project manager who then made sure the design was submitted in person. At that point I figured okay at least now things will keep moving. An inspection was scheduled for 1/7/19 with the city inspector. I get a call from a Semper Solaris team member saying that the inspector drove by and before the inspection and told to him that the inspection was not going to pass because of conduits exposed towards the street view. The Semper Solaris installer said that "this city is pretty strict". Now they would have to schedule another time to make these changes and re-schedule the inspection. My response was "isn't it your job as the professionals who are being paid to know what the city expectations are". I want to also add that this is the second time an inspection/installation was scheduled and nothing was done, second time my husband takes the day off work to be there. Is his time off going to be reimbursed? Are the days or weeks missed when we could have been up and running with our system going to be reimbursed? Is there a guarantee that we'll still qualify for the 2019 tax credit? I doubt it. I don't think anyone is intentionally trying to do a poor job, but the miscommunication and poor execution is all we're seeing. No one seems to have an urgency to get this done right, yet there was a huge urgency for us to sign the contract and pay almost 30K. The fact that the installation wasn't done to city standards is concerning that this company isn't aware of the restrictions and requirements before hand. I was told by our sales rep. initially that they had done "many" other jobs in our area (doesn't seem like it). I have no confidence in the people they use to install the system. Still waiting to see when the NEXT installation change is scheduled. I have many friends and even co-workers looking into Solar for 2020 and unfortunately I will not in any way be recommending this company. read more

Save your time and look for a different company to fulfill your solar project needs. We started our project in April 2022 it's now December and we are still trying to get our system online. Semper customer service was all about the sale and then they forget your name as soon as they get your deposit. Solar panels were installed uneven and sloppy, this company is about high output at the expense proper installation. Batteries were wired wrong causing them to fail. They failed the fire inspection, emergency shut offs were not to code and no labeling. Semper caused property damage when they reground a properly functioning whole house ground. Weeks would go by with no contact what so ever from customer service and every time it would a new person so I would have to bring them up to speed about project details. During their 12 site visits we were unable to work from home causing us lost time and wages. I wish I would have looked the BBB and other consumer reports and made a better decision. Bottom line is I would never recommend Semper Solaris and If I were you I would look else where to have your solar installation needs met. read more

I recently wrapped up the addition of solar panels and Tesla battery back-up for my home. My salesperson, Robert Cassidy, was a huge asset throughout the process and I would highly recommend him. On the customer service side of things, the person who had the greatest and best impact on our job was Scott Lebhar. We were unsure what was going on with our install and Scott was assigned to help, jumped in and got things moving, back on track and did a fantastic job for us! Well I should have read their reviews prior to signing a contract, I never would have signed. They have proven to be as bad as reviews say. Sales guy was great to work with at the beginning but now all I get is a response that someone will call me. Never happens. Installation of my batteries went smoothly. But post install follow up was non-existent. First after initial install they never came back to do the finish work. I finally had to repair/ replace the siding on my house that they cut holes in during install for fear of rain damage. Then I had to troubleshoot and repair the Envoy module to get it to communicate with my panels. I finally got thru to a project manger who agreed to give me a $250 credit for the work I did, however it is still pending. Now I am trying to get them to submit my application for the CA Solar rebate, I have been working on this for 3 months with no responsiveness. The only times they reached out to me was when they wanted to be paid. read more

Wow, the bad reviews are really flowing in now. So after my review things started moving. Power box changed, appointments scheduled, Tesla batteries installed, then they go to install PV panels (after everything else done). Now they discover an issue with the roof that they did not find on inspection. Now ghosted again. 3 weeks after this and still nothing. No calls, no quote to fix, no Plan B. NOTHING! Beyond unprofessional and this project was started in May 2019 and its about to be 2020! I'm going to be making loan payments on a non-working, unfinished system now and probably be expected to pay more if I want a finished system due to this company's incompetence. read more

Run away from these people. They came to install my batteries, and needed a part that would be available in less than a week and take an hour. Two months later, with still no part available I discovered the wiring they had put in was truly a fire hazard. After losing my temper they showed up and after two more days worth of work they said they were done. We had a 3 hour power outage two days ago and my battery back up would not turn on the power. Furthermore, I needed airconditioning and suddenly that wouldn't work. A very reputable firm came out spent over an hour and told me Semper had somehow disconnected the wiring to the system and they needed to fix it. They haven't returned my calls or emails and they know I have a medical need for air. I am considering getting an attorney involved if I do not hear from them in one more day. read more

Recently decided to get solar for my home. I requested a lot of estimates. Some never returned calls, some only wanted to do it by internet. about 1/2 actually showed up. The Salesman was great provided great information, was knowledgeable and had a competitive price with a good product. So, I signed a contract with them. Salesman, the guy that did the site and final inspection, along with the installers were all first rate. I can't give 5 stars because of the office. I had gone a month without hearing anything so I contacted the only office person I had. Crickets... It took 2 weeks and a variety of emails and phone calls to get an answer. Finally the Salesman called me with an answer. How hard is it to give an update? Now its installed and I'm just waiting for PG&E to give permission to operate. Hopefully they are more responsive. read more

What a nightmare it's been. Started a battery storage project in 2019 and still waiting for repairs, compensation and final inspection. A long list of problems from mistakes made leaving us without power, damage to our house wall, multiple repeat inspections because of, you guessed it.. more mistakes, long delays on everything and a front office that makes false promises and doesn't get back to me for months. I like that they are veterans and want to support this company but I cannot recommend them to any one. So tired of being treated badly by Semper Solaris. read more

What an outstanding company, last year I contracted with Semper Solaris for two Tesla Powerwall's. They were installed within a few months and I have to say I am incredibly pleased with how responsive and timely this company is. One of the most detailed and considerate contracting companies I have ever dealt with. When they say they're going to be there....they're there and they follow up!The installation was impeccable, neat clean and organized. They really took their time to install as if it was their own home system. Kevin Hatfield was my sales person and he is the best, there every step of the process! I contracted him again just several months ago to add on to the Tesla battery system installed last year and he took the time to go through the incentives and I qualified for the SGIP rebate program which made all the difference in the world. These people really care and it is no wonder that they were highly recommended by my utility company and they're one of them major players in Southern California!
