We knew she was very near death so we just tried to correct the issues instead of changing the hospice company. That meant we had very little time to sit vigil with her, and instead were trying to figure out how to get all these issues resolved. I did hear from the clinical Director afterwards, and shared the details and I appreciated her listening, but I'm sharing this for the sake of others who could hopefully avoid it.

If you need to see your loved one, staff will let you in. No appointments needed. Drop in anytime. Nothing to hide. Most of the staff workers are great. They've treated us like family.
